What we're building
Level Water exists to solve a problem that shouldn’t exist: too many disabled children are still missing out on high-quality swimming lessons.
Last year, our swimmers raised over £1m. This year we’ve sold out events in minutes and want to double the fundraising. We’re on the path to exponential growth and we need someone who can help us get there.
We're Level Water, a founder-led charity solving learn-to-swim for disabled children. We're not your typical charity. We own our events and run them like a business. We move fast, test everything, and we're building something that doesn't exist anywhere else. Our events are uniquely profitable, and we reinvest in quality and growth.
We've just brought in a new Fundraising Director, and this Marketing role is a cornerstone of the team we're building. If you want to help define how a modern charity grows and does marketing, this is your chance.
The opportunity
This isn't a "post on social and send a newsletter" role. This is a “build something exceptional, then grow it” role. Marketing is at the heart of our flywheel, which means you’ll be integral to everything we are doing at Level Water.
You'll own marketing strategy and execution across our entire operation: our iconic events, our life-changing swimming programmes, and our reputation as a charity. You'll drive growth, tell stories that matter, and build genuine communities that scale.
You'll have the freedom to experiment. Want to test a new channel? Launch a content series? Build a creator programme? Run paid campaigns that actually convert? Brilliant. Build the business case and let's do it.
You'll work with real impact. Children with disabilities are learning to swim because of us. Families are transformed by our lessons. Volunteers and incredible teachers make it happen. These are stories that deserve to be told brilliantly, and you'll be the one telling them.
This role is 80% growth and 20% impact storytelling, but the two are inseparable. We’re product-led and we launch and test often. Great stories fuel growth. Growth creates more stories. You'll understand that tension and thrive in it.
You'll work closely with our Fundraising Director and CEO to scale marketing as our most powerful growth lever. You'll also manage a network of brilliant freelancers (photographers, videographers, copywriters, designers) to help you execute at the highest level.
And you'll grow with us. We're scaling fast, and we need people who can scale with us.
This is a mission-critical role in driving Level Water's growth. Every event you sell out, every story you tell, every audience you build helps unlock more funded swimming lessons, bringing us closer to a future where every disabled child can have a great swimming lesson with a confident, qualified teacher.
Marketing at Level Water isn’t just about selling events - it’s a core delivery mechanism in our Theory of Change. This role exists to move the levers that unlock more lessons, faster progression, stronger outcomes, and a sustainable income engine that funds it all.

What you'll actually do
This role owns marketing as a growth engine. You'll set strategy, drive execution across multiple channels, and be accountable for how marketing translates into event sign-ups, fundraising growth, profile, and impact. You'll work closely with the Fundraising Director to shape priorities, influence decisions, and build something that scales.
Drive growth marketing that converts

Own end-to-end marketing for our events portfolio: from launch campaigns to sell-out.

Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across social, email, paid ads, PR, partnerships, and whatever else works.

Test everything. Audiences, messages, creative, channels. Find what works, double down, and scale it.

Use data to spot opportunities: which channels are converting? Where are we leaving growth on the table? What could we do differently?

Manage our digital advertising and paid social strategy with a ruthless focus on ROI.

Grow our email database and social audiences with intent, not just for vanity metrics.

Be trusted to repeatedly turn £1 into £5 or £10.

Define and unleash our audiences: help them share their stories in a way that turns experiences into future sales, and makes everything that Level Water does easier.

Build and manage our captain and ambassador programmes as genuine growth engines - nurturing relationships, setting expectations, and turning influence into measurable impact.

Proactively convert interest into action. This includes direct outreach (e.g. picking up the phone to captains, engaging top fundraisers, activating ambassadors) to ensure intent turns into ticket sales and fundraising.
Tell stories that build belief

Find, shape, and share the stories that show our impact: the children, the families, the teachers, the moments that matter.

Build and curate a library of content (video, photography, case studies, testimonials) that we can use everywhere.

Work with freelance photographers and videographers to capture our events and programmes at their best.

Create content that our supporters, partners, and prospects actually want to engage with, not just content that ticks a box.

Manage our website (fundraising, events, and programmes pages) to ensure it's always up to date, compelling, and optimised for conversion.

About the Blagrave Trust
Blagrave is a funder that works alongside young people, communities and partners to drive systems change towards social justice. As we launch our new strategy in 2026, we are expanding our place-based work in the Portsmouth area and seeking a Community Engagement Manager who can build strong relationships, elevate local insight and help us co-create new youth-focused initiatives.
Role Purpose
The Community Engagement Manager – Portsmouth will lead our engagement efforts across the city, ensuring Blagrave is deeply connected with local young people, community groups, grassroots organisations, local institutions and strategic partners. This role is pivotal to shaping our local programme as we enter a new strategic phase. A core requirement for this post is deep knowledge of and connection to the Portsmouth area. Key Responsibilities Include:
Community Engagement
- Conduct or commission structured mapping of youth and community services and infrastructure, networks, gaps in provision, influencing structures and decision-making spaces, opportunities for partnership, service provision and innovation.
- Produce concise, accessible reports on local findings for internal and external stakeholders, presenting them where appropriate.
- Design and lead other community engagement activities as required, ensuring safeguarding and ethical practices are embedded

ABOUT THE ROLE
Team: Estate Management (Infrastructure)
As the Estate Supervisor, you will be key in supporting and organising land management and maintenance activities throughout the Yorkshire region.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing our estate – carrying out and planning works on our Estate to ensure safety for path users and positive biodiversity management.
- Project management – planning projects and safe and costs effective delivery, including supervising contractors and involving teams from other areas.

