This role will design and secure a portfolio of national and local strategically aligned, market-relevant and impactful programmes which use arts, culture and creativity to achieve a positive impact on our target audiences. These programmes will empower the health, wellbeing, learning, social mobility and social connection of people supported by Age Exchange and Community Integrated Care. The role holder will play an essential role in leading the growth, reach and sustainability of Age Exchange by generating funding and commercial revenue and new partnerships.

• Win funding & partnerships that fuel our programmes and core costs—trusts & foundations, corporates/sponsorships, individual giving, and earned income.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline—prospect, cultivate, write compelling bids/proposals, negotiate, and steward partners.
• Collaborate across the delivery team—aligning with colleagues so proposed projects and tenders are fundable, impactful, and on-brand.
• Report outcomes & learn—own quarterly KPI reporting and iterate approaches to hit clear income and partnership targets.

Our ideal Candidate:​

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in bid writing and securing projects/tenders of £250k+.
• Strong experience in fundraising, commercial development, and project management within a funded environment.
• Creative thinker with the ability to design innovative programmes aligned to strategic objectives.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at senior levels.
• Skilled communicator and presenter, able to craft compelling proposals and pitches.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Bring proven success in the arts or heritage sector (e.g., museums, galleries, performing arts, creative health, community arts) with a track record of securing grants and/or sponsorships.
• Are a confident storyteller and bid writer who can turn creative ideas into fundable, strategically aligned propositions.

JOB PURPOSE 

The Resettlement Coordinator supports the Resettlement & Housing Needs Service Manager with both the development and the day to day running of the Resettlement Team, the core team within The Passage Resource Centre. The Resettlement Coordinator line manages a team of Resettlement Workers, who are responsible for the initial assessment of service users. The Resettlement Coordinator will lead the team in providing advice and housing-related support to clients with a wide range of needs to enable them to sustain their tenancies, improve their quality of life and increase self-reliance. 

They are responsible for:

Managing and coordinating the work of the team in providing support and resettlement of service users, ensuring:

• Service users have a safe and welcoming place to access and work towards positive change.

• That the team are offering practical and personal support in a way that is approachable, engaging, flexible and caring.

• That the team are supporting service users to make the most of their strengths and to make progress to achieving their hopes and ambitions.

• That service users have opportunities to contribute and be involved through co-production, working with the Experts by Experience Facilitator to identify new ways of involving service user voices in the development and delivery of front-line services

• Ensuring the service meets best practice requirements.

• Managing, leading, motivating and developing the staff team.

• Supporting the Service Manager to maintain and build on the network of relationships with other statutory and voluntary agencies, and the local community.

• Continual service development & improvement, establishing referral pathways and building new partnerships to support positive resettlement for service users.

• Overseeing the No Night Out project, ensuring cases are progressing and assisting to produce high quality reports and evidenced based impact analysis.

• Reviewing and developing working practices to ensure they are in line with The Passage policies and procedures, and that the best possible service is provided to all service users. 

MAIN TASKS 

Care and Support of Service Users

• Ensuring that all service users receive high-quality Triage Assessments and Needs Assessments, support, care and advice that is focused on their strengths and goals, and delivered in a way that suits them and within a framework of active engagement, positive risk taking and person-centred planning. 

• Ensuring that effective and reliable assessments are carried out and that person centred Resettlement Plans and Safety Plans are created and updated for all service users through a lead case worker system.

• Ensuring that the service users' rights to privacy, dignity and self-determination are promoted, and that their rights as citizens are upheld. 

• Ensuring as far as possible that service users are involved in the management of the service and that regular service user consultation occurs. 

• Enabling the service users to participate in, and have access to, available resources in The Passage and the wider community by promoting worthwhile activity and referring internally and externally to appropriate agencies. 

To Lead and Manage a Team

• Providing leadership and day to day management & supervision of a team of Resettlement Workers

• Management of Resettlement Team staff rota.

• Taking the lead in recruitment and selection of new staff and volunteers to the team.

• Developing performance targets and quality control measures for the work of the team, and monitoring team members’ work to ensure that these are met and are aligned with The Passage Values.

• Supporting staff by setting clear objectives and holding individual supervisions and case reviews regularly.

• Ensuring good communication between staff by holding team meetings regularly, and additional briefings as necessary.

• Inducting new staff and planning the continuing development of existing staff on the basis of an annual appraisal.

• Managing the rota and workload of the team to ensure that adequate cover is provided at all times.

• Ensuring the health and safety of team members. 

