BeyondAutism is looking for passionate and dedicated Therapists, Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech & Language Therapists (SaLTs) to join our specialist multidisciplinary team supporting autistic children and young people.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative transdisciplinary model where therapy expertise is embedded into everyday classroom practice. You will play a key role in helping learners develop communication, sensory, motor, and independence skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy interventions
• Complete specialist assessments and develop therapy programmes

• Coach and support classroom staff in implementing therapy strategies

About You

Essential

• Recognised Occupational Therapy or Speech & Language Therapy qualification
• HCPC registration (plus RCSLT membership for SaLT applicants)
• Experience working with autistic children and young people
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical reasoning skills
• Experience working within multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary teams
• Understanding of safeguarding, clinical governance, and evidence-based practice
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet learner needs

• AAC experience

Location: Elephant and Castle based within a residential setting, with regular travel to other services as required and our central office. Some work from home may be possible (to be discussed at interview). Please note that unfortunately, this service does not have step free access.

About the Role

A stimulating and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a IAP Psychological Lead a Forensic background. You will work alongside the Group Psychological Lead and other members of the team within our Independent Approved Premises (IAP) to deliver psychological services to residents and staff. In this role, you will apply your skills and knowledge in building new teams and expand our operational delivery within our IAP. You will play a strategic role in our organisational growth with new services, with a focus on shaping service delivery; offering specialist advice, supervising assistant psychologists and postgraduate research.

Our IAP's support people who have left prison and are based within a residential setting to reintegrate into the community. They are given support and guidance to aid their reablement, resettlement and rehabilitation post prison. You will contribute towards them achieving goals necessary for their personal development and move on within the community. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing high quality psychological services, contributing to the delivery of Approved Premises aims as specified by the Ministry of Justice.
• Ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with HCPC standards of conduct, performance and ethics.
• Demonstrating clinical leadership by setting direction for the psychological service and driving high standards for quality, safety and ongoing improvement.
• Exercising clinical responsibility for residents’ psychological care, showing skill and judgement in selecting appropriate assessments and interventions.
• Consulting with other parties contributing to a resident’s diagnosis, formulation, treatment and risk management in the community.
• Create opportunities to collaborate with peers including AP-based psychologists nationally and OPD pathway psychologists delivering services to APs.
• Model and facilitate a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

About You

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Psychologist with a strong clinical and forensic background to join our team. The successful candidate will be HCPC-registered with doctoral-level training and experience working with complex client groups. • Doctoral level training accredited by the HCPC in forensic, clinical or counselling psychology
• Experience working as a registered psychologist in the criminal justice system or forensic mental health setting
• Experience of the psychological assessment and treatment of clients presenting with a range of enduring mental health conditions, complex psychological difficulties and risks to self and others
• Experience working in a psychologically informed environment and providing informed consultation to others
• Ability to teach, train, consult, and deliver clinical supervision
• Understanding of criminology, psychology, and behavioural patterns, and how they link with different behaviours and engagement
• Ability to understand and apply safeguarding protocols as they arise

About the role

This is a key new leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering Solent Mind’s fundraising, communications and marketing activity. You will lead a high-performing team (4 direct reports) and volunteers to grow sustainable restricted and unrestricted income, strengthen supporter and partner relationships, and raise the organisation’s profile across Hampshire and beyond.

About the role

EJF is scaling up its global work, and in particular expanding our portfolio of training and support to partner organisations on the front lines of environmental and human rights issues across the Global South. The Finance Officer is one of several new roles being recruited to support this growth.

Reporting to the Global Head of Finance, the Finance Officer will be responsible for end-to- end financial processing, donor reporting and partner finance support across a portfolio of geographies and grants. The role works closely with colleagues across the world and gives broad, hands-on exposure to international project finance, multi-currency operations, donor compliance, audit and sub-grant management.

The role is offered on a full-time basis, although we are open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate. It will suit a part-qualified Accountant or fully-qualified AAT, or someone with equivalent experience, looking to develop their career in a fast-growing, high-impact international organisation working at the intersection of environmental protection and human rights.

Key responsibilities

Management accounts and reporting

• Contribute to the production of accurate and insightful monthly management accounts for use by senior leadership.
• Support project managers with project budgeting, forecasting, internal reporting and re-planning.
• Prepare donor and project reports in the format required by funders, within agreed reporting timetables, for review by budget holders, the Head of Finance and senior management.

