Playskill is a Hertfordshire-based charity supporting pre-school children with physical disabilities and their families. The charity relies entirely on voluntary donations to fund its vital services.

About the role: 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Community and Events Manager who will play a key role in growing Playskill's income through community, coporate and event fundraising. 

Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Marketing, you will develop new fundraising opportunities, steward existing supporters, and create initiatives that introduce new people to the Playskill community.

You will lead on community and corporate partnerships, manage flagship and fundraising events (including Playskill’s Annual Golf Day), and line-manage the Fundraising Officer.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Grow income from community, corporate, and events fundraising

• Build and manage relationships with supporters, community groups, and corporate partners

• Plan and deliver fundraising events and campaigns

• Identify new income streams and opportunities

• Line manage the Fundraising Officer

• Manage budgets and record activity accurately using a CRM system

• Ability to manage budgets effectively and maintain financial discipline

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years' in community, corporate, or events fundraising

• Experience planning and delivering fundraising events

• Strong relationship-building and organisational skills

• Line management experience

• Experience using a CRM system (Donorfy or similar)

About Working Well Trust

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.

We are recruiting Employment Advisors to join our IPS service, you will be based in the Beam Park Health Centre in Rainham, Barking and Dagenham, working 35 hours per week. Working Well Trust's services have previously been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment. 

Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health, either personally or through a close contact.

You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in mental health, and the role it plays in the workplace. The successful candidate will need to become comfortable in approaching employers, and showcase the advantages of our service in order to work with them to recruit our clients to fill vacancies and sustain employment.

What you’ll be doing

You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.

You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led.  

You will spend up to 65% of your week working in the community of Barking and Dagenham to provide localised support to residents of the Borough.

You will also be working to targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service. 

What you’ll need

Experience in employment support is not essential. We are looking for someone who brings:

• A genuine desire to support people into meaningful employment.
• Commitment to person-centred work and either experience of or enthusiasm to learn the IPS approach.
• Confidence engaging with employers and promoting the benefits of our service.
• Good organisation skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the business performance of the home alongside the Registered Manager, delivering agreed income, occupancy, cost and surplus targets
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and hospitality through effective leadership of housekeeping, catering and maintenance teams

About Finance at Hope into Action 

The finance function of Hope into Action is small team comprising the Finance Manager, the Finance Administrators (job-share) and a volunteer reporting to the Head of Operations. It is largely paperless and supports our 44 staff with accounts payable and receivable functions. It works in conjunction with the other departments to deliver timely, accurate and strategic financial information for both the Executive Team and the Board of Trustees.

About the role 

The Finance Manager is a key role in enabling Hope into Action fulfil its vision of every church lovingly making a home for those experiencing homelessness.

The role is broad ranging; from managing the Finance Administrators, supporting their work when needed and also producing the monthly management accounts within our target of 10 working days from the month end.

In addition, you will support the year end work by producing the schedules required by auditors, take a lead in the annual budgeting process, produce the biannual investor statements and compile the Gift Aid returns. 

You will be expected to meet regularly with budget holders to help them achieve their targets and/or devise a plan to bring them back on track.

We are looking for a self-motivated person with a passion for our work, tenants, staff, churches and mission. You will be adaptable and equally comfortable with bank reconciliations as writing a commentary on the management accounts. We employ people of hope where humility, a genuine desire to love and serve others, and strength of character are as important as any job description. About the Position…

Our Senior Residential Manager and Responsible Individual supports the Head of Service in the delivery of the Trusts residential services for cared for children. You will oversee several services that provide support to vulnerable young people, working across a range of differing needs.

• Line-manage and support children’s residential registered managers to ensure high‑quality person‑centred care across all services.
• Ensure all registered children’s homes comply with standards, regulations, policies, and procedures, with effective systems supporting staff in delivering care.
• Act as the Responsible Individual for designated children’s homes or services.
• Lead quality‑assurance processes to maintain good or outstanding practice and clearly evidence outcomes for children.
• Ensure registered managers promote and safeguard the welfare and well‑being of children in residential care.
• Work with our People and Culture team to improve staff recruitment and retention, supporting managers with staffing matters including disciplinary, capability, practice concerns, and internal investigations.
• Promote the trust’s residential services externally, develop relationships with external stakeholders, support referrals and placements, and participate in relevant conferences and events.
• Ensure delegated budgets are managed in line with financial procedures and that each residential service meets income and expenditure targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework.