• Defining (and reviewing from time to time) the roles of staff to ensure these support the function’s aims and objectives.

• Operating The Passage’s disciplinary and grievance procedures where necessary.

Resource Centre Management

Working closely with the Operations Coordinator to ensure the provision of high-quality service delivery within the Passage Resource Centre through:

• Assisting with incident management and follow up to instances of anti-social behaviour, or other breaches of the Service User Agreement.

• Assisting with Duty Manager shift cover within the Resource Centre as needed to ensure service continuity. 

• Prompt follow up of maintenance issues.

• Liaison with the Facilities Team to ensure provision of quality and seamless service management.

• Processing and responding promptly and objectively to complaints from service users and other agencies as required.

• Ensuring property related risk management and assessment procedures are followed by all team members.

Networking, Liaison and Resource-building

• To be responsible for good and effective liaison with outside agencies including the police, social services and other statutory and voluntary agencies and delegating this work where appropriate.

• To identify volunteering opportunities, for both corporate partners and individuals, to add value to the work of the team and ensure volunteering policies and procedures are put into place and monitored

• To work collaboratively with the Service Manager to attend external meetings, manage internal and external communication effectively, encourage and seek opportunities to maintain partnerships across the sector.

Information Management

• Ensuring the team is recording and updating. To ensure the Resettlement Team are keeping accurate record keeping, while maintaining timely record keeping using internal database as well as client files and ensuring all record keeping is kept securely in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

• Ensuring that The Passage’s policies and procedures in relation to information management, monitoring and reporting are fully implemented, in an accurate and timely way, ensuring that all staff members are clear about their responsibilities.

• Ensuring the collation and submission of accurate and timely monitoring information for external bodies as required.

• Participating in the production of promotional information in relation to The Passage’s services.

• Regularly reviewing and analysing data from In-Form to identify gaps in delivery, monitor caseloads, identify trends and to plan service delivery. 

• Work closely with the Service Manager to produce high quality and engaging reports for our funders (both voluntary and statutory) and supporters that demonstrates both hard and soft outcomes that our services achieve. 

Finance

• To liaise with the Finance team in the preparation of project budgets.

• To monitor the service’s income and expenditure in line with the budget. 

• To monitor and authorise staff-related and office expenditure in line with the organisational and service budget and in line with financial regulations. 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

• To keep abreast of current housing legislation, welfare benefit legislation and other matters relevant to successful support and resettlement of clients.

• To adhere to The Passage’s Policies and Procedures at all times.

• To provide or arrange cover for other members of the team and division as necessary.

• Being proactive in reviewing and evaluating own performance and identifying and acting upon areas for improvement, training, and development.

• To participate in regular supervision and annual appraisal and help in identifying your own job-related development and training needs.

• Undertaking, as required, any other duties compatible with the level and nature of the post and/or reasonably required by more senior members of staff

• Attend and participate in internal & external divisional and team meetings and other forums as required.

• To contribute to the effective implementation of The Passage’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Policy as it affects both The Passage and its work with vulnerable adults.

• In conjunction with other managers and the Head of Community Services, to continuously develop the role to ensure that all tasks are being undertaken in an effective and appropriate manner which meets the strategic aims and objectives of The Passage.

In this newly created role you will develop our work on influencing and telling the truth about poverty, this is one of two objectives for the charity.  You will help build relationships of influence within the Church of England, Government and other decision makers to use our stories and impact to show the difference churches and faith groups can make in ending material and relational poverty.  You will develop policy positions on areas of CUF’s work in relation to poverty that will give a firm basis for our work, and that we will be able to speak out on with confidence and knowledge based on connection to grassroots churches and organisations.  You will develop a robust mechanism for reporting on impact, which goes beyond just evaluating our work but demonstrates the difference that faith based social action can make on ending poverty together.

This role will report to the CEO, but work across all of CUF’s teams and departments and will be responsible for the line management of the Listening and Learning Officer.

About Grow
Grow is a youth development charity working with 16-24 year olds facing significant challenges in Sheffield. Many young people we work with experience mental health difficulties that have resulted in social isolation and a lack of engagement in work or training prospects. Role Description
The Head of Programmes and Impact is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping Grow’s overarching programme strategy and ensuring its successful delivery against our five-year plan. The role oversees everything from green space expansion to the growth of our employer networks, ensuring every project delivers transformative results.

Programme Strategy & Governance

• Develop Grow’s overarching programme strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with the overall five-year strategic plan.

