The purpose of this role is to lead the design and delivery of learning programmes that help social entrepreneurs create lasting impact. Overall job purpose
The Estate Officer will ensure the delivery of the regional maintenance programme, comprising routine, periodic, planned and urgent works, and the delivery of time limited maintenance consultancy and estate management projects. Working alongside the Conservation Projects Manager, the post holder will ensure regional estate compliance with CCT policies.
The post holder will be the main contact for all maintenance related matters and will maintain the property management records for the estate, develop volunteer projects and training on maintenance reporting and conservation cleaning and will assist with fundraising.

The role will deliver the Walking Together Project across communities in north London, Slough and Reading. The role will engage directly with the most disadvantaged communities, where loneliness, social isolation and inactivity could be prevalent, through a ‘Getting Started’ Wellbeing Walks programme. This is a community delivery role to work with local communities to establish walks and find potential walk leaders within the community to sustain walking.

The Vacancy

Rights of Women (ROW) is looking for a woman lawyer to join our team as a Legal Officer working on criminal law.
The postholder will be part of Rights of Women’s Criminal Law team and will play a key role in delivering the organisation’s core services to women who come into contact with the criminal justice system, often as a survivor of sexual or domestic violence, as both victims and as women who have been criminalised.
The post holder will provide specialist legal advice through Rights of Women’s telephone advice lines, contribute to the design and delivery of training, and support the development of accessible legal information through publications and other resources. They will also support survivor engagement and contribute to Rights of Women’s policy work, driving systemic change for women’s rights.
The Legal Officer will also play a leading role in maintaining and developing Rights of Women’s online peer-to-peer forum for professionals supporting women survivors. About the role
This is a senior role working across the whole Charity, tasked with growing public awareness and support for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. aged 25 and under. We are an All-Wales and part England charity providing immediate
casework support, as well as ongoing aftercare services including counselling, alternative
therapies, play therapy, support groups, support events and a respite cottage.
The post holder will provide immediate and ongoing emotional and practical support to families
affected by the sudden and unexpected death of their child or young adult.
Main Duties
1.0. Service:
1.1: To initiate immediate support for a caseload of families whose children and young people aged 0-25
have died suddenly and unexpectedly across the region
1.2: To contact all families within 24-48 hours of the referrals by telephone
1.3: Complete an initial assessment of families' needs to identify and plan the support as required in line

About the Role
We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer to lead the operations team, join the management team and support the CEO. Your priorities will be to oversee all fundraising, including campaigns, major donors and grant applications. You will oversee the HR of the organisation, including recruitment and disciplinaries. In partnership with the CEO and finance officer you will be jointly responsible for finance within the organisation. You will manage the facilities manager and administrator, ensuring that processes are followed appropriately and the building is maintained in good condition, ensuring we fulfil all legal requirements.

You will be a senior manager who has energy and drive as well as sound judgement. On top of a strong track record in an operational position, you will have the breadth of experience to lead HR and systems, finance, monitoring and evaluation and fundraising. You will have experience in fundraising and funder management and be able to lead on making funding applications and reporting to funders. You will be a clear, analytical thinker who will strengthen the leadership of our charity. You will be an excellent manager of people. The Fundraising and Communications Officer plays a vital and diverse role in the success of the Fundraising and Communications Directorate and London Youth as a whole. As well as taking on your own specific projects, you will offer support to the wider Fundraising and Communications Directorate across events, different income streams, and communications projects as we work to achieve our targets in excess of £3.6m. You will collaborate with colleagues, funders, and partners and meet youth workers and young people as we look to engage and inspire audiences in support of transformational youth work.
