CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
CoppaFeel! is looking for a Senior Healthcare Engagement Manager to oversee the production of high-quality health information and resources and lead on CoppaFeel!’s healthcare engagement work.
The Senior Healthcare Engagement Manager will sit within the CoppaFeel! Education Department and will work closely with the Head of Services and Health Information & Services Manager.
The Senior Healthcare Engagement Manager will be responsible for leading our work in the health engagement space. They will play a key role in supporting the strategic direction of this work and provide insight and sector knowledge to support decision making within the leadership team. This will involve building strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare stakeholders, enhancing CoppaFeel!’s role in the healthcare sector.
The Senior Healthcare Engagement Manager will have oversight of the production of our health information and resource portfolio. This role ensures that all health resources are accessible, impactful, and trusted, meeting the highest standards, including those required by the Patient Information Forum Tick Accreditation.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will also be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Health Engagement
- Work closely with the Head of Services to set the strategy for CoppaFeel!’s work in the healthcare space.
- Provide vision and direction to support departmental growth in healthcare engagement, ensuring alignment with overall organisational goals.
- Drive the development of new and existing strategic initiatives to engage healthcare professionals, ensuring messaging remains relevant, builds credibility and reflects developments in breast cancer in the healthcare space.
- Work closely with the Senior Policy & Influencing Manager to strengthen links between influencing and the delivery of health engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with the Senior Programmes Manager to support the development of regional engagement work and the development relationships across Cancer Alliances.
- Work collaboratively internally and externally to understand the needs of different healthcare audiences and work with teams across the organisation to develop engagement initiatives that increase knowledge and confidence of breast cancer in younger people.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clinicians and expert stakeholders to enhance CoppaFeel!’s presence within the healthcare space.
- Lead on the design and delivery of training for healthcare professionals encouraging the integration of CoppaFeel!’s resources into their practice.
- Lead and manage CoppaFeel!’s Medical Advisory Group, ensuring it evolves in line with organisational needs.
Health Information
- Work with the Head of Services to set strategic direction in relation to resources, health information content and the production process.
- Provide expert advice and guidance at both strategic and operational levels on best practice approaches to delivering high quality health information and resources, with a focus on optimising reach and impact.
- Hold responsibility for the continued accurate and consistent development of the charity's Health Information provision.
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of high-quality health information, ensuring it is accessible, accurate, and meets accreditation standards required by the Patient Information Forum.
- Provide direction to the Health Information and Services Manager in development and delivery of a portfolio of materials, resources and reminder services.
Strategy & Management
- Support initiatives to ensure that CoppaFeel! Staff are knowledgeable and up to date with issues around breast cancer in younger people.
- Design and deliver internal Health Information team training across the organisation.
- Line manage the Health Information & Services Manager and the Health & Services Executive, offering guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Represent CoppaFeel! in media opportunities where appropriate to communicate key health messaging.
- Work with the Impact & Evaluation manager to ensure robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks are in place to track the effectiveness and impact of our work.
- Collaborate with the Senior Engagement & Inclusion Manager to ensure that all health information and engagement strategies are inclusive, accessible, and representative of diverse communities.
- Manage departmental budgets ensuring efficient use of resources and supporting and informing phasing and re-forecasting.
- Support the development and implementation of operational plans. Ensuring that projects are tightly managed and delivered on time and within budget .

ABOUT SAFETY4SISTERS
Safety4Sisters (S4S) is a specialist Black and minoritised by and for women’s organisation based in Manchester. Our aim is to promote the human rights of migrant women experiencing a spectrum of gendered violence by providing a trauma informed, specialist, holistic and integrative programme of support to Black and minoritised survivors with NRPF. JOB PURPOSE
To support the development and delivery of Safety4Sisters’ policy, campaigning, and influencing work to advance the rights, safety, and wellbeing of Black, minoritised and migrant women and children experiencing violence against women and girls (VAWG).