Sub-grants and partner support

• Oversee sub-grant disbursements and review incoming partner finance reports, ensuring accuracy, eligible expenditure and correct allocation against budget lines.
• Provide ongoing support to sub-grantee partners and to non-finance EJF colleagues on financial systems, processes and donor compliance.

Transaction processing and controls

• Prepare and process payrolls.
• Process expenditure, ensuring adherence to internal financial controls, approval processes and project allocation.
• Process grant income.
• Process international payments and multi-currency transactions using online banking platforms.
• Reconcile foreign currency transactions and exchange rate adjustments.
• Process staff advance requests, allocate them onto expense cards and review the related expense claims.
• Prepare payment runs, ensuring adherence to approval limits and authorisation processes.
• Reconcile expense card balances and bank balances on a regular basis.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of financial controls across global operations.

Month-end, year-end and audit

• Support month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations, accruals and review of financial data.
• Lead audit liaison on project audits within the portfolio.
• Assist with preparation for the annual organisational audit and with responses to audit queries.

Records and systems

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation using cloud-based storage.

Essential skills and experience

• Demonstrable commitment to EJF’s vision, mission and values and a determination to change the world for the better.
• Part-qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), fully-qualified AAT, or a minimum of three years’ relevant finance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, including the ability to build and interrogate spreadsheets for budgeting, reporting and reconciliation (lookups, pivot tables, formulas).
• Day-to-day hands-on experience with Iplicit or a similar cloud-based accounting system.
• Experience in processing transactions in multiple currencies and reconciling foreign exchange differences.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong sense of ownership over your work.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines across a portfolio of projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues and external partners.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• A coaching mindset, committed to building the financial confidence and capability of non-finance colleagues and partner organisations.

Desirable skills and experience

• Experience working in the third sector, ideally with international NGOs or charities subject to UK Charities SORP.
• Familiarity with the financial requirements of institutional donors (e.g. EU, Norad) and sub-grant compliance.
• Experience working across multiple geographies.
• Working proficiency in a second language relevant to EJF’s geographies.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In a context of the rise of the far right, increasing inequality, and climate disaster, The Advocacy Academy is growing to meet this moment. As part of this, we are expanding our Organising and Campaigns Team, including recruiting an experienced Digital Organiser.

This person will lead the design and implementation of an ambitious digital organising approach, including building out our base online and supporting campaigns to amplify our message and deliver the tangible wins we are pushing for. The work will be supported by up to five of our ‘changemakers’ - young people who will be paid to support our digital organising alongside their other work or study.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1. Oversee and deliver a Digital Organising Strategy within TAA, including but not limited to:

• Working with the SLT to set the strategic objectives and direction of your area of responsibility in relation to the broader growth of the organisation, ensuring appropriate resources, KPIs and relevant tools are in place to assess progress and make judgements on priorities. 
• Taking the lead on decision-making and problem-solving for all considerations relating to the area of responsibility, working with your department director and SLT around overlapping projects.
• Understanding the impact of socio-economic and sector specific changes that could impact the department, including wider trends around digital organising and campaigns.
• Supporting the department director with the management and mitigation of organisational risks by escalating issues within your department in a timely manner and supporting them with problem solving.

2. Lead on TAA’s digital organising approach, implementing online strategies as part of our campaigns, growing our membership, supporting our fundraising and building the systems needed to support these initiatives, including but not limited to:

• Leading the development and implementation of digital organising strategies as part of our youth-led organising campaigns, and support members and wider supporters to take action to deliver material change on issues that matter to our membership.
• Leading the development and implementation of digital strategies to deliver membership growth, working alongside colleagues to track and achieve key target numbers. 
• Leading the development and implementation of online member journeys, from initial touch points with TAA through to leaders of our youth movement.
• Ensuring the right digital platforms and technology (including website, WhatsApp, CRM, email, social media) are used to facilitate the effective and efficient delivery of key objectives
• Supporting the crafting and implementation of campaign messaging and content to support our campaign aims.
• Supporting the Development Team to create and implement key digital mechanisms to fundraise, including with individual donors, HNWIs, corporate donors and international funders).

