You will be part of a small energetic and committed team supporting the delivery of Northamptonshire Community Foundation’s philanthropy and income generation ambitions. About you

Working arrangements
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering family leave.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role
CoppaFeel! is seeking an inspiring and strategic Fundraising Director to lead our fundraising activity and help to drive the next phase of our growth.

The Fundraising Director will provide bold, strategic leadership to shape the next phase of CoppaFeel!’s growth, evolving our fundraising model, reducing reliance on any single income stream and ensuring long term sustainability. While oversight of day to day fundraising performance remains important, this role is fundamentally future focused building resilience and driving innovation.

Duties and responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Work as part of the CoppaFeel! SMT shaping the organisational strategy, culture and cross departmental ways of working
- Set and lead an ambitious, multi year fundraising vision aligned to CoppaFeel!’s organisational strategy and impact goals
- Develop and support the Fundraising Team in the delivery of the fundraising strategy to ensure long term sustainability and maximum impact
- Provide strong, clear and consistent leadership through a period of growth, transformation and increasing complexity
- Champion innovation, testing and learning across all fundraising streams to unlock new opportunities and audiences
- Work collaboratively across all departments to ensure that fundraising is integrated across the organisation and aligned with our organisational delivery
Governance
- Work closely with the SMT to develop strategic recommendations for the Board of Trustees and support effective governance
- Development of the 3 year budget, including regular reforecasting and longer term projections to inform investment and growth decisions

The Role
HOST seeks a qualified solicitor to establish and lead its internal legal function. The role requires expertise in UK contract and charity law, applied in an international nonprofit context. The primary jurisdiction will be England and Wales; however, given HOST’s global operations, familiarity with or awareness of the legal systems in the Netherlands, Singapore, and India would be advantageous. You will support hosting, grantmaking, partner support, and global operations, ensuring contracts, due diligence, and legal frameworks are robust, proportionate, and operationally effective.
This role combines hands-on legal review with systems design, risk oversight, and practical guidance for non-legal teams, working closely with the Executive Director and Operations leadership. As this is a newly created position, the scope and priorities of the role will naturally evolve over time in discussion with the Legal Circle. We are Zarach, the children’s bed charity. We are on a mission to end child bed poverty, helping children get a good night’s sleep and the chance to thrive at school.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As we grow, we are looking to recruit a Fundraising and Supporter Engagement Officer to join the Fundraising team, for an initial fixed-term period of 12-months.
As our ideal candidate, you will need to be within commuting distance of our Leeds warehouse, allowing you to travel regularly to meet with the team. This is a hybrid role based between the Leeds warehouse and home, with at least two days per week at the warehouse. Some travel to other locations may be required occasionally for events.

Support Officer: Funding & Partnerships (Maternity Cover. April 2026 - March 2027)
The Support Officer (maternity cover) is a key team member. You will provide operational and administrative support to the team and will have a clear focus on team objectives, as well as your own. You will be highly organised and proficient in Microsoft Office suite with experience using finance and CRM software. You will have budgeting and writing skills. A background in programme or account management, together with language skills is an advantage. We’ve been on the frontline of the world’s response to HIV and AIDS for over 25 years, working with marginalised people who are denied HIV prevention and treatment simply because of who they are and where they live.
Set up in 1993 to work with community groups in the countries most affected by the global AIDS epidemic, we’ve continually adapted our approach, looking for innovative ways to break down the barriers that marginalise people living with, or at risk of acquiring, HIV. RSTMH is a charity and membership society for those working or interested in tropical medicine and global health, and currently have around 2,000 members and Fellows from more than 100 countries, with a network of more than 10,000 involved with our work in some way. We are looking for an experienced Membership Manager who will help us manage all aspects of our membership programme. This involves maintaining high levels of retention and developing and delivering new recruitment strategies for members across the world.
The role will also focus on developing membership journey programmes to ensure our members receive a top quality service from the Society and that all membership processes are undertaken with efficiency, energy and effectiveness.
The Membership Manager will also play a crucial role in ensuring that we are promoting RSTMH, and its membership offer, to our members and supporters. This person would be the first point of contact for our members and so must be professional, a sound communicator and efficient in their approach.
Part of this role involves creating policies and processes to ensure members feel valued at each stage of their journey with RSTMH, developing new marketing products and materials for recruiting and retaining members where necessary.
The successful applicant will have membership management experience within a relevant charity or learned society and will relish the opportunity to take on a new challenge, working on their own initiative for much of the time.
The role
- Lead on developing and implementing current strategies to increase members of RSTMH, including monitoring and evaluating performance against plans and KPIs
- Analyse, identify and develop plans to optimise member journeys
- Manage enquiries from current/prospective members in a professional, timely manner, to agreed service targets
- Cultivate strong relationships with members and understand their specific needs so that RSTMH can support them most effectively via targeted communications
- Establish and maintain systems to report and evaluate RSTMH’s membership retention and recruitment success
- Deliver reports to keep the team, CEO and Board up to date with progress on membership activities and strategy
- Support the Senior Manager with leading our CRM (CiviCRM) development work
- Work with the team to develop activities and marketing campaigns to improve membership value, recruitment and retention take-up, achieving target conversion rates from other activity areas and feeding into relevant strategies and communications
- Collaborate with department Managers to increase membership recruitment within their stakeholder groups
- Develop and oversee communication templates for members, and ensure these are kept up to date
- Keep up to date with best practice in membership management
- Ensure the RSTMH website, journals, materials and other channels have up to date membership information
- Work with a third-party finance company to ensure membership subscription payments and renewals are processed efficiently and effectively, and ensure payment processes are fit for purpose, including payments from other currencies
- Assist with the agenda and delivery of the International Members Committee to ensure RSTMH’s offering to members and Fellows fulfils the overarching Society strategy and supports membership goals
- Work closely with the Communications Manager to commission and create content for the bi-weekly Members newsletter and membership recruitment campaigns
- Represent RSTMH at relevant events to promote membership and track success of these activities
- Explore new opportunities to expand membership, through new membership types, marketing opportunities or any other means
Person specification
- Passion and commitment to the work and goals of the Society
- At least 3 years' experience of working in a membership role, with experience of recruitment and retention campaigns
- Experience of working in a learned society or membership organisation
- At least 2 years’ experience using CRMs (specific experience with CiviCRM and SearchKit would be highly desirable)
- Experience of developing and delivering successful membership programmes that have increased recruitment and demonstrably reduced attrition.
- Experience of creating compelling messages to different audiences
- Highly organised, with ability to self-plan and prioritise workloads
- Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical people
- Experience of using social media in a professional capacity