The post holder will contribute to influencing local, regional, and national policy and decision-making on VAWG, honour-based abuse, harmful practices, immigration and asylum policy, and no recourse to public funds (NRPF). This work will be rooted in survivor voice, frontline practice, and Safety4Sisters’ feminist and anti-racist values.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.To contribute to the planning and delivery of Safety4Sisters’ policy, campaigning, and influencing work in line with the organisation’s strategic priorities.
2.To undertake policy research and analysis on issues affecting Black, minoritised and migrant women experiencing VAWG, including immigration, asylum, and NRPF.

About the role
We are excited to be recruiting a Programme Delivery Manager to join The Scholars Programme team. This role will lead on the central Delivery Cycle, including creating correspondence and guidance for schools and PhD Tutors, and collaborating with other teams to ensure communication is streamlined and consistent. This is a key role within the Programme Management team, ensuring high quality pupil impact by tracking data returns, and providing team briefings as well as ongoing training and support. They will support with the development, testing and embedding of new processes and projects, including IT developments, and will be the first point of contact in the Programmes team for troubleshooting delivery and data issues. They will line manage a small team of Coordinators, who will support Programme Officers and Programme Managers to meet programme delivery targets.

About School of Food
Set up in March 2020, Hackney School of Food (HSoF) is a food education hub on the grounds of Mandeville Primary School in Clapton, East London. Our mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of children, families, and our community by developing practical skills and confidence in food growing and cooking, from seed to spoon.
In 2023, we became a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC), and have since grown our team, strengthened our governance and expanded our facilities with the addition of a new Garden Room, increasing capacity for workshops, dining and events. Role Overview
This brand-new role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver Hackney School of Food’s commercial and marketing strategy, with a focus on growing key income streams including corporate engagement, paid workshops and events, and venue hire. You will shape how HSoF positions itself externally and how we grow our trading income to subsidise our food education community offer.
While this is currently a freelance role, it is not a transactional position; you’ll collaborate closely with our team, supported by and reporting to our Managing Director. This is a role for someone who can think commercially and creatively and then roll up sleeves to put strategy into action. You’ll believe in our mission and feel passionately about helping Hackney School of Food grow and thrive. Starting as a six-month contract, there is potential for the role to become longer term as the organisation grows.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Income Generation
● Work with the Managing Director to develop and deliver a clear, mission-aligned commercial and marketing strategy.
● Grow earned income streams including corporate engagement, paid workshops and events, and venue hire, helping to sustain and expand schools and community programmes.
● Help shape and refine commercial offers, including pricing and packages, ensuring they are appropriate, achievable and aligned with our values and capacity.
● Contribute to commercial planning by sharing insight on what works and areas of impact.
Relationships and bookings
● Confidently present and explain our commercial offers to key audiences in a way that reflects who we are and why our work matters.

We recognise that Hackney School of Food is at a growth stage and that commercial income is shaped by many factors, including capacity, seasonality and market conditions. These outputs are intended as guiding success measures rather than rigid targets.
By the end of the initial six-month contract, the Commercial & Marketing Lead will have:
● Produced and agreed a clear Commercial & Marketing Delivery Plan for Hackney School of Food, setting priorities for growing our commercial income in a way that aligns with our mission.
● Refined our core commercial offers and packages (e.g. corporate away days, team volunteering, venue hire, paid public workshops), ensuring they are appealing and realistic to deliver.
● Built a healthy pipeline by identifying and actively pursuing 10–15 well-aligned commercial leads, with a focus on quality of fit as well as volume.
● Supported a meaningful increase in commercial enquiries, alongside capturing learning about what kinds of outreach, messaging and partnerships resonate most.
● Created a suite of core marketing assets for commercial activity (e.g. simple decks).
● Delivered at least two targeted promotional pushes (for example around corporate away days), testing approaches and learning what works best.

Our experienced, specialist youth workers engage with and support young people, aiming to support them with their needs in hospital and post-discharge. We often meet young people at a moment of change and work with them to find a positive way forward.
We provide long-term, holistic support. We consider every aspect of a young person’s life and build support around them.
