The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. These are Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James’s Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park.

We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join us on a full-time, 18-month fixed term contract, working 36 hours per week.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of Roehampton Restored – a high‑profile, multi‑million‑pound capital project within the Grade I listed landscape of Richmond Park.

With planning consent secured and enabling works underway, you’ll take responsibility for the built and hard‑landscape elements of the project through RIBA Stages 4–7, delivering a new café, public toilets and cycle hire facilities to an exceptional standard. You’ll coordinate contractors, consultants and internal teams, manage cost and risk, discharge planning conditions, and ensure the project achieves a BREEAM Excellent rating.

Additionally, you will:

• Manage the project budget, programme, risks and change control
• Oversee contract administration (NEC) in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor
• Work closely with the Senior Landscape Project Manager to ensure seamless integration of built and landscape works
• Ensure compliance with planning, heritage, environmental and health & safety requirements (including CDM 2015)
• Secure delivery of all BREEAM Excellent credits
• Lead stakeholder engagement with internal teams, statutory bodies, contractors and local interest groups
• Provide regular progress, budget and risk reporting to the Project Sponsor, SRO and Project Board
• Support project handover, Health & Safety files and updates to the TRP Asset Register

About You

To be considered as a Senior Project Manager, you will need:

• Degree in construction, engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM or similar)
• Extensive experience delivering new build construction projects
• Strong knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work, particularly stages 4–7
• Experience administering contracts (NEC and/or JCT)
• Practical knowledge of health & safety legislation, including CDM 2015
• Excellent budget management, reporting and risk management skills
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fundraising Executives provide support to the wider Fundraising team assisting with all aspects of fundraising activity. Three Fundraising Executives are managed by the Head of Fundraising and support fundraising activity across 11 segments of income generation. The role provides an opportunity to gain a level of understanding and knowledge about each income stream and donor stewardship.

The Fundraising Executive is a varied role with involvement in each stage of fundraising activity, from research and planning to campaign or event delivery and then income processing and thanking of donors and supporters. The successful candidate will be passionate about learning about fundraising and how we as a team raise the vital funds needed to provide Trinity’s care for future patients and their loved ones. 

This is an entry level role that is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to learn about fundraising and make their first step in developing a fundraising career. 

The successful candidate will:

·Open mail and process cheques and donations to the fundraising database, ensuring donations are accurately recorded and thanked in a timely way.

·Support with email and written correspondence with donors and grant makers 

·Assist Fundraising Managers with research and administrative support.

·Join the team at fundraising events (at the hospice and in our community) raising the profile of the hospice and encouraging support (events include hospice events and external events such as London Marathon).

·Support our reach to fundraising audiences through social media and other channels.

·Work collaboratively with the Events Coordinator to provide logistical and practical assistance in the planning and hosting of our key fundraising events (including Summer Garden Party, Summer Solstice, Concert at the Hospice, Gala Dinner, Christmas Fair and Christmas Carol Concert and others).

·Maintain excellent internal relationships with the Communications team, as well as the Hospice clinical teams and other stakeholders.

·Support the wider Fundraising team providing support and participating in other duties where required. 

Experience, knowledge, skills, and characteristics

Required:

·Enthusiasm to learn about fundraising and contribute to the Compton team activity.

Be part of the first step in a survivor’s recovery journey by supporting safe and timely access to specialist services. This is a key frontline role working with survivors who have experienced sexual violence or sexual abuse to ensure they receive the right support at the right time.

As a Sexual Violence Practitioner within our Navigation and Engagement Service, you will act as the first point of contact for individuals accessing Survivors in Transition. You will deliver trauma-informed screening, risk assessment and triage, working closely with survivors to understand their needs, strengths and support priorities. Using your professional judgement, you will guide individuals into appropriate services and recovery pathways, ensuring safe entry into services and responding to any safeguarding or crisis needs in partnership with statutory agencies where required.

You will manage a short-term caseload from assessment through to intervention, providing check-in support, advocacy and wellbeing input while coordinating care with mental health services, police, social care and voluntary sector partners. This role plays a vital part in managing referral pathways, waiting lists and safe access to therapy, contributing to joined-up, survivor-led care across the region.

Working within a supportive and reflective team environment, you will maintain accurate records, monitor outcomes and contribute to service evaluation, helping to identify trends at the entry point to improve access to recovery services. This is a practitioner-level role requiring experience of working with trauma, managing risk and complexity, and making autonomous decisions within a safeguarding framework.

We’re looking for a Dad Matters Coordinator to help us reach more families across Brent. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who understands the emotional ups and downs of becoming a dad and wants to support fathers at a crucial point in their parenting journey.

New dads can face real mental health challenges — often quietly. In this role, you’ll help dads feel listened to, supported and confident, strengthening attachment and helping them access the right support.

What you’ll be doing

• Offering coaching and advice to new dads and dads-to-be

• Having honest conversations about mental health, bonding and wellbeing

• Getting out into the community, approaching dads and building trust

• Developing and running group sessions and workshops

• Working closely with health professionals and local services so dads are included and supported

• Helping grow and support our Dad Matters volunteers

This is a hands-on, community-based role, so you’ll need to be regularly out and about in Brent, building visibility and relationships.

