About the Role
The Senior Trust Officer is responsible for securing and managing significant income from charitable trusts and corporate partners to sustain and grow the Refugee Council’s services and advocacy work with and for refugees and people seeking asylum. Managing a portfolio of high-value trust and corporate partner relationships (independently up to £250,000 and supporting the wider philanthropy team for applications over £250,000), the role prepares compelling applications, pitches and reports, cultivates long-term partnerships, and ensures timely stewardship that reflects the organisation's impact and values.
Working closely with colleagues across Services, Finance, and Business Development, you will develop strong cases for support and new funding projects, aligning donor interests with organisational priorities and future service design. About Adolescent Health Study
The Adolescent Health Study (AHS) is an ambitious new UKRI-funded initiative to establish a prospective, longitudinal population study that will generate a globally leading open science data platform and research resource. AHS aims to recruit at least 100,000 young people aged eight to 18 years from across the UK and to follow their mental and physical health and wellbeing over at least 10 years. It plans to collect data through questions and measures; to obtain bio-samples for a wide range of genomic and other high-throughput assays; and to capture linked data relevant to health and wellbeing from participants’ health, education and other administrative records. Recruitment will take place mainly through schools. There will be a strong emphasis on engaging with and involving young people, schools, parents and other relevant stakeholders in the design and delivery of the study, as well as on including young people that represent as wide as possible a range of backgrounds, experiences and characteristics. AHS will focus on enabling a wide range of research, including studies of the critical biological and social developments that occur during the transition from childhood to adulthood and the determinants of both mental and physical health and wellbeing in adolescents and young adults.

About the Role
We are seeking four highly motivated, organised and compassionate Employment Advisors, to deliver the countywide Connect To Work programme in our new Employment workstream. In this highly rewarding role, you will be responsible supporting individuals experiencing mental health problems, and those facing complex barriers, to secure and sustain meaningful paid employment.
This position is part of the Connect to Work programme — a voluntary Supported Employment initiative funded by the Department for Work and Pensions. You will deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, offering tailored advice and guidance to individuals, while also building strong partnerships with local employers to create opportunities aligned with individuals’ skills and aspirations.
As an Employment Advisor you will deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model to meet individuals regularly to understand an individual’s skills, strengths and goals; developing clear action plans; provide practical support; and co-create personalised action plans.
The programme provides structured, 1:1 and group based person centred support to build confidence, motivation and resilience, to help individuals work towards clear, work related goals.

Join Our Team as a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner
Location: HMP Full Sutton, York.
Rethink Mental Illness work alongside Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV) and Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust to deliver an integrated stepped care mental health service within HMP Full Sutton.
The team compromises a range of highly skilled professionals who work collaboratively to provide the highest quality of care, for those with mental health needs within the prison and for Rethink Mental Illness employees, this is carried out between 0800 – 1600 Monday to Friday.
As we work across both sites, there may be some travel involved, but this will be done in work time and expenses paid to support service delivery.

JOB PURPOSE
To coordinate Dudley Lodge's impact reporting, fundraising support and business development activities across the organisation.
The postholder will support income generation by identifying funding opportunities, maintaining funding pipelines, coordinating fundraising activity, supporting funding applications and helping Dudley Lodge evidence and communicate the impact of its work to commissioners, funders, donors and stakeholders.

You will support the team to ensure our properties are maintained to a high standard by carrying out a variety of tasks including cleaning and handy person duties. You will deliver a professional, customer service focused service to ensure our properties are safe and work towards our good homes standard.
You will join our new Independent Approved Premises commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP).The service supports residents who have recently been released from prison who move into our residential accommodation. We support them in their journey to reintegrate into the community, helping to reduce reoffending rates post release. You will play a vital role in supporting our residents to rebuild their lives, communities, and provide opportunities for them to do this.

Empowering independence through trauma-informed solutions and dynamic partnerships that keep people out of prison, out of hospital and off the streets
Are you an experienced IDVA, ready to work with a creative and dynamic team, advocating for women, families and the LGBT+ community who have experienced Domestic Abuse? Then join us to lead a team of specialist caseworkers, supporting survivors to address practical issues and empower them in their recovery!
The RISE Team Leader will be a skilled independent domestic and sexual violence advocate who will oversee a small team of case and group workers as well as managing Helpline volunteers. She will be a qualified IDVA and ISVA or be willing to complete the accreditations in the first six months in post.
She will hold a caseload of her own and coordinate a team providing support and guidance through a range of interventions and support offers working closely with an experienced Manager and other Team Leaders. Together with their team they will build, maintain and create links to deliver survivor-focused, trauma aware/ responsive support to help survivors and their family to cope and recover.
They will be the lead on developing, implementing and coordinating the Helpline, Casework and Projects with day-to-day practice oversight of staff and volunteers. The Team Leader will work co-operatively and flexibly alongside RISE colleagues providing expert input and contributing to the effective running of the organisation as a whole.
