An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supporter Care Assistant to join the Fundraising Team .Your role is to be responsible for delivering excellent service to The Children's Trust’s supporters.
This role is not open to sponsorship.
Role Requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries (both internal and external) received on a day- to-day basis.
- Confidently respond to phone calls and enquiries from supporters and the general public in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
- Produce letters and e-mails in response to enquiries from supporters and the general public.
- Ensure the prompt and accurate recording of donations on the fundraising database, ThankQCRM
- Liaise with fundraisers concerning the coding of donations on the fundraising database.
- Produce thank you letters to supporters in a prompt timeframe.
- Liaise with the Finance department regarding donation coding and financial reconciliation.
- Add new supporter records to the fundraising database.
- Update existing supporter records on the fundraising database (i.e. changes of address).
- Update existing donation data on the fundraising database.

About this Internship
The Youth-Led Digital Campaigns Internship role is a twelve-month paid internship beginning in March 2026.
The Jack Petchey Internship development programme is designed for young people who are leaving further or higher education and starting out in the youth/charity sector - or young people who are looking to transfer into, or take their next career step in, the youth/charity sector.

We have an exciting opportunity to support a super friendly, motivated and supportive Finance and Database Team.
The role is conveniently located near Liverpool Street and hybrid working is available.
You will report to the Director of Finance, line manage one Senior Database Officer and be responsible for managing The Sick Children’s Trust’s database, Donorflex, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data is maintained to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that fundraising income is processed correctly and coded in line with organisational procedures, and that service user data is updated on an accurate and timely basis, ensuring GDPR-compliant records. - Overseeing the processing of all income transactions into the database on a timely basis

About you
You have experience of managing a CRM database and working in a finance and database team, ensuring you can hit the ground running. You have experience of line managing and mentoring, supporting your direct report’s continued development and success.
You have proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, and good working knowledge of database software are a given.

ELMS is a specialist mental health service in Leyton supporting adults living with long-term mental health conditions to remain well, connected to their communities and out of hospital. About the Role
As Programme Coordinator for Money Heroes, you’ll play a pivotal role in our flagship primary programme, helping children develop financial capability.
You’ll work closely with the Programme Manager and Money Heroes team to:
- Coordinate teacher training events and programme delivery
- Support marketing, promotion, and social media campaigns
- Coordinate content development and website updates
- Help monitor and evaluate programme impact
- Provide high-level customer service to teachers, educators, and YE colleagues
This is a varied role with lots of scope for creativity, independence, and collaboration. You’ll see the difference you make every day — from supporting classroom learning to help children and young people build vital life skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Programme Manager and Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Money Heroes programme, supporting planning, reporting, system set-up and clear communication.
- Deliver a high-quality experience for schools and partners, building positive working relationships with teachers, consultants, partner organisations and colleagues across Young Enterprise, including senior leaders.
- Support the delivery of the Money Heroes teacher training and mentoring offer, helping educators feel confident and well supported.
- Keep track of programme activities using databases and spreadsheets, including teacher and parent sign-ups and training or mentoring events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and Programme Manager to support the growth and visibility of the programme, including contributing to marketing communications and coordinating activity to maintain engagement.
A few practical things
- This is a hybrid role based in London or Oxford, with a minimum of 8 office days per month
- The contract runs until December 2027

Purpose of the Role:
To work across Slough to develop and embed processes that enable the participation of children and young people (CYP) with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in decision-making and service planning, delivery, and evaluation.
This role involves empowering CYP with SEND to make a difference, helping them develop their skills, abilities, and confidence to contribute positively to outcomes for other children and young people. The postholder will work collaboratively with partners across education, health, social care, and the voluntary sector to ensure best practice in participation, and that SEND CYP have a strong voice in shaping local services.
This is a specialist role requiring a senior participation officer with knowledge of reasonable adjustments, safeguarding, service design, and co-production, as well as experience of working with CYP with SEND. Creative, enthusiastic candidates with a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
The post links directly to Slough’s SEND improvement outcomes, particularly empowering CYP with SEND to influence local policy, service design, and review services to better meet their needs.
Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to deliver a presentation or lead a short activity with a small group of young people with SEND as part of the interview process. Interviews are scheduled to take place in the afternoon and early evening of Wednesday 11th February.
Key Tasks

Build and coordinate a network of participation and co-production across Slough to enable CYP with SEND to give their views and contribute meaningfully to service development.

Apply a range of participation and engagement methodologies, including face-to-face, digital, and social media, to engage CYP with SEND.

Collaborate with other ‘Youth Voice’ workers and youth participation initiatives to share best practice and develop training/resources for authentic inclusion.

We are seeking a Head of Finance to oversee our (circa) £3m annual budget and to ensure that our finance operation is efficient and effective. This role will lead OTR’s finance function and, as well as having responsibility for day-to-day financial processes, will be a key member of the organisation’s senior leadership team (SLT). The role will involve providing financial insight to the SLT and Board of Trustees to improve understanding and inform strategic decision making. Examples of this will include analysing the financial performance of different activities of the organisation and preparing budget and forecast information.
We are looking for an individual with demonstrable experience in a finance management role which includes a strategic focus, preferably in the voluntary sector. The successful candidate will be a flexible and meticulous individual who is able to present complex information to a range of audiences.
