The London Irish Centre is seeking an experienced, compassionate and knowledgeable Advice Worker to join our committed team. The successful candidate will bring expertise in welfare rights and housing, and a strong commitment to supporting those facing financial hardship or insecure living conditions. In this role, you will work directly with clients to deliver accredited advice and practical guidance, helping them navigate complex systems and secure the support they need. You will also collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure a holistic and integrated service that puts community needs first.
The Advice Service is dedicated to enhancing income, alleviating poverty, and ensuring secure housing for community members throughout London. Our goal is to empower individuals by facilitating access to appropriate support through a strength-based and person-centered approach. We offer accredited information and advice on welfare benefits and housing, as well as assistance in obtaining grants.
As an integral part of the London Irish Centre's Community services, the Advice Service collaborates with our Support Service, Citizenship and Identity, Health Navigation, Community Programmes (responsible for events and activities), and our specialized Survivor Integrated Service. Movember's UK and Europe public fundraising operation is one of the most ambitious in the global movement. Hundreds of thousands of Mo Bros and Mo Sistas, a full calendar of endurance events, deep community partnerships across education, sport and workplace, and a year-round supporter engagement program that keeps people coming back long after November ends. Leading all of it takes someone exceptional.
As Director of Public Fundraising, UK and Europe, you'll own the strategy and delivery for community fundraising, endurance events, and all public fundraising activity across the region. You'll lead the local implementation of the Movember campaign, drive year-round retention and engagement of the Mo Community, and take an active role in shaping the broader UK and Europe Country Strategy. You'll also play a key part in Movember's European growth ambitions, helping to identify and unlock new markets and opportunities across the region.
People leadership is central to this role. We are looking for a confident and organised Face-to-Face Fundraising Officer to join our ambitious Individual Giving team. Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager (Face-to-Face Fundraising), this role will spearhead the planning, delivery and optimisation of face-to-face fundraising activity across a range of products and channels including Regular Giving, Lottery and Payroll Giving.
The successful candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day management of campaigns and relationships with external fundraising agencies and suppliers. Campaign Management

As Outreach Officer, you will work with a diverse and supportive team to strengthen access to Selce’s energy advice services across Greenwich, Lewisham, Bromley and Bexley. You will plan, deliver and adapt outreach activity that engages voluntary sector organisations, frontline workers and residents who are in, or at risk of, fuel poverty. This will include workshops, pop-up events, community publicity and the development of strong referral networks across South East London
The Role:
· Work closely with the Energy Advice and Outreach teams to deliver a joined-up approach to community engagement.
· Plan, organise and deliver energy advice workshops, pop-up stalls, energy cafés and other community-based events.

About South East London Community Energy
South East London Community Energy (Selce) was founded in 2014 by people in Greenwich and Lewisham who wanted to help create a clean, fair and affordable energy future.
Over the past decade, we have developed projects that tackle inequality, reduce carbon emissions and support communities at different points in the energy system.
To date, we have built 12 solar arrays on community buildings in South East London and helped 11 buildings improve the efficiency of their lighting systems. We are also developing new share offers to support further lighting upgrades and solar installations on community buildings.

About Our Energy Advice Services
Almost one in ten households cannot afford to heat their homes adequately. Our energy advice team provides practical, impartial support to households struggling with fuel bills. This includes advice on reducing energy costs, accessing discounts and grants, changing energy use, fitting small energy-saving measures such as low-energy light bulbs and draught proofing, and securing funded home improvements such as loft or cavity wall insulation and heating upgrades.

Frazzled is a mental health and wellbeing charity founded by Ruby Wax OBE. We provide free, facilitated peer support meetings for people feeling overwhelmed by the stresses of modern life.

Purpose of the role
The Programme Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of Frazzled's online and face-to-face peer support programme.
Working closely with the Head of Programmes, you'll oversee Frazzled’s meeting schedules, recruit and support volunteer facilitators, coordinate training and onboarding, carry out regular observations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programme. You'll play a key role in ensuring our services are delivered safely, consistently and in line with the Frazzled model.
This is a varied hands-on role that combines excellent organisation with relationship building, volunteer development and continuous improvement. You'll be equally comfortable organising complex schedules, supporting volunteers through challenging situations and contributing ideas that help our programmes continue to grow while staying true to what makes Frazzled unique.
Frazzled runs meetings from early morning until late evening, seven days a week. As a core part of this role involves observing and supporting facilitators as issues arise, some evening and weekend work will therefore be required as well as regular travel to our face-to-face sites across England.

Programme Coordination
Coordinate the delivery of Frazzled's programme of online and face-to-face peer support meetings.