3. Lead on TAA’s communications, storytelling and engagement work, ensuring we have a clear, consistent and effective narrative that reaches people, including but not limited to:

• Leading the strategic direction of TAA’s storytelling work, ensuring narrative change is embedded across the programme and rooted in the lived experience, values, and leadership of our communities.
• Coordinating the distributed communications efforts by different teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs across all channels.
• Overseeing the development and delivery of multimedia content that shifts public understanding and showcases the impact of youth organising.
• Providing editorial oversight and creative leadership to ensure our digital storytelling is coherent, compelling, values-aligned, and responsive to the external environment.
• Supporting and advise the senior leadership team on narrative risks, opportunities, and emerging digital trends relevant to our movement goals.

4. Support our members to learn and grow as digital organisers in their own right, including but not limited to:

• Proactively build relationships with our members and grow our membership, through holding regular 1:1s and relational meetings that strengthen campaigns but more importantly help them to identify and act on their developing political interests and to plug them into relevant opportunities for growth at TAA and our wider networks.
• Hold a list of members that you are the relationship lead for, developing and delivering a live learning plan with many of them, supporting them to become powerful organisers.
• Work closely with the Programmes and Community teams to set trajectories and expectations for a young person’s campaigning and organising journey, their starting point coming into TAA, and the training and support they need.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings, holding space effectively and designing and delivering creative learning journeys for young people.

5. Be a key member of the Organising and Campaigns Team, including but not limited to:

• Support efforts to set the strategic direction and priorities for the Organising and Campaigns Team each financial year.
• Proactively develop an interest in the impact of political, socio-economic and sector specific changes that could impact the HOST Programme, department and TAA in general.
• Support the Director of Organising and Campaigns and Head of Organising and Campaigns with the management and mitigation of organisational risks presented by the Programme by escalating issues in a timely manner and supporting them with problem solving.
• Support colleagues in the Organising and Campaigns team to run events, training programmes and other key activities to deliver on departmental aims.

6. Culture, values and wider strategy and mission. Hold senior accountability for driving the achievement of our strategic objectives by embedding our vision, mission, strategy, ideology and cultural values across your area and the wider organisation. Play a central role in shaping organisational direction and leading cross-departmental priorities and initiatives, including but not limited to:

• Embodying and championing our commitment to social and economic justice, ensuring this is consistently reflected in organisational strategy, decision-making, delivery and partnerships
• Acting as a champion of organisational culture and values, setting the standard across teams and holding others to account in upholding these in practice
• Leading on identifying and driving opportunities that strengthen organisational impact, working closely with senior leadership, including the Director of Finance, HR and Ops, and contributing to high-level strategic direction
• Holding ultimate responsibility for identifying, assessing and addressing risks to our integrity, authenticity and alignment with our ideology and culture, taking decisive and timely action
• Enabling and lead effective cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring teams are aligned, appropriately resourced and working cohesively towards shared goals
• Shaping and model a culture of openness, care and accountability, contributing to organisational wellbeing approaches and supporting leaders across the organisation to do the same
• Taking ownership of your continued leadership development, while also actively developing others and building leadership capacity within your area

7. Governance and Compliance

• Provide strategic leadership on governance and risk management within your portfolio, working in close partnership with the Finance, HR and Operations team.
• Lead and hold accountability for risk identification, analysis and mitigation, ensuring risks to strategic objectives are anticipated, escalated and managed effectively
• Maintain oversight of risk across your area, ensuring robust systems, controls and practices are in place and consistently applied
• Ensure strong organisational compliance with TAA policies and practices, taking responsibility for their effective implementation, continuous improvement and alignment with wider organisational standards
• You will support Programmes and Community Departments by ensuring that the operations, structures, processes, and practices align with and support TAA's campaigning and organising goals, activating new allies' goals, and community goals

About the role

Reporting in to the Campaigns Advisor, the Campaigns Officer will lead on the delivery of Christian Aid campaigns aimed at both movement building (through the development of supporters’ agency and ability to lead campaigns), and mobilisation (encouraging key audiences in the church and the wider to public to achieve strategic policy, legislative and culture change).

The post-holder will be develop and deliver high impact plans, tactics and activities that align with the strategies developed for campaigns, in relation to supporting churches and community groups (with a focus on Black Christians, Pentecostal and Charismatic Churches, and young adult Christians) and mobilising supporters to engage advocacy targets in political, private sector or in church environments.

