About the role:

Behind every well run service is someone making sure the details never get missed. As a Housing Administrator, you’ll provide the reliable, responsive support that helps our accommodation services run smoothly and enables frontline teams to focus on supporting people experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges.

Working across three mental health accommodation services in Camden and Barnet, you’ll be a central point of support for managers and colleagues. Although you’ll work behind the scenes, the people living in our services will remain at the heart of what you do; because accurate records, well managed repairs and responsive administration all contribute to residents receiving safe, consistent and high quality support.

Your day to day work will be varied. You’ll keep databases accurate, coordinate meetings and staff rotas, prepare reports and help services stay on top of key deadlines and compliance checks. You’ll monitor rents, Housing Benefit and service charges; process invoices and petty cash; track repairs, referrals and empty rooms; check tenancy documentation; and maintain clear, accurate spreadsheets and reports.

This is a role where strong administration has a visible impact. By keeping information accurate, spotting issues early and bringing order to competing priorities, you’ll help create safe and effective services that residents and staff can rely on. The postholder will be expected to work across all three sites, spending part of their working time at each location. There may also be some opportunity to work from home, depending on service needs and the tasks being completed.

We are looking for two Deputy Team Managers to join our Ofsted Registered Young Person’s Accommodation Services, with one opportunity in Camden and one in Greenwich. Working alongside the Service Manager, you will help turn our accommodation into places where young people aged 16 and over - including care leavers and young people facing multiple disadvantage - can build trust, discover their strengths and take meaningful steps towards adulthood and independence.

You will be a visible, energising presence in the service, giving staff the guidance, confidence and space they need to deliver exceptional support. From coaching colleagues and strengthening support and safety plans to responding to safeguarding concerns, missing episodes and periods of disengagement, you will help the team remain curious, persistent and ambitious for every young person. You will also make sure preparation for the future starts from day one, creating opportunities for young people to develop practical life skills, reconnect with education or employment and move towards a home of their own.

You will build strong relationships with local authorities and partner agencies, maintain high standards across housing management, health and safety and Ofsted compliance, and make sure young people are not simply consulted but genuinely heard. Their experiences, ideas and ambitions should shape the support they receive and the way the service grows.

The role

As Digital & Data Transformation Manager you will have an ability to influence in digitisation, data and IT and work cross-organisationally with Care/Housing operations, Finance, HR, suppliers, Trustees and Executive leadership. Our need is to co-create the digital strategy, influence ways of working and problem solve at a practical level. This role will lead and add momentum to the digitisation of Keychange. The process has begun and this role will coordinate and add cultural sensitive impetus to the change.  We want to multiply the gains already made to continue the transformation of the organisation. 

The focus of the role includes:

• Digital and data transformation, including identifying emerging digital technologies that can support or enhance our operations and the development of a digital organisational dashboard
• Digital and data management, including data protection governance, data security and data management
• Operational delivery, including oversight of our outsourced IT contractor and technical management of our intranet development

This is a management role with real impact – both within Keychange and ultimately in the lives of people we support.

 About you

We are looking for a values-led manager who brings:

• Experience in leading the development of digital systems, information governance, cyber-security improvement or digital transformation in a charity, care, housing, education or public sector environment
• Strong supplier-management skills
• Working understanding of cyber-security governance
• Ability to explain technical and governance issues clearly to non-technical and non-IT colleagues
• Ability to work at both management and practical implementation levels

We are looking for a Research Manager to join a small team responsible for commissioning, managing and conducting high quality, robust social research.

The Research Team works closely with colleagues across the Youth Futures Foundation to support our mission as a What Works Centre.

The Research Manager will manage the next phases of work on two of our key evidence resources, the Youth Employment Toolkit and the Youth Employment Evidence and Gap Map.

They will:

• Contribute to our wider research strategy, including conducting evidence synthesis,  and supporting Youth Futures’ mission to create, translate and embed evidence to improve youth employment outcomes.
• Design, manage and carry out research projects, including analysis and synthesis of evidence on youth employment and related themes.

