This role is central to telling the stories that bring Carers Trust’s work to life and inspire people to engage with our mission. Through the creation of high-quality, engaging digital content across social media, video, web and written channels, the Digital Content Officer will help raise awareness of the challenges facing unpaid carers and demonstrate the difference that Carers Trust, our Network Partners and supporters make across the UK.
Working within the Marketing and Communications Team and closely alongside colleagues across the organisation, the postholder will develop and deliver compelling content that supports campaigns, fundraising, influencing and engagement activity. They will gather stories from carers and Network Partners, create and coordinate digital content across multiple platforms, and help ensure our communications remain creative, timely and audience-focused.

The role
You will provide high-quality legal advice and representation at IAA Level 2/3 or Solicitor standard. Your diverse casework will range from assisting sponsored workers on high-risk visas, to managing complex human rights cases and supporting victims of modern slavery and trafficking. Crucially, your work will not happen in isolation. You will work closely with our employment advice team on overlapping cases, collaborate with policy and comms colleagues to evidence systemic issues, and help deliver public legal information and training.
About you
We seek an enthusiastic professional with at least 3 years of experience delivering high-quality immigration advice, who demonstrates a deep empathy for the experiences of vulnerable migrants.
You will also have:
Level 2 or 3 IAA accreditation OR status as a qualified Solicitor eligible to practice in England and Wales.
A 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in law or a related subject.
At least 3 years’ experience providing immigration legal advice in compliance with IAA/SRA standards.
Excellent legal research, analytical, and case management skills, with the ability to manage complex caseloads and tight deadlines.
Outstanding client management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to lay persons clearly and compassionately.
A collaborative, team-first mindset and a commitment to the mission and values of the Work Rights Centre.
Desirable: Knowledge of Modern Slavery and the National Referral Mechanism (NRM), familiarity with social welfare law, or proficiency in a language other than English.

As Development Officer (Income Maximisation in Schools) you will play a lead role in looking at the actions needed at different levels to sustainably embed advice in schools across Scotland. You’ll be involving and engaging schools, advice services and other partners to develop practical recommendations which can be used to improve provision nationally. You will also be helping to develop resources and professional learning to increase awareness and confidence in schools around financial entitlements and pathways to income maximisation support.
You will be based within the Cost of the School Day team at CPAG in Scotland and will work closely with Welfare Rights, Digital and Policy colleagues.

About the Role:
You will support the end-to-end coordination of events, ensuring logistics, administration, and on-the-day operations run efficiently. Working closely with the events team, you’ll help manage vendors, prepare documentation, and provide hands-on support during live events to maintain high standards and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with planning and scheduling event activities, timelines, and logistics.
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm bookings, deliveries, and service requirements.
* Prepare and maintain event documentation, including run sheets, contact lists, and checklists.
* Support event registration processes, guest lists, and attendee communications.
* Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating event records.
* Provide on-the-day event support, including set-up, signage, registration desks, and guest assistance.
* Liaise with venue staff to ensure room layouts, equipment, and catering are delivered as agreed.
* Help with post-event wrap-up, including collating feedback, photos, and basic reporting.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience supporting events, with exposure to planning and coordination activities.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders.
* Solid administrative and office skills, including accurate data entry and document management.
* Comfortable working on-site at events, including occasional early starts or late finishes.

Desirable Skills:
* Experience working on corporate or public events in London.

Qualifications:
