We are seeking a Test & Itchen Projects Officer to join our cause.
The Project Officer will focus on delivery of the Test & Itchen Recovery Plan; a new strategic pilot hosted by the Test & Itchen Catchment Partnership. Working closely with co-hosts Wessex Rivers Trust, this role will coordinate a variety of projects and support reporting to a new TICP Strategic Leadership Group, including tracking of delivery against the new TICP’s Catchment Plan. This role is a critical link between the Catchment Partnership and Southern Water over the AMP 8 period 2025 to 2030, aiming to support Integrated Catchment Management between Southern Water and the partnership with a focus on project development.
The role has two key functions:
- Collation and coordination of projects between Southern Water and the Catchment Hosts/Catchment Partnership and the creation of a shared priority project pipeline plan.
- To support the coordination of ongoing partnership projects running with Southern Water and the Catchment Hosts/Catchment Partnership.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll oversee and coordinate projects that improve water quality, water resource resilience and nature recovery in the catchment, making the link between water company activity and environmental improvement; notably the WINEP programme. You’ll combine environmental expertise and knowledge of the water sector with project management skills to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects that have a positive impact on the environment, Southern Water outcomes, Catchment Partnership outcomes and local communities.
You’ll coordinate project planning and support delivery between Southern Water and the Test & Itchen Catchment Partnership (TICP), to ensure Southern Water projects are co-developed with wider stakeholders (where applicable). The process will ensure better integration between Southern Water projects and wider TICP based projects, including a shared project pipeline. You’ll go on to manage collaborative Southern Water projects as appropriate.

- You’re an enthusiastic and collaborative environmental professional with a solid understanding of river catchments and their ecology. Confident managing projects and partnerships, you balance technical insight with strong communication and coordination skills. You build productive relationships across diverse stakeholders, from water companies and NGOs to local communities, and are motivated by delivering real outcomes for nature.

About You:
As the Co-production Co-ordinator you will lead on promoting and developing the co-production element of the London Service. You will manage and chair the Experts by Experience Panel which is the forum through which current and past service users can influence the development of the London DA Service (Safe Horizons London Partnership).
The Safe Horizons London Partnership supports victims and survivors of domestic abuse to cope and recover from the impact crime has had on them, as well as supporting their journey through the criminal justice process. The service delivery model has been shaped by the views of service users and you will have an important role in growing their input and influence. You will recruit co-production champions from the staff team and support them to promote the benefits of co-production and recruit more service users into the co-production function.
Safeguarding and wellbeing are important to us and you will ensure service users are supported during their membership of the Experts by Experience Panel. As a lead in this area, you will work with the management team, sharing the feedback you have obtained and helping it feed into policies and procedures. You will also support national co-production initiatives such as the Victim Voice app. You may also support the recruitment of service users to panels hosted by our partners including the Mayor's Office of Policing and Crime and the Metropolitan Police. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as some knowledge of the impact of crime.

This role is home-based with mobile working. There will be a requirement to attend in-person team meetings based in the area on a quarterly basis and other parts of the UK when our wider fundraising territory and department get together.

We build ambitious coalitions, support climate vulnerable countries in international negotiations and find innovative legal pathways to fight climate change.
The Communications team currently includes four people who work across the full breadth of Opportunity Green’s work, making sure our messages are communicated clearly to the right audiences at the right time. We are now looking for a Digital and SEO Manager to develop and deliver Opportunity Green’s digital and SEO strategy, ensuring our online presence effectively reaches, engages and inspires audiences.
What’s the role?
The Digital and SEO Manager will report to Opportunity Green’s Communications Director. By harnessing data-driven insights and optimising our digital platforms, the Digital and SEO Manager will strengthen our communications impact and support the organisation’s mission to fill the gaps that others miss on climate change. You will also support the Comms Director in managing the communications team and their team projects, including direct line management of a multimedia-focused team member.
This is a new role to OG and it comes at an exciting time, when we are about to launch our new website. You will play a pivotal part in helping our website content reach the right audiences, monitoring its performance and developing it even further.
Our Communications team supports all the workstreams and projects at Opportunity Green, spanning aviation, shipping, steel, agriculture, strategic litigation, climate justice, company coalitions, external partnerships and The SASHA Coalition, which is facilitated by OG and has a separate online presence. You will therefore need to be a great collaborator who is used to multitasking, a quick thinker and able to respond to situations as they arise. As the only employee dedicated to digital, you will be a strategic thinker who can shape our approach to emerging digital trends, while also being comfortable implementing the ideas you develop.

The successful candidate will be offered an annual salary of £50,000 plus 10% employer-contributed pension. YMCA St Helens is seeking a Positive Pathways Coach (IAG Worker) to design and deliver a high-quality programme of training, activities, and events for residents and beneficiaries. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to create opportunities that transform lives.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design and deliver engaging training, workshops, and events covering:
• Health and wellbeing literacy
• Financial literacy
• Cultural understanding
• Tenancy maintenance
• Domestic skills (cooking, cleaning)
• English language and other development opportunities
✅ Provide 1:1 support to help residents develop skills for independent living
✅ Build strong partnerships with community organisations and facilitators
✅ Organise venues, resources, and manage programme budgets
✅ Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports for stakeholders
✅ Continuously improve the programme based on participant feedback
About You
Essential:
☑️ Experience in delivering high-quality information, advice, and guidance
☑️ Proven ability to design and deliver workshops and training programmes
☑️ Strong understanding of challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness
☑️ Experience working with diverse stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams
☑️ Excellent communication and organisational skills
☑️ Cultural competence and commitment to equality and inclusion
☑️ Ability to work flexibly and independently
Desirable:
☑️ Experience delivering IAG to people experiencing homelessness
☑️ Knowledge of UK welfare benefits and housing rights
☑️ Training and development qualification (e.g., NVQ in Learning & Development, PTTLS, CTTLS)
☑️ Experience supporting refugees or those with humanitarian protection status
☑️ Lived experience of homelessness

We are looking for a Step 2 and Step 3 Manager to join our leadership team within our NHS Talking Therapies Service. WithYou is a charity providing free, confidential support to people experiencing challenges with drugs, alcohol or mental health.
In this exciting role, you will work with a wide range of mental health practitioners, partner providers and referrers to develop and grow our mental health workforce in Kent and Medway. You will be responsible for supporting the development of Step 2 and Step 3 (where appropriate) Talking Therapy services in line with local needs and contractual specification. As a Manager, you will effectively support and line manage a team of Step 2 or Step 3 Talking Therapies staff to deliver WithYou’s strategic objectives and support them with developing their performance in their clinical work.
We offer remote working however travel within Kent and London for meetings and events may be required.
Please note that we are looking for two Step 2 Managers (1x 37.5 hours and 1x 30 hours per week) and we are looking for two fixed term Step 3 Managers (due to end in January 2027).
Essential Skills
- ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent or a commitment to complete within 18-months
- Demonstrable experience of working in the health, social care or criminal justice setting and of working in partnership with a range of statutory and non-statutory agencies. Experience of working within a Talking Therapies Service would be advantageous but not essential
- A successful track record of management responsibility and development of others
- An understanding of the issues facing clients experiencing common mental health difficulties
- Ability to build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Resilient, ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and manage competing / conflicting demands
- Be results driven and possess analytical skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good IT skills, including digital media
- Ability to work effectively as a team player in a collaborative and supportive manner
- Ability to work flexible and unsocial hours as required
- Willing to and able to visit other locations from time to time in order to deliver the services required
