Main Purpose Of The Job:
Our Step provision service provides two differing support models that offer accommodation-based support and assessment This is for people who are being discharged from the hospital using the discharge to assess model. The Step-Down provision in Oxfordshire is run in partnership between Homeless Oxfordshire and Connection Support. The Step-Up service provides accommodation-based support which acts on a model to prevent people having the need to go into hospital. Working as part of a small dynamic and enthusiastic team to deliver a safe and supportive service to all residents, identifying need and delivering the case management of clients with complex needs working in partnership with other agencies to create holistic, individualized support and move on plans for clients who are temporarily housed due to their health needs.

This role works closely with budget holders and senior managers to support informed decision-making, effective budget management, and financial sustainability. You will lead on the production of monthly management information and support the Director of Finance on the coordination of the annual budget and forecasting processes and provide proactive financial advice and challenge to managers across the organisation.
You will need to hold an accountancy qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) and have significant experience of preparing management accounts, forecasts, and budgets. As well as experience of working with budget holders and senior managers across the organisation to support effective budget management and hold the ability to challenge managers when required. The Head of Partnerships will play a key role in managing Inter Mediate's relationships with institutional donors, foundations, governments and philanthropic partners. The postholder will coordinate donor engagement across the organisation, oversee grant management and reporting, identify new funding opportunities and support the development of high-quality funding proposals. S/he also leads on our internal quality assurance, research and reporting processes, line managing the Research and Reporting Officer.

About the role
As an Operations Support Officer within SSAFA’s Glasgow’s Helping Heroes service, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of services to the Armed Forces community. The team is based in a dog friendly office at the Pearce Institute in Govan, Glasgow, with the option to work remotely one day per week after probation. GHH is a partnership between SSAFA and Glasgow City Council, delivering trusted support to serving personnel, veterans, and their families during times of need.

In 2025, BIAS expanded its successful Brent-based advice service and active ageing clubs into Haringey borough. BIAS is a local charity which has supported England’s largest Irish community in Brent for almost fifty years. We deliver our support through our welfare and housing advice service, our active ageing clubs, our volunteer project and our befriending scheme. We raise over £2 million in extra income for the most vulnerable and disadvantaged every year and have over 7000 attendances at our club services. BIAS has recently expanded into Haringey borough and has exciting plans to further develop its project scope and geographical reach, supported by sustainable and diversified grant funding, including from Ireland’s Emigrant Support Programme.

Job purpose
To supervise, coach and develop trainee debt advisers, ensuring they achieve the knowledge, skills and competence required to deliver high-quality debt advice in line with MaPS quality standards and organisational policies. The role is responsible for quality assurance, case supervision, progression reviews, placement support and safeguarding advice quality while helping to build a sustainable pipeline of skilled debt advisers across the Debt Free Advice partnership.
1. Supervise and develop Trainee Debt Advisers
Provide day-to-day line management, mentoring, coaching, technical supervision and pastoral support to Trainee Debt Advisers, enabling them to develop the competence, confidence and professional standards required to achieve accreditation and deliver high-quality debt advice. Provide the level of management expected of colleagues across the organisation and in line with internal policies and procedures.
2. Deliver learning, quality assurance and progression
Support trainees throughout the Debt Free Academy learning and accreditation pathway by delivering technical coaching, soft skills development, reviewing casework, conducting live and recorded interview observations across telephone, video and face-to-face advice, providing constructive feedback, assessing competence against agreed quality standards, and identifying learning and development needs to support timely progression.
3. Coordinate placements and partner engagement
Plan, coordinate and oversee trainee placements with Debt Free Advice delivery partners, building effective relationships with host organisations to ensure placements provide safe, high-quality learning experiences that support trainee development and programme objectives.
4. Monitor performance and manage programme delivery
Monitor trainee performance, progression and wellbeing, proactively identifying and managing risks to learning, quality or programme delivery. Contribute to programme reporting, maintain accurate records, and support the successful delivery of the Debt Free Academy against agreed milestones and quality standards.
5. Contribute to training and continuous improvement
Support the design, development, coordination and delivery of induction, policy, technical training, skills development and continuing professional development (CPD) activities across the Debt Free Advice partnership. Promote best practice, share learning, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Debt Free Academy and wider training programme.
6. Contribute to the wider Training Team
Work collaboratively with colleagues across Toynbee Hall and the Debt Free Advice partnership, undertaking additional duties as required to support the effective delivery of the Debt Free Academy, organisational objectives and funder requirements.

About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Programme Finance, you will provide effective financial business partnering to MAG’s Regional and Country Programmes, Strategic Partnerships team and other key internal and external stakeholders. About you:
You will be a finance professional with significant experience in either commercial or NGO environments, including preparation of business planning in complex scenarios and multiple currencies. You should be curious and risk aware, with strong analytical and evaluation skills, the ability to gather information from diverse sources tactfully and convert findings into detailed, actionable solutions. You will be a strong communicator over a range of mediums, able to engage stakeholders from varied backgrounds in a clear and constructive way. Founded in 1993, we have spent more than three decades championing the welfare of sighthounds and working towards our vision: a Wales without greyhound racing, where every greyhound and lurcher has a home and receives the best possible care.
In April 2026, after 25 years of determined campaigning to improve welfare and regulation within the racing industry, legislation to ban greyhound racing in Wales was finally passed. The role
We are looking for an experienced Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our friendly Fundraising Team. You will lead our trusts and foundations income stream, building a strong pipeline of significant funding opportunities, including high-value and multi-year partnerships. You will research prospects, develop compelling applications and reports, and make sure our submissions are accurate, evidence-led and aligned with Family Fund’s priorities.
You will work closely with colleagues across Family Fund to bring together the insight, evidence and financial information needed for strong proposals. You will also share your fundraising expertise to support statutory, community and corporate foundation applications, helping colleagues develop clear, consistent and persuasive submissions.
You will build and steward relationships with new and existing funders, keeping opportunities moving from prospect research through to application, reporting and renewal. You will monitor income progress, keep the pipeline up to date, and help identify new opportunities to grow sustainable funding for Family Fund.
About you
You will bring a strong track record of securing income from trusts, foundations or similar grant-making bodies, including five-figure grants and multi-year funding. You will be confident researching opportunities, shaping fundable propositions and writing detailed applications and reports that speak clearly to funder priorities.
You will bring excellent communication, research and numeracy skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear and engaging proposals. You will be organised, collaborative and able to manage competing deadlines, work independently and build positive relationships with colleagues, funders and partners.