You don’t need formal qualifications in healthcare or mental health. What matters is that you:

• Are confident talking to people and putting them at ease

This is an exciting time for the Trust as we are in the second year of our ambitious NLHF funded activity plan.  You will be providing support for the volunteer journey from recruitment and onboarding, to role support across all areas of volunteer activity in the park.

Main Responsibilities

We are looking for highly motivated and organised individual to coordinate our accreditation scheme. The role will work with our network of employers, and support new organisations through the accreditation process.

The Programme Officer will lead our work in Yorkshire and Humber support our Managers to grow and deepen engagement with Living Wage Employers through our associated schemes. You will help to ensure our resources and publicity materials are well written and up-to-date, and to coordinate events to grow our employer network.

About the Service

Ella House supports women facing multiple disadvantages and intersectional challenges, including homelessness, substance misuse, contact with the criminal justice system, and mental ill health. These women often fall through gaps between services and systems, making it harder for them to address their challenges and lead fulfilling lives. At Ella House, the goal is to support clients with multiple and complex needs, recognising the emotional and compound trauma that can accompany and, in many cases, precede experiences of homelessness.

Ella House provides support by empowering women through independence, inclusion, peer support and wellbeing, bringing together diverse expertise and approaches.

The service delivers holistic support, where women are recognised for their full combination of strengths, capacities and experiences. We acknowledge how women, as individuals, want to be supported differently, and this requires staff to be patient, observant, creative and committed to trying a range of approaches.

About the Role

Specialist Support Workers provide support to women affected by multiple disadvantage, including those who have experienced domestic and/or sexual violence, have significant mental ill health, and/or use substances.

You will ensure the smooth running of the refuge, including processing and admitting new referrals, ensuring rent and personal charges are paid, maintaining rooms and communal areas, overseeing general housekeeping, organising repairs, and responding to crisis situations. You will work with women to develop Support Plans that meet their immediate practical and emotional needs and support their recovery, linking them with specialist services where required.

You will work in a trauma‑informed way and ideally have experience supporting people with significant mental ill health and/or substance use needs.

About You

The ideal candidate will have in‑depth knowledge of multiple disadvantages and their impact on women, as well as experience providing emotional and practical support to those affected by homelessness, substance misuse, the criminal justice system and mental ill health.

You will have experience managing risk and following case management procedures to meet the needs of a diverse client group. You will be able to work with women to help them understand their needs, complete risk assessments, develop safety plans, and engage effectively with other agencies.

You will have working knowledge of legal remedies, housing and welfare benefits, and experience delivering workshops.

In addition to case management duties, you will be required to undertake housing management responsibilities, including health and safety tasks and supporting the upkeep of the accommodation. You will have excellent administrative and time‑management skills.

Job Profile

The Junction is an out of hours service, open 365 evenings a year 4pm-11pm, to support and assist individuals experiencing a mental health concern. The aim is to alleviate the need for people in the Swindon locality to access A&E acute mental health services and primary care GP services unnecessarily by managing the presenting symptoms/mental health crisis along with the triggers and context for that crisis.

Working pattern includes every other weekend and working hours are 16:00-23:00.

About the Role

We are seeking a Family Service Manager to lead our flagship family service based in HMP Altcourse. This is an ideal opportunity if you are seeking a hands-on role within a prison setting, who is confident in working in complex environments and wants to create meaningful change within punitive systems. You will lead a multidisciplinary team who deliver high-quality, therapeutically informed, arts-based work with men in prison and their families. You will bring together creative group interventions, bespoke family counselling services, and day-to-day practical family support within a complex prison environment. 

As the Family Service Manager, you will lead a team of Programme Co-Ordinator's, Facilitators, Family Counsellors, a Deputy Service Manager, and other appropriate staff. The team deliver programmes such as Fathers Inside and Man Up which have received national recognition and have been delivered nationally across custodial and community settings. The role requires leadership experience, managing a diverse team, with line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to the participants of our programmes and their families. You will work closely with prison and Sodexo colleagues, as well as other internal SIG teams to ensure innovative, safe, and compassionate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Line Management throughout the employee lifecycle embedding a culture of learning, development, reflection, and evaluation.
• Creative leadership of creating and delivering engaging high-quality services and interventions which support rehabilitation, reintegration, and culture shifts in systems of power and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day operational delivery of programmes, the service, and visitors centre.

• Previous experience in facilitation of group programmes and/or training to various groups, ideally in a similar setting (preferably within a creative setting)
• Experience of working with and engaging with diverse groups of people from varying backgrounds
• Demonstratable experience in leading a service/team in a similar capacity.
• Ability to provide high quality support and line management to staff.
• Ability to motivate and empower a team to achieve KPI's
• Ability to promote the service externally to enhance reputation in the area and with partner organisations
• Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands and needs of the service. For example, Provide an emergency on call service as and when required in case of emergency
• IT proficiency - we use various systems so look for someone who can learn and navigate new systems including case management, Microsoft, ATS, HR systems, and other types of organisational software.

Previous experience working in the youth or education sector would be essential to this role, along with good knowledge of local wildlife and demonstrable skills in practical conservation. Previous experience in delivering programmes of engagement in a learning or educational setting would also be desirable, along with  experience working with Volunteers.