About the Mental Health Youth Work Service Pilot
The prevalence of reported mental health challenges in children and young people living in England have been increasing. In addition, research tells us that children and young people facing such challenges with their mental health are more likely to self-harm. For some children and young people, A&E Departments may be a first point of contact with healthcare services following self-harm. While in recent years the number of attendances by children and young people for mental health needs and/or self-harm have stabilised, there was a sharp increase in attendances following the pandemic. For children and young people who have gone to A&E for support with their mental health, such as following self-harm, waiting a long time in A&E can be hard. A&E Departments are often very busy and loud places and there is not always access to secluded space for those who have gone to A&E when experiencing difficulties with their mental health.
Children and young people who are also neurodiverse may find the environment particularly challenging and overstimulating while they are waiting to access care and support. This pilot aims to strengthen the offer of support to young people aged 11-18 in A&E, and also consider the wider social and emotional wellbeing needs of those individuals whilst in that environment and following discharge by ensuring there is follow up support for a variety of services.
The Mental Health Youth Work Service model has been informed by young people with experience of hospital attendances after self-harming, and their feedback has been used to shape the care we aim to deliver.
The service runs across two hospital sites in London: King’s College Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital. There will be a team consisting of one Senior Youth Worker and a Youth Worker embedded in each site.
Job Description
Where you fit in
This is an exciting new service working in partnership with King’s College Hospital Accident and Emergency Department. The project is a pilot that aims to provide specialist Youth Work support for young people presenting to a hospital because of their mental health, and specifically where they attend because of self-harm.
The Senior Youth Worker will lead on the Mental Health Youth Work service embedded within the A&E department. This will involve line management responsibilities for the Mental Health Youth Worker, partnership working to build relationships both internally within the hospital and externally in the local community, and with both statutory and non-statutory partners.
The Senior Youth worker will be expected to support and build trusting relationships with young people who present with acute needs and are often in a crisis. They will manage a caseload of their own, with contact taking place both in the hospital and post-discharge in the community.
The Senior Youth Worker will ensure the integration of the service at their respective hospital A&E department, and work alongside the Team Leader in reporting, monitoring and evaluation requirements
Main Duties & Accountabilities
• Lead the delivery of the Mental Health Youth Work service for young people aged 11-18 who attend the A&E department. Ensure that all young people are assessed holistically and care plans are tailored, trauma-informed and empowering, with the aim of reducing further harm.
• Line manage the Mental Health Youth Worker, providing guidance and direction through regular contact and meetings, case allocation, caseload oversight and one-to-one supervision, both formally and informally.
• In collaboration with the other Senior Youth Worker, provide overall support to the team to develop and improve skills, including assessment and recording, to ensure that Redthread’s model of intervention is delivered consistently.
• Promote high levels of wellbeing for staff members who are working with young people who have experienced acute and chronic mental health challenges
• Hold a caseload and work with young people with often complex needs, in a range of settings, including in A&E, in the community, face-to-face and virtually where required, and promote their personal, educational, health and social development through all interactions
• Assist with the on-going development of the service model to ensure that young people and other stakeholders gain the maximum benefit from Redthread’s interventions
• Along with the team, tailor and design youth work resources that are specific to the young people we are working with
• Contribute to the training programme that Redthread provides for hospital staff, including informal microteaching and more formal presentations.
• With support from the Team Leader, maintain strong working relationships within the Hospital, and NHS staff ensuring that Redthread youth workers are fully embedded in the health setting and are working with clinical staff to deliver a service that meets the needs of young people, including promoting the service within the hospital and attending appropriate internal meetings
• Assist in building and maintaining strong working relationships with Redthread stakeholders, project partners and with other agencies working with young people and to represent Redthread at external meetings as required.
• Ensure that as a team, you are proactive in researching and networking with other organisations working with young people in the area served by the hospital to ensure that the Youth Workers have a good knowledge of other services and projects that may be of interest to the young people we work with or appropriate for us to refer to.
• Attend multi-disciplinary team meetings in hospital, working with ED staff and CAMHS teams to support and safeguard young people
• Maintain a good level of professional knowledge of the issues affecting young people, particularly related to their mental health needs and self harm.
• In all areas of the work, apply an in-depth understanding of safeguarding responsibilities when working with children and young people, and provide guidance to your team members that adheres to Redthread’s Safeguarding policy and procedures and safeguarding policies of respective NHS Trusts.