We are looking for a dynamic Programme Manager. The post-holder will play a key role in managing specific programme and partnership activities in partnership countries such as the Gambia, Kenya and Sierra Leone as well as project management, monitoring and reporting for our cross-partnerships strategic project on strengthening health systems through strengthened postgraduate medical education of health worker.

You will manage and be responsible for our systems and processes for financial administration, fundraising, governance procedures and processes, monitoring and keeping the Different Planet Arts office running day-to-day as an administrative hub. Join Us as our Operations Coordinator 

BeSpace is a small but growing Christian charity with a big vision to see a future where every child has space to develop personal tools to pray, reflect and grow spiritually throughout their lives, helping churches, schools and communities to flourish.

We have seen incredible impact through developing prayer and reflections spaces in schools across Oxfordshire. Since 2010, over 65,000 children have experienced prayer and reflection spaces led by local churches, trained and resourced by us. Currently 60 schools a year have one. Now, we’re building on this momentum to reach over 115 schools in the next three years and are preparing to grow nationally with developing contemplative retreats for schools.

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to cover adoption leave, likely for one year. This is a vital role in keeping BeSpace running smoothly and enabling our small but growing team to thrive. You will also, where needed, play a hands-on role in supporting churches and schools in our work. 

In this role, you will:

• Take responsibility for key operational processes including recruitment, HR, and volunteer management systems — not only maintaining them effectively but actively seeking ways to innovate and strengthen them, with guidance and support from senior leaders. 
• Manage finance administration, including donations, CRM (Beacon), and Gift Aid claims.
• Project manage BeSpace events and provide admin support to the team.
• Develop and maintain systems for impact tracking, GDPR compliance, and volunteer management.
• Provide communications and social media support.
• Where needed, support on-the-ground delivery of retreats and prayer and reflection spaces in schools.
• This role would suit someone with strong organisational and administrative skills, a passion for children’s spiritual development, and a willingness to get stuck into a wide variety of tasks.

• Confident using IT systems and willing to learn how to use a CRM (Beacon).

Role Details

• Position: Operations Coordinator
• Location: Hybrid, travel required for in person team days 3 - 6 times a year and approximately 1 day a week into Oxford.
• Hours of work: PT 4 days a week. (28 hours) Flexible for the right candidate.
• Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 (pro rata) depending on experience. 
• Start Date: Monday 11th May 2026

This role sits within our Connecting Communities service, which is an element of the larger Mental Health and Wellbeing Service in Tower Hamlets. The post holder will be committed to supporting our clients through their recovery and developing greater resilience and wellbeing. This role will offer a personalised approach to accessing welfare and housing-related advice and information, through casework, workshops and advice surgeries.

What you’ll do 

• Provide welfare benefits and housing advice to support people with mental health challenges to live independently in the community.
• Help clients understand and resolve issues related to welfare benefits and ensure they receive their correct entitlements.
• Run workshops, groups, and advice surgeries on welfare benefits and related topics, such as money management.
• Work collaboratively with the Connecting Communities team, mental health services, housing associations, and other providers to support welfare benefits enquiries, referrals, and training needs.

The Corporate Fundraiser supports income diversification by engaging with corporate donors and corporate partners to meet annual corporate and fundraising income targets of £350k+ p.a.

You will cultivate strategic corporate partnerships and develop fundraising relationships with corporate partners, corporate foundations and employers. Working closely with the CEO, Business Development Manager, Digital Marketing Officer, Finance Team and Service Managers to:

Ø  Manage the corporate pipeline opportunities for donors, prospects and targets

Ø  Prepare and present winning proposals, bids and grant applications

Ø  Create digital marketing content and corporate fundraising campaigns

Ø  Lead on the corporate fundraising strategy and reporting on performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and engage with key businesses and corporate partners in the North West.  You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of corporate fundraising and managing strategic partnerships. You should have a good understanding of corporate social responsibility and social value with excellent stewardship, communication and marketing skills and be committed to high levels of customer service and professionalism. 

Key tasks

1. Leading on the development and implementation of the corporate fundraising strategy and annual plan.

2. Managing the corporate pipeline, identifying and researching new fundraising opportunities including corporate grants, donations, sponsorships, employee fundraising and other income.

3. Managing your workload effectively to ensure achievement of agreed annual corporate fundraising and donations targets and reporting quarterly on performance.

4. Researching and recording key contacts, relationships and actions on shared networks and systems.

5. Designing and delivering digital marketing and fundraising campaigns to engage corporate donors and generate new income.

6. Working collaboratively with colleagues to co-ordinate and plan approaches to corporate donors, prospects, targets and supporters.

