Solo Homes combines independent living with intensive personalised support to clients. By adopting a flexible, creative and strengths based approach, the Solo Homes initiative supports individuals to manage their tenancies in the community and improve their quality of life. Solo Homes is The Connection’s version of Housing First.

The Solo Homes, Women’s Service Pilot is an exciting and innovative extension to our specialist 24-hour supported housing service in Clapham for women from across South London who have experienced homelessness and multiple disadvantage. The successful candidate will work with 6 of the women currently living in this service to move in to their own social tenancies.

Salary: £38,753 - £43,471 (scale points 23 – 28)

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a talented individual to lead the development of fundraising and alumni engagement for the BRGS Fundraising Trust. Your expertise will secure the support of our community to continue to provide an outstanding learning environment for our young people.

The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with strong fundraising knowledge and skills. You will have extensive experience of delivering fundraising projects and campaigns, preferably in education contexts, with proven ability to develop relationships with alumni, parents and other donors.

The successful candidate will be employed by Star Academies and will deliver the fundraising strategy for the school and charity.

You will have:

• A degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in fundraising through individual giving and major donors.
• Experience cultivating and stewarding major donors and senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of effective fundraising practice and donor stewardship.
• Knowledge of alumni relations and community engagement strategies.

The Job

As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation's core financial operations. This includes:

• Leading month-end and quarter-end reporting
• Preparing management accounts, cashflow reports and variance analysis
• Supporting the annual audit and statutory accounts under Charity SORP
• Guiding the annual budgeting process and monitoring performance throughout the year

The Person

I'm looking to speak with fully qualified accountants (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CIPFA) who bring:

• Strong technical reporting skills
• Experience within a charity or nonprofit finance environment
• Knowledge of Charity SORP
• Confidence in producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts
• Clear communication skills, especially with non-finance stakeholders
• A proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach

Experience in endowed charities or grant-making organisations is desirable, but not essential.

Your Mo-Mission (should you choose to accept it):

You will be responsible for growing our portfolio of high-value, workplace fundraising partners which play a vital role in our long-term partnership’s strategy. You will have ownership of one of Movember’s most important workstreams, working alongside the Partnerships team to secure the long-term partnerships pipeline. Strategy, Planning, Reporting and Analysis

• Achieve revenue targets set for the Partnerships team as part of the annual planning process

• Work strategically with other Partnerships Managers within the team to ensure partnership activity across all partners is best-in-class

No Moustache Required - but the following are:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Corporate Partnerships or New Business roles within a fast-paced national team, securing high-value 6 and 7 figure partnerships.

• Proven track record of developing and executing B2B corporate acquisition strategies that deliver new high-value partnerships.

• Demonstrated end-to-end partnership development capability, from prospect identification and pipeline build through to close, contract and handover.

• Experience building and managing a robust pipeline of high-value prospects, including disciplined CRM management (Salesforce or equivalent).

• Evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding new business revenue targets aligned to an organisational financial strategy.

• Ability to design and deliver tailored partnership propositions across philanthropic and employee engagement models.

• Experience preparing and managing partnership contracts in collaboration with legal teams, ensuring compliance and delivery against agreed terms.

• Strong commercial and market awareness, with experience leveraging ESG, CSR and workplace wellbeing trends to shape partnership opportunities.

We’re looking for a talented Challenge Events Fundraiser to join our team in delivering our ambitious events strategy. This role is vital as we continue to develop incredible relationships with new and existing supporters helping them to network, influence and fundraise via challenge events. 

Through excellent supporter care and stewardship, the Challenge Events Fundraiser is required to increase income for our challenge events portfolio. Working with the Challenge Events Manager, the post holder will deliver the events strategy as well as contribute to its ongoing development.

To succeed in this role you’ll need to:
• Develop and grow networks of event supporters, volunteers and community organisations to increase participation in fundraising events and generate sustainable income for the charity.
• Deliver an effective supporter journey, providing high-quality stewardship which motivates and enables supporters to complete successful fundraising activities within their communities.
• Support the delivery of the charity’s event fundraising strategy, working closely with the Challenge Events Manager to achieve agreed income targets.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate key challenge events within the fundraising calendar (e.g. Abseil, London Marathon, Great Birmingham Run), ensuring successful delivery and supporter experience.
• Act as a visible ambassador for the charity’s events programme, building and maintaining strong relationships with supporters, community groups and partners.
• Ensure all fundraising activity is delivered in line with relevant legislation, including UK charity law and Fundraising Regulator guidance.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the charity and wider organisation, providing support and cover where required to ensure the effective delivery of fundraising activities.
• Work with internal teams to develop and deliver engaging fundraising products and events, ensuring effective donor stewardship and supporter engagement.
• Monitor performance against agreed targets, identifying opportunities and potential risks and provide regular income and KPI reports.

Strategic leadership

• Lead the development and implementation of a multi-year income generation strategy aligned to Alopecia UK priorities.
• Work across the organisation to ensure fundraising activity is fully integrated with operational delivery, partnering closely with the finance, communications and delivery managers to align plans, resources and messaging, and to ensure shared initiatives are realistic, coordinated and achievable.

Income growth & diversification

As a part-time role within a small charity, the postholder will need to carefully prioritise income-generating opportunities alongside stewardship and relationship management. In year one, a key focus will be establishing effective donor pathways through the rollout of our new CRM, ensuring supporters experience clear and meaningful journeys with the charity. Alongside this, the Senior Fundraising Manager will assess and determine which early opportunities for growth should be prioritised. Luton Town FC Community Trust is seeking to recruit a Community Operations Manager to play a key role in the coordination, delivery and development of its community programmes. About the Role

This is an exciting time to join North London Rape Crisis as the Rape Crisis Administrator. You will primarily support the Helpline Service, ensuring that the administrative work of the Helpline service is delivered to a high standard. You will support the Helpline Managers maintain, develop, and promote the Helpline Service to ensure survivors are able to access support. You will support the wider NLRC team as well, ensuring that administrative work of the various NLRC services is undertaken and maintained to a high standard. You will undertake shifts on the Helpline, as and when required by the Helpline Managers.
