The Junction is an out of hours service, open 365 evenings a year 4pm-11pm, to support and assist individuals experiencing a mental health concern. The aim is to alleviate the need for people in the Swindon locality to access A&E acute mental health services and primary care GP services unnecessarily by managing the presenting symptoms/mental health crisis along with the triggers and context for that crisis.
Working pattern includes every other weekend and working hours are 16:00-23:00.

PMRGCAuk is a small national charity dedicated to supporting people affected by polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) and giant cell arteritis (GCA). We have a big impact, supporting patients with our small staff team and with the help of a proactive team of volunteers and working closely with leading rheumatologists and researchers to improve diagnosis and treatment of these conditions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Outreach Development Coordinator
This is a newly created role designed to develop and support our volunteer network within the organisation. We currently have more than 50 volunteers working for us on our helpline, running local groups, administration and our online forum, HealthUnlocked and they are a crucial part of our service delivery.
Working closely with our small staff team and trustees, this role is intended to provide a solid framework for the volunteers within the organisation, as well as developing a strategy for continuing to grow our volunteer pipeline and expand our services.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage a volunteer strategy for the organisation
· Recruit, induct, support and manage a range of volunteer roles within the organisation, including our local group organisers, helpline volunteers and HealthUnlocked volunteers
· Support existing local groups and develop the establishment of new groups, with a particular focus on areas where we are limited in terms of numbers of groups, ie the Midlands and North of England
· Provide ongoing day-to-day support to volunteers
· Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for volunteers
· Network and liaise with local health professionals to raise the profile of the organisation and services and encourage group participation.
· Update volunteers on the latest developments within the charity and within the wider PMR/GCA community, including latest research and news
· Working alongside the Director, support the fundraising strategy to ensure sustainability of the charity and support fundraising initiatives within the community
· To support the membership strategy, taking every opportunity to encourage membership uptake, including professional membership

Who We're Looking For:
- A proactive self-starter with experience of working with volunteers.
- Someone with experience of working in a small voluntary organisation who recognises the needs to be flexible and adaptable
- Someone with knowledge of the UK voluntary sector and a passion for improving health outcomes.
- A strong communicator with excellent writing, project management, and financial skills.

Part time – 30 hours per week (equivalent to four days)

Location: Home based with travel to meetings in London and in support of setting up new local groups.
This is a fixed-term contract for a period of two years. The fixed-term nature of the post reflects the charity’s current operational and financial planning cycle. Any extension beyond this date will be at the charity’s discretion based on organisational need and affordability.

The Senior Volunteer Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring an outstanding volunteer experience for these student leaders, as this creates the foundation for meaningful engagement with fellow students and the wider community.
As a Senior Volunteer Coordinator, you will lead on the volunteer experience across four key areas of student-led activity:
•Access All Areas – a volunteering programme that makes university education more accessible for over 500 young people each year.

•Student Fundraising – supporting students to raise money for local, national and international causes, with over £200,000 raised in 2023-24.

You’ll continue to advance the Union’s approach to volunteer management by recruiting, training and providing ongoing support for hundreds of student leaders, as well as coaching a team of full and part time staff to develop their own volunteer management skills. Job purpose

Scope of role
The Administration Coordinator provides crucial support to the Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space (MHCBS) team by managing administrative processes efficiently. The role focuses on handling key back-office tasks that enable the team to deliver timely and accurate support to clients and stakeholders.
Key working relationships
The postholder will report to the MHCBS Advice Manager and will work closely with other members of the MHCBS team. There will be regular communication with internal colleagues and external stakeholders such as creditors, mental health professionals, and referral agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate team inboxes and triage emails to appropriate team members or stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses within SLAs – handling routine enquiries as standard and more complex enquiries as directed.
- Coordinate team tasks in AdvicePro, resolving issues, issuing or preparing correspondence, and highlighting urgent or non-standard cases for direction and resolution.
- Ensure CRM is maintained with accurate client and case information, running reports for management to review cases, prepare MI returns and support invoicing routines.
- Resolve or triage enquiries via the Insolvency Service portal, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Process incoming MHCBS applications and handle scheme closures using standard operating procedures, escalating non-standard issues or cases for direction and resolving issues.
- Support accurate reporting by ensuring high data integrity and flagging inconsistencies.

