This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and relationship-driven partnerships professional with a passion for gaming to join our Gaming team at a pivotal moment of growth. You will help grow income and impact through gaming, building relationships with developers, publishers, platforms, creators and gaming communities to deliver creative and effective fundraising partnerships.

As Gaming Partnerships Executive, you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing gaming partners, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and maximise their involvement in War Child campaigns. You will also support new business development, helping to build a strong pipeline of prospective partners and contributing to outreach, pitching and securing new collaborations.

Working closely with the Gaming Lead and wider Philanthropy and Partnerships department, you will help shape and deliver innovative campaigns at the intersection of gaming, streaming and digital fundraising. This includes supporting key partnerships such as Jingle Jam and contributing to campaign planning and delivery across the gaming calendar.

You will act as a visible ambassador for War Child within the gaming industry, attending events, building new connections and raising the profile of our work to unlock new opportunities for collaboration and income generation.

As part of our growing Philanthropy and Partnerships department, you will work closely with colleagues across Partnerships, Communications and Digital Marketing to develop strong pitches, proposals and activations that deliver real impact for children affected by war.

The team regularly comes together in our London office for collaboration, meetings and relationship-building, and the successful candidate will be expected to attend these in person where appropriate.

Your role

The Gaming Partnerships Executive will work closely with the Gaming Lead to grow the team’s income sustainably by focusing primarily on business development and managing a portfolio of gaming relationships. You will seek out and build new relationships with developers, games publishers, platforms and gaming communities to contribute to the pipeline of new gaming partnerships and opportunities for War Child. You will also manage a portfolio of gaming relationships that will be called on to join our campaigns and activations throughout the year. As a key member of War Child’s award-winning Gaming team, you will have a direct impact on the lives of children who have been affected by conflict.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of gaming sector relationships, developing long-term engagement plans and identifying opportunities in support of our campaigns to increase strategic and income value..
• Support the delivery of our strategic partnership with Jingle Jam, as directed by the Gaming Partnerships Manager.
• With the Gaming Lead, build a pipeline of prospective gaming partners inclusive of developers, publishers, creators, platforms and the wider gaming community to support the sustainable growth of the Gaming Team.
• Personally lead on researching, approaching and securing new gaming partners, working towards your own new business target annually.
• Contribute to the development of pitches, proposals, cultivation plans and presentations to potential gaming partners
• Work collaboratively with the Gaming Team on developing and implementing the campaigns calendar.
• Build strong relationships with other teams in War Child (Partnerships, Communications, Digital Marketing), representing the Gaming Team where appropriate in working groups to enable smooth delivery of propositions, pitches, activations and campaigns.
• Act as a War Child Ambassador in the gaming industry, attending events and conferences to raise the profile of War Child and make new connections to support business development.
• Support the marketing and promotion of all gaming activations to maximise audience engagement.

The Nazareth Trust is one of Scotland’s oldest and largest Christian charities, employing over 900 people in Nazareth, Israel, through its hospital, nursing college, biblical tourism operation, and international volunteer programme.

She/he will be able to produce material which requires little or no further editing.

As part of a small UK office, the successful candidate will also provide additional and varied support as required by the Marketing and Communications Manager.

Shape financial strategy and sustainability across our trust.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Finance Director to lead the financial strategy and operations of the Cabot Learning Federation. This is a pivotal executive leadership role where you will provide assurance to the Chief Operating Officer, CEO and Board of Trustees across all financial matters, including financial sustainability, risk, and control frameworks.

As a key member of the Executive Team, you will play a central role in shaping the long-term financial direction of a large and growing multi-academy trust. You will lead the development and delivery of the Trust-wide financial strategy, ensuring that resources are aligned with priorities and delivering maximum impact for pupils, staff, and communities.

Working closely with senior leaders, Principals, Trustees, and external stakeholders, you will oversee financial planning, statutory reporting, and compliance across the Trust. You will ensure robust systems of internal control, champion value for money, and drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing finance function across central and academy teams, ensuring strong financial management, effective business partnering, and high-quality support for decision-making at every level of the organisation.

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year round. A part-time position for 4 days per week may be considered and can be discussed at interview.

Location: You will work through a blended model that includes home working and working at Federation House, Kingswood, Bristol.

About You

To be successful, you will be a highly accomplished and strategic finance leader, combining strong technical expertise with the ability to influence at the executive and board level.

You will have:

• A recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) with extensive senior-level experience
• Proven experience of leading financial strategy, planning and transformation across a complex organisation
• Strong understanding of financial governance, regulatory frameworks, and systems of internal control
• A track record of delivering value for money and driving organisational performance improvement
• Significant experience of leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams

Principle purposes of the job:

To deliver group support services including:

· provision of child focussed play/educational activities to support development

· parental guidance to support child development

· supervision of Play Leader and support for Volunteers

Main responsibilities:

About the role

This is a senior leader role and will play a key role in delivering financial strategy, having oversight of the charity’s finance function, and working with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure the charity’s long-term financial security. The role requires excellent accountancy skills, as well as previous experience in overseeing a range of finance functions and managing a team. You will oversee the charity’s financial accounts and reporting; bookkeeping and processing; budget and forecasts; and bank accounts. You will manage a full-time Finance Manager, who has two direct reports and a Senior Finance Officer who oversees tutor and staff payroll. You will champion the charity’s values and embody them in interactions with colleagues. You will be willing to learn and have a can-do attitude.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, with significant professional experience across a range of areas within finance. Your work will be accurate, efficient, and transparent, setting the standard within the Finance Team. You will be comfortable working with colleagues across the charity to implement cost controls, and to collect and report on financial data. You will regularly present this data to senior members of staff, including at the quarterly Board of Trustees meetings and the charity’s Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees. You will be an adept project manager, able to coordinate actions, track progress and deliver results, alongside having strong attention to detail and people skills. Candidates for this role should be comfortable working in a busy, efficient and high-performing team.

Your work will span board and committee coordination, enterprise risk activities, assurance planning, and policy and compliance processes—helping to ensure that information is accurate, processes run smoothly, and priorities are clearly tracked and delivered.

This role is well suited to someone who operates comfortably at a strategic level, works across multiple areas, and thrives on collaborating with stakeholders to provide advice while bringing structure and clarity to complex challenges.

About You

The successful candidate will be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a track record in governance, risk control, and assurance at the enterprise level. You will bring a methodical approach to your work, with the ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders effectively.

You will be confident working with a range of stakeholders, able to communicate clearly, and comfortable exercising judgement when supporting risk and assurance activities. Essential to this is the ability to build strong relationships that enhance collaboration and successful GRA outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience in ESG, financial, professional, or legal services, or a similar environment that demonstrates holistic portfolio oversight and enterprise risk management.

Familiarity with governance requirements in the charity or not-for-profit sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
