You will manage a caseload of female survivors within the National Referral Mechanism, advocating on their behalf to ensure access to ECAT rights and supporting them to navigate complex systems. Your role includes conducting regular safeguarding risk assessments, maintaining detailed case records, and responding promptly to incidents or urgent issues to protect residents' safety and wellbeing. You will carry out daily, weekly, and monthly health and safety checks to ensure the accommodation remains secure, while also covering other safe houses as needed and supporting new staff members. Your responsibilities extend to liaising confidently with public and private services, writing official correspondence to agencies such as the Home Office, and keeping up to date with relevant legislation, policies, and child welfare considerations. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings, supervisions, clinical support sessions, and mandatory training, all while working to help survivors maintain positive and safe relationships with their children.

Job purpose:
The Communications Co-ordinator will be responsible for the delivery of NACCOM’s communications strategy. The postholder will co-ordinate all media relations, both proactive and reactive, maintaining excellent relationships with journalists and ensuring high level visibility of key projects and the issue of migrant homelessness and destitution more broadly. This post leads and manages NACCOM’s social media presence, ensuring strong engagement and building NACCOM visibility across its social media platforms, and will play a pivotal role int the development and delivery of a new website. This is a hands-on Executive Assistant role providing direct support to the Executive Director (ED) and the wider Power to Prosper Senior Leadership Team. The role combines diary and executive support, meetings and events coordination, financial administration, and stakeholder liaison across NEF and the hub network.
