We are looking for highly motivated individuals to provide proactive advocacy and support services to people who have experienced sexual violence/ abuse. The ISVA provides practical and emotional support to individuals who have experienced sexual violence or abuse. The role focuses on delivering trauma-informed, person-centred support that reduces distress, promotes safety, and enables informed decision-making. You will support service users to navigate complex systems, including the criminal justice process, advocate on their behalf, and ensure their voices are heard. You will also work in partnership with a range of agencies to ensure coordinated and accessible support.

We are looking for individuals who have eperience of working within an advocacy role, preferably within domestic or sexual abuse or related fields such as mental health/social care/justice roles. You will have a sound understanding of risk assessment alongside experience of managing diverse caseloads and working pro-actively within multi-agency partnerships to support victim-focused outcomes. The Drive Project is the Drive Partnership’s flagship intervention for high-risk, high-harm and serial perpetrators of domestic abuse. The core mission of the Drive Project is to stop the cycle of domestic abuse and increase the immediate and long-term safety of adult and child victim-survivors. The Drive Project does this by partnering with agencies and local perpetrator services to disrupt, challenge, and change the behaviour of high-risk, high-harm and serial perpetrators, and working closely with IDVAs and victim-survivor services to always centre the safety and needs of victim-survivors, in line with the Respect Standard.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Communications

• Support the Drive Partnership’s communications and stakeholder engagement regarding the Drive Project.
• Lead central support on communications for Drive Project partners and build strong working relationships across network, ensuring both policy and communications expertise and input flows both ways.

About the Role

About the Role 

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the Foundation delivers high-quality, transparent and equitable funding practices across its work. 

As Funding and Compliance Lead, you will lead the end-to-end funding and compliance function, bringing together assessment, contract management, risk and grant management to ensure decisions are robust, proportionate and aligned with regulatory and sector standards. 

You will play a critical role in strengthening systems and ways of working, improving consistency, quality and the experience of applicants and funded partners. Working closely across the organisation, you will ensure that funding and compliance activity is aligned with our strategy and supports effective delivery of community-led change. 

You will also lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. 

About You 

We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative leader with strong expertise in grant management, compliance and risk. You will bring a track record of delivering high-quality funding processes, alongside experience of improving systems and ways of working. 

You will be confident navigating complexity, balancing rigour with pragmatism, and ensuring that processes are both robust and accessible. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to use data and insight to inform decisions are essential. 

You will also be an effective people manager, able to support and develop others while creating a positive and inclusive team culture. A strong commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and the Foundation’s values is key.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Associate to join our friendly Store in Armagh!

This will be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate, motivated, and keen to help raise funds to support the most vulnerable children and young people in the UK.

As a Store Associate you will support the Store Manager, other Store Associates, and volunteers to help run a busy store, you will have the opportunity to develop and learn within the store.  Weekend work will be a key part of the role.

Store Location: 21-26 Scotch Street, Armagh, Northern Ireland, BT61 7BY

Hours: 7 Per Week (Permanent)

Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

• Excellent Customer Service
• Visual Merchandising
• Organising Stock, Pricing and Steaming stock before going on the shop floor.
• Ensuring Stock is generated over the door by members of the public and ensuring donors sign up for gift aid.
• Implement any promotion in the store as directed by Head Office or your Area Business Manager or your Store Manager.
• Achieve and maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation and cleanliness throughout the Store, including the sales floor and stockroom areas.
• Actively encourage the public to donate saleable stock.
• Rotate stock on a daily basis so that no garment remains on the shop floor for any longer than the agreed time limits.

The Ideal candidates should demonstrate in their application:

• Experience of working in a retail environment
• Experience of cash handling
• Experience of working in a customer service environment
• Experience of working on own initiative
• Knowledge of working in a fashion environment
• Basic IT skills

Manchester Young Lives Learning Hubs provide a holistic learning environment where young people have the right support to thrive and make successful progressions to employment, education or training.  We work with young people to develop individual goals and targets to support their learning and development, as well as offering the opportunity to attend a work or volunteering placement.

As a Post 16 SEND teacher you will work within a small team providing a safe and nurturing environment where young people feel safe and secure. You will be responsible for teaching Functional Skills qualifications in English and Maths to small groups of varying ability levels, as well as delivering engaging and creative enrichment activities to develop life and employability skills and support young people to believe in themselves.
