The CRM Impact Manager is a specialised role that will focus on developing our use of the Beacon CRM and ensuring it’s used to our best advantage throughout the charity.
You will lead on capturing and utilising data across the whole of the charity from the impact on our members, to socially focused programming, fundraising events, and income generation through grants and tenders. All the tasks you carry out will contribute to the core purpose of the charity, enabling us to transform the access to and experience of mental health support, for young people.
This is a new position within a new team, focused on the growth of the charity, offering the opportunity to enhance Open Door’s approach data and impact and build new work, as we create new long-term partnerships.
Based at the Bloom Building in Birkenhead and soon within our new home ‘Joy’, the role offers a flexible and collaborative working environment, engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders that align with Open Door’s values and mission.

The Commercial & Events Manager will line manage front of house and hospitality staff, foster a positive and values-led team culture, and lead relationships with café and bar partners to ensure a joined-up, high-quality experience for everyone who comes through Joy’s doors.
As a key presence within the building, you will oversee the end-to-end planning and delivery of events, taking responsibility for visitor experience and acting as the lead point of contact on event days. You will play a central role in shaping and delivering Joy’s commercial events programme, helping to build a vibrant, inclusive and financially sustainable offer across the building. Working at the intersection of culture, community and commerce, you will develop a compelling programme of events and hospitality activity that supports Joy’s ethos while contributing to its long-term sustainability.
You will lead on commercial events strategy, sales and income generation, managing the full events pipeline from initial enquiry through to delivery. Working closely with Directors and cross-site colleagues, you will identify new audiences, formats and opportunities, and support the growth and evolution of Joy’s commercial offer over time.

The Operations Manager will play a central role in ensuring the Joy building operates smoothly, safely and in line with Open Door’s values and ambition. Taking overall responsibility for day-to-day site operations, you will help create a welcoming, inclusive and well-managed environment that supports staff, tenants, partners and everyone who uses the building.
Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will oversee facilities, maintenance, compliance and operational systems, ensuring Joy is consistently clean, secure and fit for purpose. You will act as the main point of contact for contractors and suppliers, manage utilities and building systems, and take a proactive approach to health & safety, risk management and statutory compliance.
As a key operational lead within the building, the role will support events and programmed activity, working closely with the Commercial & Events Manager, Programming Manager and Access teams to ensure activities run safely and smoothly. You will also build positive day-to-day relationships with tenants and partners, and contribute to cross-site support as Open Door continues to grow.

This role is based at our Reading office, working 35 hours per week, Monday through to Friday. We value in-person collaboration with our teams and support hybrid working arrangements, we aim for colleagues to be on-site two days per week with the option to work from remotely for the remaining days offering flexibility to work in a way that’s best for you.
About the role
We are looking for a Data Selection Analyst to join our Customer Experience Data Team. As a Selections Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate data selections to support fundraising and marketing communications. Through analysis you will help shape and enhance fundraising efforts, informing targeting and testing, ultimately influencing how we engage with and support our community of donors, volunteers and supporters.
In this role, you will work with the product teams to inform targeting in order ensure their communications reach the right audience and achieve the most effective results for Guide Dogs. You will analyse campaign performance and provide insightful recommendations to fundraising managers, helping them make informed decisions to maximise income opportunities. Your ability to present clear and actionable data analysis will be essential in driving the success of fundraising campaigns and contributing to the organisation's growth.

Skills we are looking for
Significant knowledge and experience in SQL, Microsoft Excel and Power BI would be key to succeed in this position. Knowledge or working experience on statistical packages, preferably Apteco FastStats or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
This role demands comfort in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams with potentially opposing objectives. Your ability to communicate clearly and concisely on aspects relating to complex technical to a non-technical audience will be essential. The team works in a demanding environment, where meeting deadline is key whilst balancing against ensuring high quality, accurate and compliant output.

LRMN's Finance Assistant works closely with Finance Manager (FM) to maintain LRMN’s financial records, ensuring that all transactions are accurately and timely recorded to support the FM producing the reporting data for the management accounts and the monthly bank reconciliation.
As Finance Assistant you will:

Post purchase invoices daily in QuickBooks, aligned with Salesforce records, ensuring PDFs are uploaded and costs correctly allocated

Process petty cash claims in QuickBooks with supporting receipts, accurate budget allocation, and petty cash reconciliation in liaison with the FM

Record and post all bank and card expenses monthly in QuickBooks, with receipt/invoice uploads

Review trade creditors reports with the FM to ensure invoices are captured for weekly payment runs

Raise sales invoices in QuickBooks as required

Review trade debtors reports with the FM and monitor timely invoice payments

Assist and liaise with the FM and CEO as required