• Ensure information resources such as client forms, databases and contact files are kept fully up-to-date and secure, in line with GDPR, the Data Protection Act and our Confidentiality Policy and Consent Policy. Maintain high-quality recording of interventions with young people on our database, Salesforce, in line with Redthread’s best-practice requirements. (Training will be provided.)
• Collect and record evidence of project outcomes and young people’s achievements, to ensure the completion of monitoring forms and project progress reports as required.
• Work as part of a team to continue to develop the programme’s monitoring and evaluation in order to facilitate internal reflection and learning, and to demonstrate its effectiveness and impact to external stakeholders.
• To ensure that the Youth Worker accurately captures and records data on the CRM system. To ensure that it can be used to identify trends and provide insights. To use these insights and trends to shape service delivery and share information with partners.
• With support from the Team Leader and oversight from the Service Manager, produce monthly and quarterly reports as required by funders and to inform leaders of the operational performance of the organisation.

As Programmes Officer, you’ll be part of the operational engine behind a complex, high-profile feasibility Randomised Controlled Trial (RCT) – keeping delivery tight, evidence strong and nothing falling through the cracks. Kinship is undertaking a major feasibility RCT of Kinship Connected, a Kinship Navigator Programmes.
This is a complex, multi-partner programme involving funders, independent evaluators, local authorities, internal delivery teams and kinship carers with lived experience.
The Programmes Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the programme runs smoothly day to day. This is a technically demanding, detail-heavy role requiring excellent administration, strong initiative and the ability to anticipate what is needed next.
The Programmes Officer works closely and day-to-day with the Mobilisation and Delivery Project Manager and is a key part of the core delivery spine of the Kinship Navigator feasibility RCT.
The role provides structured operational, administrative and coordination support that enables the Mobilisation and Delivery Project Manager to maintain oversight of timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery quality.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working at pace, highly responsive to direction, and able to anticipate what the Mobilisation and Delivery Project Manager will need next in order to keep the programme running smoothly and evidence-ready.
Please note - we are looking for people who can start immediately ideally. This is due to the nature of the mobilisation and delivery timescales.
Purpose of the role:
To support the Mobilisation and Delivery Project Manager in mobilising and delivering the Kinship Navigator feasibility RCT through exceptional administration, proactive coordination and anticipatory problem-solving.
You will act as a trusted operational support, ensuring systems, data, documentation and local engagement activity are accurate, well organised and up to date, allowing the Mobilisation and Delivery Project Manager to focus on delivery oversight, risk management and external accountability.
Key responsibilities:
Programme delivery and coordination
- Support mobilisation activities across all workstreams, ensuring actions, documentation and timelines are tracked and followed up.
- Maintain delivery plans, action logs and trackers using Asana.
- Support coordination of onboarding activities with local authorities and internal teams.
- Ensure all operational documents are version-controlled, accessible and kept up to date.
- Flag emerging issues, risks or capacity pressures early, with clear evidence.
Local authority engagement and ecosystem mapping
- Coordinate local engagement activity across participating local authorities, including planning, logistics and follow-up for local events.
- Map each local authority’s kinship care ecosystem, including statutory services, voluntary and community organisations, referral pathways and gaps in provision.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date local authority profiles and ecosystem maps.
- Ensure local intelligence is captured consistently and stored accessibly using agreed systems (e.g. Notion).
Outreach and local marketing support
- Support outreach and engagement activity by helping develop programme-specific marketing and engagement materials, working with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure alignment with Kinship’s brand and messaging.
- Adapt and manage local collateral for each participating local authority, ensuring materials are accurate, up to date and easy to use.
- Maintain clear version control and accessible storage of outreach materials, incorporating feedback from local partners where appropriate.
- Use Canva, Padlet and other agreed tools to adapt and produce local materials for events, Communities of Practice and local authority engagement.
Communities of Practice support
- Provide operational support to the Head of Programmes in coordinating Communities of Practice in each participating local authority.
- Support scheduling, logistics, materials and follow-up actions.
