We listen to survivors, putting their voices at the heart of our thinking. We look at the whole picture for each individual and family to get the right help at the right time to make families everywhere safe and well. And we challenge perpetrators to change, asking ‘why doesn’t he stop?’ rather than ‘why doesn’t she leave?’ This applies whatever the gender of the victim or perpetrator and whatever the nature of their relationship.
Last year alone, we delivered more than 700 sessions to over 15,000 learners across the UK in policing, health, housing, justice, education and the specialist sector. And we have reached 90,000 adult and 100,000 child survivors through programmes designed and delivered with partners.
In the last 9 years, close to 7,000 perpetrators have been challenged and supported to change through flagship interventions developed by our Drive Partnership and the programme continues to expand year on year.

They will have an extensive knowledge of the funding and philanthropy sectors in the UK and Europe; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and be confident in engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including at senior levels.

With excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, they will be adept at developing compelling proposals, presentations, reports, and other fundraising materials. Additionally, they will demonstrate strategic, innovative, and analytical thinking, with a strong capacity for complex problem-solving and decision-making.
The right candidate will understand Global Greengrants Fund’s core values and be committed to the guiding principles and mission of Global Greengrants Fund and ensure they uphold them in the way they take up the responsibilities of the role. They will value transparency and accountability, demonstrating strong critical thinking, strategic risk management, and the ability to influence and resolve differences across boundaries. This is a different kind of opportunity for a fundraiser. Rather than looking for someone to run an established programme, we are looking for someone who wants to help build one.
You might already be an experienced development professional who wants to work more entrepreneurially, to create and implement a new strategy, or you might be earlier in your fundraising career, with an entrepreneurial approach and a track record of securing major gifts, ready to step up into a senior leadership role for the first time. This is why we are looking at two different job titles: what matters most to us is your appetite to build something new, your comfort with ambiguity, and your ability to translate complex, technical work into a story that moves funders to invest at a transformational level.
For fifty years, TRAFFIC’s research, data and analysis have shaped how governments, businesses, law enforcement and international conventions respond to one of the most complex challenges facing the planet: how to stop illegal and unsustainable trade in wildlife, timber, fish and plants, while sustaining the livelihoods of hundreds of millions of households that depend on legal trade.
We are now embarking on a significant transformation: moving from a project-by-project model towards a bolder proposition, built around a Global Intelligence Hub and Systems Influence, using AI, data and next-generation analytics. It is a pivotal moment to join TRAFFIC, and this role will be central to how we fund our ambition.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will grow and diversify TRAFFIC's income, with a particular focus on major gifts. You will lead our global fundraising strategy, building and personally managing a portfolio of major and principal gift relationships with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, foundations and corporate partners.
This is a chance to join a well-established and highly regarded organisation at a genuinely exciting moment. For an ambitious fundraiser, there are few propositions like this.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
TRAFFIC is committed to promoting equality, valuing diversity and working inclusively across our entire organisation. We seek to uphold these principles in our behaviour and practices, as an employer and as a global thought leader.
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.

As our name describes, the radical power of God's word has always been central to our approach.
We still do all the great stuff with resources and holidays, but in the last few years, we have sharpened our vision with a renewed focus to help the 95% of young people (primary and secondary school age) across the UK who have never stepped foot inside a church, to hear and respond to the good news of Jesus. The journey ahead is significant, and we invite you to be a part of it!
Since 2015, SU has had a dedicated Mission Through Sport team which contributes directly towards this outreach to the 95. Half Time is our brand new Explore-Respond resource which uses sports-themed videos and fun games to help the 95 to explore the life of Jesus by journeying through Mark’s Gospel.
About your team

About the Schools Consent Project
The Schools Consent Project is a UK-based charity dedicated to educating young people about sexual consent and healthy relationships. We deliver workshops in schools and educational settings led by trained volunteer lawyers. By introducing consent literacy at school, young people are more likely to make informed, ethical decisions and are less likely to experience or perpetrate sexual violence in later life.
Through this hire, we aim to scale access to high-quality consent education.
Role Summary
The Outreach Manager is responsible for driving the expansion of the Schools Consent Project’s reach, engagement, and impact across London and the South East. Acting as the organisation’s lead “sales” and business development professional, you will contribute to and manage our strong pipeline of partner schools and organisations, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and maximise long-term engagement.
You will own the end-to-end outreach and partnership journey: from prospecting and lead generation, through relationship development and negotiation, to repeat engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
• Develop and execute a proactive outreach and growth strategy to increase workshop bookings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing schools; ensure SCP’s workshop content remains responsive and reactive to the emerging concerns of young people when it comes to sex, consent and the online world.
• Generate leads through cold outreach, referrals, events, and campaigns.
• Contribute to and maintain a pipeline of new schools and educational settings.
• Reinvigorate historic relationships with schools.
Account Management
• Convert enquiries and prospects into confirmed programme partners.
• Present the charity’s offer and impact to senior school leaders, safeguarding leads, and decision-makers.
• Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and retention.
• Promote additional workshops and programmes where appropriate (eg. teacher training; parent workshops).
• Track booking trends eg. seasonal vs. reactive bookings; develop a communication strategy around each ‘type’ of school, involving timely booking reminders.
Pipeline, Targets & Performance
• Manage outreach targets for bookings, partnerships, and regional coverage.
• Monitor conversion rates, pipeline value, and performance metrics.
• Produce regular forecasts and performance reports.
• Use data and insight to refine sales strategies and improve outcomes.
Marketing & Promotion
• Help develop compelling outreach materials and campaigns.
• Deliver presentations, webinars, and pitches to prospective educational partners.
• Represent the organisation at conferences, networks, and sector events.
• Help gather case studies, testimonials, and impact data to support outreach and fundraising.
Delivery Coordination
• Work closely with our Volunteer Manager and Operations Manager to match supply with demand.
• Ensure smooth handover from booking to delivery.
• Anticipate capacity constraints and manage partner expectations.
Team Leadership & Development
• Contribute to the development of outreach systems, processes, and tools.
• Share insights and learning across the organisation.
• Oversee team members currently managing school outreach.
Person Specification
Essential Criteria
• Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or outreach roles.

• Highly organised, with strong CRM and data management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results.
Desirable Criteria
• Experience working in the charity, education, or public sectors.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection frameworks.
• Understanding of social impact measurement.

• Works collaboratively and inclusively.
• Is proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused.
Safeguarding and Equality
The Schools Consent Project is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff are expected to share this commitment.