7. Promoting Salford Foundation’s strategy, mission, values and services and acting as a brand ambassador to raise the organisation’s profile amongst key corporate and business stakeholders.

8. Preparing and submitting high quality and timely branded corporate proposals, partnership agreements and presentations.

9. Managing key corporate relationships, developing corporate partnerships and relationships and delivering high levels of professionalism and customer service

10. Recording, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators internally and externally to meet corporate partners, funders, SMT and Board requirements.

11. Attending and presenting at internal and external business networking, CSR, Social Value, meetings, workshops and events as required.

12. Attending supervisory sessions, relevant subject based training, briefings and networking events to keep up to date with legislation, policies, practice and technology.

13. Implementing and complying with all Salford Foundation’s policies including Social Media, Fundraising; Safeguarding Policy, Health and Safety Policy, Data Protection and Confidentiality.

14. Undertaking any other tasks of a similar level of responsibility as requested by the Senior Management Team or Line Manager.

Essential Knowledge

· Good working knowledge and understanding of corporate fundraising and business development

· Knowledge and understanding of corporate social responsibility and social value

· Knowledge and understanding of fundraising code of practice and charity law

· Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and social media channels

Desirable Knowledge

· Knowledge and understanding of social exclusion, poverty and deprivation and their impact on children, young people and adults.

Essential Experience

· 2 years’ experience of working in a corporate fundraising and income generation role

· Experience of managing and developing relationships with corporate partners

· Experience of achieving annual income targets of £300k+

· Experience of supporting and/or developing marketing, social media and/or digital marketing campaigns

Desirable Experience

· Experience of project management and working collaboratively to develop project ideas and proposals

In this role, you will lead on building strong relationships with senior leaders in schools and Multi-Academy Trusts, supporting them to deliver HPF education resources, including Game Plan, helping them to embed our content in their curriculum and across their schools. You will work closely with the Head of Programmes to build and implement growth and engagement strategies, as well as being the first point of contact for educators and schools.

• Build trusted relationships with teachers, school leaders, and education partners.

• Act as the main point of contact for schools and Multi-Academy Trusts participating in HPF education programmes.

• Manage community metrics

• Support the wider Education team to gather, analyse, manage and report data

• Support our educators with course delivery, access to materials and resources, ensuring they are making the most of the course materials and feel confident to deliver our programmes.

• Monitor participation and engagement levels, following up where needed.

• Gather insights from educators to help improve programme design and delivery.

• Create and schedule regular communications for the education community (emails, newsletters, updates).

• Work with marketing or fundraising colleagues to amplify educator voices and stories

Essential experience: 

• Proven experience of senior stakeholder management (preferably within education)

• Passion for social impact and the High Performance Foundation’s mission

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Location: The role can be based in London, United Kingdom, Abuja, Nigeria or Kigali, Rwanda, subject to right to work eligibility in the respective countries.

About the Team

The Programme Operations team sits within WaterAid UK’s International Programmes Department (IPD), operating in 17 countries in Africa and Asia. The team is a diverse and motivated group of 14+ people made up of planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting (PMER), project design and management, and programme systems specialists. They support global operational excellence, PMER, risk management, donor compliance and performance assurance across WaterAid UK’s country and regional programmes. Working in partnership with regional and country leadership teams, the function provides technical oversight, systems development and operational support to strengthen programme delivery and organisational accountability.

About the Role

The Head of Programme Operations leads the development, implementation and continuous improvement of WaterAid’s international programme operations framework. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across programme operations, business management, systems, risk and compliance.

Key responsibilities include overseeing IPD business management processes, supporting financial planning and performance reporting, acting as a delegated focal point for operational risk, and providing senior troubleshooting support on complex operational and management challenges.

The role works in close partnership with Programme Funding to ensure operational readiness for new donor opportunities and effective grant start-up and close-out. It also leads operational assurance processes, strengthens compliance with donor and organisational requirements, and supports capacity strengthening across regional and country teams.

In this role, you will:

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in managing or overseeing large scale international programme operations in the INGO or development sector.
• Strong understanding of operational systems (finance, procurement, logistics, compliance) in multi country environments.
• Excellent relevant IT skills, primarily Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word), but specifically relevant data systems that support high quality planning, monitoring and reporting.
• Experience of leading, managing and motivating others and driving change.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive organisational change collaboratively.
• Experience working in complex matrix structures across multiple cultures.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and systems thinking capabilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of donor compliance and grant management processes.

Desirable:

• Experience in WASH, public health or community development sectors.