About the Service
Our counselling service provides one-to-one counselling to survivors of domestic abuse, providing an assessment and 15-20 counselling sessions. The Counselling Service provides support to survivors across London and witin the community, as well as through refuge-based CYP and adult counselling services.
The core service is open 9.00am to 5.00pm. However, appointments can be arranged outside of these hours if required, and may offer flexibility around working hours.
About the role
We are looking for a Clinical Lead to join our counselling service, which provides one-to-one counselling to survivors of domestic abuse. The Clinical Lead delivers line management support to a team of Counsellors and Therapists, supporting with clinical decision making across the counselling service. The Clinical Lead will also work from a trauma-informed perspective, and use multi-modal interventions considering the needs of a diverse group of survivors of domestic abuse.
About you
The ideal candidate will offer a trauma-informed perspective to therapeutic intervention and clinical decision making. They will also have great organisational skills, good communication skills (both written and verbal), and an ability to manage their own workload. You will be able to balance competing priorities and support the wider counselling team to deliver a high-quality service to the survivors accessing support.
It is imperative to us at Solace that the suitable candidate is a warm, empathetic, and diligent individual with a strong work ethic. You would also be a person who is happy to join and contribute to our services, helping us to make a difference to the lives of those that we support.
Previous management experience is desirable, but not essential. If you hold a recognised professional counselling qualification to Diploma level or equivalent with 2 years’ post-qualification experience, and are passionate about ending VAWG, we would love to hear from you.

Job Purpose:
The Major Donor Coordinator is an integral part of the Philanthropy team, responsible for managing a large portfolio of individual major donor supporters. The Major Donor Coordinator provides excellent relationship management, creating first-class donor journeys for their portfolio based on donors’ individual motivations and interests. They will ensure stewardship plans are in place for their top tier of major donors, and that they meet any specific proposal/reporting requirements for the donors they manage.

The Payroll Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of an accurate, timely, and customer-focused payroll service for our circa 700-strong workforce. We are seeking a highly organised Programmes Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of music education and teacher training programmes across London and nationally.

About the Role
Working within a proactive and collaborative Programmes Team, you will play a central role in coordinating Schools and Educator Development Programmes.
You will support the day to day delivery of music provision across five partner schools in central London, alongside national teacher training programmes including a postgraduate level qualification.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating timetables, lessons, scheduling and room allocations
- Managing programme inboxes and responding to queries from parents, teachers and stakeholders
- Supporting finance administration including invoices, payments, bursaries and budget tracking
- Managing instruments and resources, maintaining accurate records

The person who currently leads ADUKs education and training work is moving into an exciting new role within our team. We’re now looking for someone marvellous to take on part of their work, alongside some exciting new initiatives we want to develop. We’re not looking for a direct replacement - we want someone who will relish the opportunity to shape and grow this role into something truly impactful, supporting our work and strengthening the sector.
Key Purpose: The postholder will play a key role in strengthening knowledge, understanding, and best practice both within the sector and externally with service providers and the public, helping to remove barriers for assistance dog partnerships.
Internal focus: Coordinate the learning and development of ADUK member organisations, ensuring access to high-quality resources, training, and support to maintain knowledge sharing and best practice development across the sector.
External focus: Deliver education engagements and training to stakeholders, including businesses, service providers, and the public, through ADUK’s wider education initiatives and the new Corporate Allyship Programme.
Key Responsibilities
Learning:
- Manage ADUK’s shared Learning Management System (Moodle) and training platform, supporting members to make the most of the available content and resources.
Knowledge Sharing:
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers from member organisations and candidates to identify learning needs and expertise.

Education Delivery:

- Experience in managing learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools, (preferably Moodle based LMS)
- Excellent organisations skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate multiple organisations and stakeholders.