Some of the main areas of responsibility for the Campaigns Officer include:

• Develop and implement movement building and mobilisation strategies, tactics and plans for Christian Aid's core campaigns, proactively identifying opportunities for meaningful change.
• Materials are created, communications events are developed and delivered, and campaign tools are rolled out for target audiences that engage and inspire a deeper understanding of how to approach global justice and poverty issues; and that engage and inspire them to undertake campaign actions and maximise impact.
• Organising opportunities are developed, tested and learnt from to support churches and other public audiences in the delivery of core campaigns.
• Digital opportunities are maximised to mobilise church and other public audiences at scale to influence advocacy targets on core campaigns.
• Young Adult Christians are resourced and supported, deepening their understanding about issues of global justice and poverty, and empower their own agency to tackle these issues and to be a key part of campaigns.
• Organising and power building principles are embedded in campaign strategies and tactics and meet organisational values and goals.

We have sites across East Sussex, centred around our Foyers in Eastbourne and Hastings. These services provide 24-hour supported housing for young people aged 16–25, offering low to medium levels of housing-related support. There are homes throughout East Sussex for young people we continue to support into independence via our Transitional Housing teams, these are typically larger shared houses of four to eight residents sharing some communal facilities such as bathrooms and kitchens. In total there are approximately 180 residents in East Sussex that the maintenance team oversee.

A key part of the role involves redecorating empty homes to prepare them for new residents. This work must be completed promptly, to an agreed and consistent standard, and with clear communication to site and maintenance teams to ensure properties can be relet within void target times.

You will also carry out planned redecoration within communal areas of our accommodation, as well as offices and workspaces used by our staff and volunteers.

We’re looking for a Virtual Fundraising Officer to join our Virtual Fundraising Team.

This role sits within the Mass Participation Team, an ambitious team that attracts and enables supporters to raise funds for Young Lives vs Cancer through participation in virtual or real-life events and challenges. Young Lives vs Cancer recruits around 11,500 virtual fundraisers a year. For many of these supporters this is their first interaction with Young Lives vs Cancer and shows that virtual fundraising can be just the beginning of a relationship with a new supporter. 

The Virtual Fundraising Officer is responsible for the delivery and growth of virtual fundraising challenges, ensuring exceptional supporter journeys and stewardship while driving ambitious participation and income targets. 

The main purpose of this role is to project manage several events in our virtual events portfolio at Young Lives vs Cancer, and when needed, support the Virtual Fundraising Senior Officer on the project management of the remaining events in our portfolio. This will include utilising a data-driven approach to analyse performance, optimise processes, and identify opportunities for innovation. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage suppliers, and create engaging content to inspire and empower supporters to reach their fundraising ambitions. Ensure all activities are compliant with relevant regulations, contribute to organisational objectives, and uphold best practices in fundraising.

What will I be doing?

Main Purpose of the Job

• To contribute to the growth of Sands’ commercial and strategic partnerships by generating high-quality research, intelligence, and insight to support prospect acquisition and cultivation.
• To develop and maintain a healthy, diverse pipeline of corporate, commercial, and strategic prospects through structured research, qualification, and profiling.
• To support outreach, digital engagement, and online marketing activity to increase awareness of Sands’ partnership opportunities and drive inbound interest.
• To provide essential administrative and operational support for database management, data compliance, and reporting.

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Prospect Research & Pipeline Development

• Conduct structured research to identify new prospective partners across multiple sectors, including retail, leisure, wellbeing, transport, and corporate services.
• Build detailed prospect profiles, including organisational background, alignment potential, decision-makers, and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain and update a robust cross industry prospect pipeline, ensuring all prospects are accurately categorised and tracked.
• Undertake competitor and sector analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, supporting Sands’ strategic positioning.
• Map networks and connections (internal and external) to support the expansion of Sands’ business development reach.

2. Outreach, Marketing & Engagement Support

• Support initial outreach to prospective partners, including email approaches, LinkedIn engagement, and follow-up communications.
• Support the planning and delivery of targeted online marketing activity to increase organisational visibility among corporate audiences.
• Develop engaging content for outreach - such as partner briefs, email templates, and introductory decks.
• Collaborate with the Engagement and Communications teams to ensure all external messaging reflects Sands’ brand and partnership priorities.

3. Database, Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate, GDPR compliant records on Sands’ CRM, ensuring all research, outreach and cultivation activity are fully logged and auditable.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards to support team activity planning and income forecasting.
• Track deadlines for proposals, reporting, stewardship requirements, and internal consultations.
• Support due diligence checks for all new prospects and record documentation in line with Sands’ ethical and data protection policies.