About the you…

Do you have the following skills and experience,

• Level 5 Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare of equivalent 
• Significant Children’s Residential experience as a Registered Manager or suitable equivalent, experienced in promoting high quality children’s residential services.
• Strong knowledge of childcare legislation and OFSTED inspection requirements.
• Extensive experience leading high-quality residential services for young people with complex social or health needs, understanding care planning, transitions, and leaving care.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with local authority officers and commissioners.
• Knowledge of leadership and management principles, including managing change and managing of service budgets, including income and expenditure.
• An analytical approach to report writing, continuing improvement of services and measurement of care outcomes.
• A full current driving licence – mileage will be paid at 45p per mile
• Up-to-date IT skills and the ability to use electronic recording systems (Clearcare) to improve service delivery.
• A flexible approach to work, including some weekend on-call requirements.

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to play a vital role at the heart of our organisation. This is a hands-on post that combines oversight with day-to-day delivery across all core operational functions - including HR, governance, IT and data, finance administration, and internal systems.. About The Role

We’re hiring a Data Integration Manager to take ownership of how data moves across Royal British Legion’s systems. This role sits at the centre of fundraising, membership and finance activity, making sure information flows accurately and securely between platforms, now and as we move towards Microsoft Dynamics. It’s a critical post for someone who wants responsibility for data that genuinely matters and is used every day across the organisation.

You’ll be responsible for the design, oversight and improvement of integrations and data feeds, working hands on with testing, monitoring and issue resolution. This is a role for someone who likes understanding systems end to end and taking pride in leaving them in better shape than they found them.

You’ll also manage and develop a small team of Database Stewards, setting clear standards for accuracy, security and accountability. Building strong working relationships with colleagues in Fundraising, Membership, Finance and Supporter Care will be a key part of the role, helping teams trust the data they rely on. It’s a role with visibility, influence and purpose suited to someone who wants to do careful, meaningful work in an organisation with a clear social impact.
You will be contracted to your home address, and you will perform most of your work remotely there, with occasional travel (incl. for monthly team meetings)

You hold a critical and integral role for the growth and development of the DEC’s website and digital marketing, taking an audience and insight led approach to innovation and supporter engagement. Website Management: Act as Product Owner, oversee roadmap, UX testing, security, hosting, and SEO.

Digital Fundraising: Manage paid search, social media, programmatic advertising, and evergreen campaigns; optimise performance and ROI.

Innovation & Strategy: Develop new digital tools, lead AI strategy group, drive product development from ideation to MVP, and foster a culture of innovation.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across teams, manage external agencies, and lead digital collaboration with member charities.

Financial & Risk Management: Oversee £100k+ budgets, ensure compliance, report on performance, and mitigate digital risks.

Digital & Innovation Strategy and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards, maintaining best practices in equality and accessibility.  Design and deliver programmes that build awareness and capability around inclusive behaviours.

Data & trends: Monitor, analyse, and report on D&I metrics to measure progress and inform future actions. Stay ahead of trends, lead new initiatives, and represent the organisation in external forums to promote our commitment to inclusion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the business performance of the home alongside the Registered Manager, delivering agreed income, occupancy, cost and surplus targets
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and hospitality through effective leadership of housekeeping, catering and maintenance teams

As Fundraising Manager, you will work closely with, and be fully supported by, the Director to execute and implement PILC’s fundraising strategy, with a specific focus on trusts and foundations. You’ll be a skilled fundraiser with demonstrable experience in securing income from trusts and foundations.

Salary: £41,814 - £47,464 per annum (from 1 April 2026)

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong, strategic pipeline of trust and foundation prospects aligned with organisational priorities and funding needs.
• Grow PILC’s individual donor and supporter base.
• Work closely with the Director and project teams to translate our legal and advocacy work into clear, compelling funding propositions.
• Manage the full grants cycle, ensuring excellent stewardship and compliance with funder requirements.
• Build new relationships with trusts and foundations and steward relationships with existing funders.
• Secure income from trusts and foundations, including developing multi-year or higher-value grants over time.
• Ensure all fundraising activity complies with PILC’s Ethical Fundraising Policy and relevant regulations.
