BIAS is a local charity which has supported England’s largest Irish community in Brent for almost fifty years. We deliver our support through our welfare and housing advice service, our active ageing clubs, our volunteer project and our befriending scheme. As our Senior Activity Coordinator, you'll play a leading role in shaping and delivering inspiring short breaks, weekend clubs and holiday programmes for neurodivergent children and young people aged 5 to 25.
Working closely with the Hub & Short Breaks Manager, you'll help create safe, inclusive and engaging experiences that reflect the interests, aspirations and individual needs of the young people we support. From developing new activities and mentoring volunteers to supporting programme delivery and service improvements, you'll help shape a service where every young person feels valued, included and able to thrive.

About the Role
The Employment Advisor exists to support refugees to progress towards meaningful employment in the UK through high-quality employment advice, guidance and practical support.
The role is responsible for managing a caseload of clients, delivering employment and career-related interventions, and supporting volunteers to contribute effectively to service delivery. Impact & Evaluation Manager
We are seeking an experienced Impact & Evaluation Manager to help shape how a growing national charity measures its impact, learns from evidence and strengthens opportunities for children across the UK.
Salary: £41,200 FTE (£24,720 actual)
Location: Hybrid with remote working and at least one day a week in London (SE11)
Hours: Part time, 21 hours per week (3 days)

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead impact measurement and evaluation for a well-established national charity as it enters a new phase of growth.
You'll develop and refine evaluation frameworks and Theory of Change models, helping the organisation understand where it is making the greatest difference and how evidence can drive future decision making. Working closely with senior leaders and programme teams, you'll gather, analyse and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, turning complex findings into practical recommendations.

About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join a successful team as Regular Giving Officer (Acquisition and Retention) on a full-time, open-ended basis to oversee and manage the regular giving programme.
Imperial’s regular giving programme looks after donors who give up to £50,000 a year.
The role will work with a range of stakeholders within and outside of Advancement and external suppliers such as creative agencies, copywriters and mailing houses.
What you would be doing:
The Regular Giving and Legacy Giving team at Imperial is a high-performing team, with a well-established, successful programme. Key responsibilities include managing the planning, implementation and delivery of direct marketing fundraising campaigns across a range of media including direct mail, email, online and social media. You will work closely with the other Officers in the team to manage activity across legacies, mid-value and regular giving.
What we are looking for:
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to learn more about fundraising in higher education. We welcome applications from all candidates including those with a background in charity sector fundraising.
· Experience of working in a fundraising direct marketing role at a charity or in higher education
· Experience of building relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues up to a senior level, alumni and donors