4. Partnership Materials, Proposals & Case Studies

• Support the creation of high-quality partnership assets, including pitch decks, proposals, stewardship packs, and impact summaries.
• Collate relevant organisational information and stories to support the development of compelling case studies.
• Work with internal colleagues to gather content on Sands’ programmes, events, research, and family stories to support tailored partnership pitches.

5. Internal Collaboration & Organisational Support

• Work closely with the Commercial Business Development Lead to coordinate new business activity and support cultivation of prospective corporate relationships.

• Support the planning and delivery of cultivation events, webinars, and online briefings for corporate audiences.

The Marketing Officer/Senior Marketing Officer (Retention) at CBM UK is an important role in making our life-changing work possible. Advertised at Officer or Senior Officer level (subject to experience), the role delivers direct and digital fundraising appeals to existing individual supporters, high value donors, and churches to drive donations and grow awareness, through creative and impactful fundraising communications.

Key responsibilities:

The position holder is responsible for developing fundraising campaigns for individual supporter audiences; supporting the development of the annual public fundraising plan; building supporter journeys and testing new channels and messages.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and across the Fundraising & Communications team, the Marketing Officer/Senior Marketing Officer (Retention) is responsible for planning and delivering a significant marketing programme, carrying out fundraising campaigns to existing supporters across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, and telephone.

Cultivation appeals (60%)

a. Deliver regular and inspiring off-line direct marketing campaigns to existing supporters on time and within budget. The role holder will plan, co-ordinate and prepare fundraising appeals. This involves creating briefs, working alongside freelance copywriters and designers, and managing print and fulfilment suppliers.

1. Lead on the delivery of online appeals and updates, including the planning and coordination of mass supporter emails.
2. Optimise the performance (traffic and income) of website fundraising pages, including appeal landing pages and donation platforms. Ensuring pages on the CBM website are engaging to existing and new audiences and utilising Search Engine Optimisation tools.
3. Lead on the planning and implementation of feeding back to existing supporters on our work as part of their donor journey, through leading on CBM UK’s supporter newsletters, e-news and prayer diaries.
4. Prepare internal marketing materials for CBM UK colleagues and provide briefings for supporter facing teams ahead of each campaign.
5. Develop excellent working relationships with existing and new agencies and suppliers, including marketing agencies, writers, designers, print suppliers and mailing houses. Source new agencies and suppliers as appropriate.

High donor fundraising (20%)

1. Lead on CBM’s high donor fundraising programme, through planning and managing regular communications and fundraising asks to this segment of supporters, working towards achieving annual income growth targets.
2. Work alongside the Supporter Relations team to develop and carry out a donor journey for high donors, including personalised communications through phone, email and post.

New product testing (10%)

1. Proactively test and develop new fundraising ideas, channels and messages to engage with and raise funds from new and existing audiences.
2. Maintain awareness and anticipation of charity sector trends relating to direct marketing and keep abreast of competitor activities to enable CBM to respond and adapt quickly where appropriate.

Planning and reporting (10%)

1. Analysis and reporting of appeals and projects, providing learnings that will enable informed decision making around future activities.
2. Develop a good knowledge of the CRM system (Salesforce) and ensure appropriate recording and reporting of direct marketing activity.

Other

1. Ensure the consistent implementation of CBMs brand, key messages and style guide in fundraising activities.
2. Awareness of, and compliance across direct marketing, of Fundraising Regulator and Data Protection legal requirements (GDPR and PECR).
3. Work with other teams, including the CBM Global Federation, to maximise collaboration opportunities and integrated working.

About the role

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to play a central role in driving effective, efficient, and impactful global operations at one of the world’s leading environmental and human rights organisations.

Working closely with the Head of Finance, the Finance Officer will support with month-end processes and operational finance for events. The role will also support the Head of Finance on budgets and forecasting. 

Roles and Responsibilities 

Routine Financial Oversight 

• Oversee the accurate recording, processing and coding of all financial transactions, including income, expenditure and journals 
• Perform bank and petty cash reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations and key control accounts 
• Maintain accruals / prepayments / deferred income /accrued income schedules 
• Maintain oversight of the fixed asset register and depreciation. 
• Responsible for month end up to extended trial balance 
• Monitor day-to-day financial operations including bank accounts and payment processes.
