About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial administration of the Trust, ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of income and expenditure, budget planning and development, monitoring, and compliance with charity accounting requirements.
You will work closely with the Head of Operations, Trustees and external advisers, supporting financial planning, audit requirements, and governance. The role also includes providing Clerk support to the Board of Trustees, including attending up to four evening meetings each year.

Community Action Nepal (CAN) was established 25 years ago by the world-renowned mountaineer Doug Scott CBE, to raise the living standards of remote mountain communities in Nepal. We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to provide full office administration to the charity. The position is part of a small team. The post holder will need to be self-reliant and work on their own initiative to co-ordinate all elements of the office administration of the charity, whilst working closely with the Operations Director, Fundraising Officer, Trustees and Patrons. Operations Manager – Responsive Repairs
The Operations Manager – Responsive Repairs is the operational lead for responsive repairs services within the Asset Delivery function and is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, performance and continuous improvement of responsive repairs across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Asset Delivery, the postholder provides operational leadership and strategic oversight of Local Space's Responsive Repairs, Voids, Legal Disrepair and Insurance, and Healthy Homes services, ensuring they are customer-focused, efficient, compliant and deliver excellent outcomes for residents.
The role is accountable for delivering high-performing repairs services that meet organisational objectives, statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements while driving value for money, service improvement and operational excellence. The postholder will lead the organisation's response to legal disrepair, insurance claims, damp and mould, and compliance with Awaab's Law, ensuring risks are effectively managed and robust assurance is provided to the Executive Management Team, Committees and Board. Leading a team of Contracts Surveyors and Asset Delivery Officers, the postholder will provide strategic direction, performance management and professional leadership across multiple service areas. Global HR Operations -
· Maintain a high-quality global HR operations function, including standardized policies where legally appropriate, standardized processes, technology, systems, tools, forms, and guidelines that are accessible, well understood, and consistently utilized across all offices.

The Volunteer Coordinator (Nag’s Head Farm) will lead the recruitment, administration and support of volunteers for Camp Jojo’s Cumbria camps. As the main point of contact throughout the volunteer journey, they will manage applications, maintain databases, coordinate communications and ensure volunteers are successfully placed at camp.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take operational ownership of IT infrastructure and MSP relationship management, facilities, fleet, and contracts across our organisation. This is a wide-ranging role where your work directly underpins our frontline teams’ ability to deliver life-changing support to families with seriously ill children.
About the role:
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will have input into how Rainbow Trust manages its IT, property and facilities, and fleet - while also leading on the day-to-day operational infrastructure across the organisation, including overall responsibility for our IT infrastructure and security. The role holder will act as the primary internal point of contact for our Managed Service Provider, overseeing service delivery, SLAs, and ensuring our IT infrastructure remains secure, compliant and fit for purpose
Managing the office facilities, leases, and contracts across our head office and nine regional sites, you will lead on contract negotiation and supplier management, managing a central administration budget and project manage office moves and operational projects.
With a focus on improving the efficiency of our systems, processes and ways of working, you will also line manage our Fleet Administrator, overseeing our fleet of 80 leased vehicles and be an integral part of decision making.
This is a substantive management role with real ownership, and meaningful variety - ideal for an experienced operations professional with a sound understanding of Microsoft Administration and cyber security ready to take on a broad remit in a values-driven organisation.
What we’re looking for:
Applications will be particularly welcome from those who have demonstrable experience of negotiating and managing contracts, including managed IT service contracts and budgets. A qualification in cyber security or IT and experience of Microsoft administration, cyber security and MSP management is also necessary for this role.

Role Overview
The Assistant Finance Manager supports the Deputy CEO in delivering a high-quality finance function. This role is integral to the day-to-day financial operations of the business, contributing to financial control, reporting, and analysis. The role also involves supervising junior finance staff and deputising for the Deputy CEO where required.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Control and Governance
· Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the month-end timetable, ensuring deadlines are met.
· Prepare the management accounts, including reconciliations and supporting schedules.
· Review and assist with bank reconciliations and nominal ledger maintenance.
· Complete VAT, fixed asset accounting, and general ledger integrity.
· Assist with payroll processing, HMRC reporting, and pension submissions.
· Contribute to the preparation of year-end statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors.
· Provide cover for finance operations tasks (e.g. loan postings, payments, refunds) as required.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