LGBT Foundation is an impactful, vibrant charity with a wide portfolio of well-established services and rapidly developing new initiatives aimed at meeting the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans people.
We are looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to support our volunteers and staff team to have an efficient and enjoyable volunteer programme. You will coordinate volunteer recruitment, social events and training, and as part of ‘Team People’, you will work to support the wider team to ensure volunteers and their supervisors are fully supported and deployed effectively. In addition, part of your role will be to support on a funded project or programme of work for LGBT Foundation (4 hours per week).
The post holder will be responsible for:

Volunteer Recruitment: Coordinating volunteer recruitment and onboarding, including collecting references, carrying out DBS checks and running inductions.

About the role
You’ll be working on direct marketing campaigns that engage and inspire people to donate. And make it as easy as possible for them to choose the way they give. As part of the team, you’ll be innovative in a changing fundraising and external environment to achieve ambitious annual income targets.
You’ll assist with and, when required, project manage direct marketing activities through campaign, project, and agency and supplier management in order to retain existing donors and acquire new ones. To ensure everyone feels good about their donation.

The Society of Antiquaries of Scotland are looking to hire a new member of staff to help co-ordinate and deliver the final two regional research frameworks as part of the Scottish Archaeological Research Framework (ScARF) project.
The role helps the Society deliver its programme activity to support its mission and vision. This role will include day-to-day management of both the North East of Scotland Archaeological Research Framework and the Forth Valley and Fife Archaeological Research Framework. The role will also contribute to other research-related activities related to the Scottish Archaeological Research Framework. The role will report to the Society Head of Research and have the support of the NESARF and Forth Valley and Fife Project Steering Groups and the authority to run the project on behalf of the Project Advisory Group. The role will help deliver Society aims relating to external strategies as required.
Role: Research Manager – full-time, fixed term for three years
Contract: 36 months (three years)
Salary: £35,400 per annum, with an additional 10% pension contribution
Hours: 37 hours (five days) per week with flexible daytime working hours on Monday–Friday, and an occasional requirement to assist at evening or weekend events with time off in lieu (TOIL) provided
Location: Hybrid working – all staff are expected to work from our office at the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh at least two days per week (pro rata) and employees starting in a new role will be required to work from the office more regularly in the first instance. However, as there are several flights of stairs up to the Society offices, we are happy to explore different ways of working as required.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage the North East Scotland and Forth Valley and Fife Archaeological Research Framework projects and their outputs
- Manage project budgets and timescales
- Lead the desk-based assessment and literature review of the archaeological resource and previous archaeological research in the regions
- Organise Project Advisory Group meetings, stakeholder engagement, workshops and other project events
- Lead on the writing of the content of the Research Frameworks in consultation with the Project Advisory Groups, stakeholders, and project partners/consultants
- Maintain high academic standards across Society research-related activity
- Manage all copyright associated with the Local and Regional Framework publications
- Final editing of the regional research frameworks following consultation with stakeholders
- Promotion and dissemination of the projects and their outputs in partnership with the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland and other key stakeholders
- Line manage two Research Officer posts
- Conduct at all times to maintain the high esteem in which the Society is held, and follow the Society employment policies and health and safety procedures

This is a full-time Chief Exec role offering an exciting time to join an organisation making
a huge impact with minimal resources. As the Organisation enters its tenth year,
regrettably the need for this work has never been greater and in addition to enhancing
existing projects, we plan to grow our Dignity Centre locations as well as expand our
outreach and impact in the coming two to five years. As a small charity, the role is
incredibly varied as well as hands-on. While there is no physical back office, meaning
the role is mostly from home/remote, the CEO spends sustained periods of time in our
projects in Nicosia, Cyprus and Bournemouth, UK as well as any new or potential
project sites in the UK and abroad. A typical day could include troubleshooting and
managing maintenance problems at distance for our projects in Nicosia and
Bournemouth, preparing and delivering interviews and presentations to the media or for
donors, calling volunteers to prepare them for collaborating with us and collating
indicator data for impact reports.

The Grants Officer is a new and integral role within Southwark Charities, created to support the growth and development of our grant-making activity. About the role
Are you a strategic communications professional who can lead a team and shape an organisation’s external profile?
We are looking for a Communications Manager to lead and develop Equation’s communications function. This is a strategic role focused on building our brand and external profile, managing a talented team, and ensuring all parts of the organisation have the communications support they need.
You will line manage a team of four, including two Coordinators, a Project Worker and a Freelance Resource Worker. Your role is to provide strategic direction, set targets and quality assure outputs – not to do the day-to-day delivery yourself. You will develop and implement our communications strategy, support other workstreams with their communications needs, and work with colleagues including our new Corporate Partnerships Manager to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging.
This role also has an important sector leadership element. You will chair the DSVA Communications Group, working with communications colleagues from partner organisations across Nottinghamshire to coordinate joint campaigns and messaging.
You do not need to have worked in the domestic abuse sector before, but you do need to be an experienced communications professional who can think strategically, manage people well and maintain high standards across everything we put out.
We’re looking for someone who:

- Has managed brand and external profile for an organisation
- Understands digital communications including social media, websites and email marketing

The Philanthropy Manager will develop a philanthropy strategy, building on the partnerships and resources already in place. You will develop a pipeline backed up by robust prospect research (some administrative assistance will be provided), and instigate a cultivation and stewardship programme, typically adopting a staged approach to major asks.
You will be accountable for the acquisition, development, and stewardship of high value supporters for CUF, both individual philanthropists and non-statutory grant-making bodies. The Role