This is a new role at High Trees, created because we believe Lambeth’s voluntary and community sector (VCS) is one of the borough’s greatest assets – strong, skilled and rooted in the communities it serves. We want a dedicated Manager who can help make that case, loudly and effectively, both within High Trees and across the wider system.

A key part of this role is our contract to deliver capacity building support to Lambeth’s VCS, commissioned by the local authority and delivered through the Lambeth Hubs Partnership – but this is one strand of a much bigger picture. We want this role to think beyond any single contract, taking a long-term view of what Lambeth’s VCS infrastructure support needs to look like, and leading the development of new approaches, including peer support models and a more circular economy across the sector.

Health and wellbeing is increasingly shaping where funding and investment in our sector flows, and we want Lambeth’s VCS to be ready and well-positioned to respond to this shift. You will play a leading role in this, working with partners including the SEL VCS Alliance to develop shared practice across South East London boroughs, and ensuring our sector’s voice is heard as these opportunities develop.

This role is as much strategic as it is operational – we’re never too far from the ground at High Trees, and you’ll be expected to lead on much of the day-to-day delivery yourself. That means designing and delivering workshops and one-to-one capacity building support, developing resources and toolkits, and running networking events that bring Lambeth’s VCS together. You’ll also build a network of trusted delivery partners – freelancers and facilitators, ideally drawn from within our own sector – helping to keep skills, income and opportunity circulating within Lambeth’s VCS.

As VCS Infrastructure & Development Manager, you will lead High Trees’ work to strengthen Lambeth’s voluntary and community sector, acting as an advocate for High Trees and a champion for the wider sector, while managing funded contracts and programmes that support local organisations to grow their skills, systems and impact.

The role will take responsibility for several discrete projects. Included in this portfolio are 23 units for medium support need clients. You will be responsible for at least 4 members of staff. This role will ensure the safe running of these 23 units across 10 properties located in Exeter.

Cloudesley is recruiting a new permanent, part-time Finance Manager (2.5 days per week). This varied role includes regular financial management tasks, reporting, budget setting, liasion with property and investment managers and lawyers, as well as policy development and advising Trustees on strategic issues.

About Cloudesley

Cloudesley is an independent charitable trust that makes grants to people, organisations and churches in Islington of c. £ 2million per year. Our grants budget is split equally between our Health and Church Grants programmes.

In June 2025, Cloudesley’s total assets were £57 million and the annual gross income was £1.5 million. Currently, around half of Cloudesley's endowment is held in financial market investments managed by Cazenove, and the other half is in c. 90 residential properties on the Cloudesley Estate in Islington. To fund its work, the charity uses income and a prudent element of capital gains generated from both the investments and properties.

This is an interesting time to be joining Cloudesley as it continues to manage its finances to ensure it can support both current and future needs in Islington, implements its property strategy, and helps to respond to the multiple challenges facing people, organisations and churches in Islington.

Finance Manager role

This wide-ranging role includes:

• Administration of regular financial transactions, including relating to grants and the charity's property assets
• Preparation and monitoring of annual budget
• Production of management accounts and a variety of financial, investment and property reports
• Preparation of draft annual accounts and work with the auditor
• Working with the charity's investment and property managers
• Working with a range of external advisers and lawyers on property matters
• Developing and advising on financial and endowment strategies

Staffing, governance and history

Cloudesley has a small team of four permanent staff. Staff work on a hybrid basis, with part of each week spent at the charity's office in King's Cross.

The charity has up to 15 Trustees at any one time, and a single corporate Trustee, Richard Cloudesley Trustee Limited. The Board of Trustees meets three times a year, and the Finance and Endowment Committee and Grants Committee meet quarterly. 

The charity dates back to 1517, when Tudor yeoman and Islington resident Richard Cloudesley wrote his will and left two 'Stony Fields' to Trustees.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled manager who has excellent communication and organisational skills. Working under the guidance of the Southern Regional Manager, you will oversee a staff team and an expanding network of peer programs across Surrey.

The Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for  managing  FFRP, a London wide programme that supports families on low income to access good quality, free and independent advice, in order to prevent or alleviate financial hardship. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager, confident in relationship management and in evaluation and monitoring, with a strong understanding of the free legal advice sector in London.

About the Team