- Capture learning, actions and insights clearly and consistently.
- Support translation of local learning into insight for programme improvement and future scale-up.
Administrative excellence and anticipation
- Deliver a consistently high standard of administration across the programme.
- Maintain clear, structured and accurate records across all systems.
- Anticipate upcoming needs, deadlines and risks, taking initiative to address them early.
- Proactively prepare information, materials and updates without needing to be prompted.
- Act as a reliable operational anchor, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Anticipate the information, updates and preparation the Mobilisation and Delivery Project Manager will need to manage delivery effectively.
Data, systems and technical delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry across Salesforce and related systems.
- Support data quality checks and evaluator requirements.
- Use Asana, Salesforce, Notion and Canva confidently and fluently.
- Support documentation, manualisation and knowledge management.
- Ensure systems are used consistently and to a high technical standard.
Coordination, reporting and communications
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes and follow-up actions.
- Support preparation of dashboards, updates and reports.
- Ensure information is shared clearly, accurately and on time.

Main Purpose of the Post:
Provide advocacy, support, impartial advice, and information to survivors of all ages who have experienced sexual violence at any point in their lives. This includes support within the Criminal Justice System (CJS), as well as delivering informed choices sessions to help survivors decide whether they wish to engage with the CJS process.
Key information:
· We require the post holder to be female under Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR), Schedule 9 (Work; Exceptions), Part 1 (Occupational Requirements), of the Equality Act (2010).
· The post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
· The post involves flexible working hours including responding to crises in order to meet the needs of the service as and when required.
· The post is part of a countywide ISVA service covering Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. For all survivors accessing the service
· Undertake needs-led assessments and develop individual support plans.
· Support survivors to access services to which they are entitled.
· Provide support (non-therapeutic) to survivors.
· Provide information on criminal, legal, and civil remedies where appropriate.
· Provide information and support in relation to Criminal Injuries Compensation.
· Where relevant, liaise with other agencies who are supporting the client.
· Assist survivors who decide to report by facilitating the reporting of the offence.
2. For survivors reporting to the Police
· Support survivors through the criminal justice system explaining the procedures, the ISVA role, and the client’s rights within the system.
· Liaise with the police and CPS on behalf of survivors and/or with survivors.
· Participate in case conferences with the police, CPS, and prosecuting barrister.
· Support and advocate for clients to access special measures.
· Where appropriate, support survivors to provide a victim impact statement during the trial phase.
3. Quality Assurance
· Maintain confidential client records, sharing and managing information in accordance with PRCCG Policies and Procedures.
· Develop and maintain effective working relationships with agencies supporting survivors.
· Ensure survivors receive the best possible standard of support in line with Rape Crisis National Service Standards.
· Attend and participate in regular Team Meetings, Peer Review Meetings, Reflective Practice and Clinical Supervision.
4. General
· Manage a caseload while taking responsibility for scheduling time off to ensure a healthy work/life balance.
· Work flexible hours where required and dependent on the needs of PRCCG and its service users.
· Participate in PRCCG training and development opportunities.
· Support the monitoring and evaluation of PRCCG services.
· Support the running of other PRCCG services where required.

We are seeking a creative, driven, and strategic Campaigns Coordinator to deliver our current high-impact campaigns with a view to exposing the cruel animal agriculture industries, influencing decision-makers, and mobilising the public to create lasting change for farmed animals.
Working closely with team members, the Campaigns Coordinator will design and deliver imaginative campaigns while working in alignment with the organisation’s wider mission: to end factory farming. The role requires initiative, creativity, tenacity, and a solutions-focused mindset, as well as the discipline to execute projects effectively and professionally.
The Campaigns Coordinator will report to the Executive Director and work closely with others across our UK and international teams. The appointee will play a key role in coordinating and inspiring volunteers and external stakeholders.
The Campaigns Coordinator will have opportunities to travel across the UK and internationally to organise and lead peaceful demonstrations, ensuring Animal Equality maintains a visible, strategic, and compelling presence at key decision-making moments. While not common, occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to support campaigning activities. Any additional hours worked and agreed with your Manager can be reclaimed as TOIL.
