Responsible for: Leading the food distribution service and quality assurance at Hackney Foodbank’s allocated Food Distribution Centres located across the borough of Hackney. This senior leadership role leads the full individual giving line, holding acquisition, retention, supporter care and legacy together as a streamlined donor journey.
The role will focus on reducing the attrition of regular-giving supporters and growing our community lottery, alongside supporter journeys, payroll giving stewardship and migration, lottery and regular giving acquisition, and legacy cultivation.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated senior-level responsibility for an income line. They will be highly experienced in leading individual giving, regular giving or supporter retention programmes, with a strong understanding of payroll giving. They will also have significant experience of growing a lottery, raffle or similar prize-led product. Line manager experience is essential.
