About the role
The Network Engagement Officer supports The Tomorrow’s Engineers Code (or The Code, as we often call it) community. The Code community is a network of 400+ organisations committed to inspiring more young people into engineering and technology careers through STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) outreach.
The Code brings together organisations of all types and sizes to share ideas, learn from each other, and collaborate to collectively improve the impact of our STEM outreach. We do this by providing them with practical resources, events, regular communications and a supportive LinkedIn group.
The Network Engagement Officer works with the Senior Code Manager to grow, engage and support Code community members (we call them Signatories). The Network Engagement Officer is responsible for growing the community through recruiting and onboarding new members and ensuring high levels of engagement across the diversity of the community through writing and scheduling regular communications to them via email and LinkedIn and delivering an engaging content series to help them collectively improve their outreach, as well as tracking their participation across activity.
The role is London based at our office at 10 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6EN and will involve frequent / may involve some travel in the UK (amend as required).We believe that hybrid working has many benefits and are pleased to offer flexible working with a minimum of 40% in the office and the option for a flexible start and end to the working day in our vibrant central London office overlooking the Thames. About the Charity
From Me to You is an inspiring charity dedicated to alleviating loneliness and isolation for people living with cancer. We make connections for people living with cancer through the simple, powerful act of letter writing easing loneliness and bringing comfort, hope and human connection, one letter at a time. Each year thousands of anonymous letters are collated by our team of volunteers and then given to patients at home, in hospitals or cancer centres by nurses and our charity partners. Recent feedback showed that 93% of our letter recipients reported that the letters lifted their mood and a quarter said that they made them feel less alone, with 80% saying that our letters made them feel cared for. Our work is powered by a passionate community of volunteers, in 2025 with their help we processed over 17,000 letters from all over the world, delivering them to cancer patients throughout the UK.
Our Donate a Letter programme supports our 2,500+ Volunteer Letter Writers to contribute anonymous letters, some people write a couple of letters a year, others one a week. These letters are all delivered to our PO Box in Ascot. They are then sorted, read and processed by our wonderful team of local Donate a Letter Volunteers. These volunteers also then repackaged and redistributed the suitable letters to cancer patients through our partnership with hospitals, cancer centres and other charities that act as distribution partners.
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and people-focused Volunteer Coordinator to manage and support our volunteer network. The role involves overseeing our Community Ambassadors based across the UK who support the charity through fundraising, awareness and community activities, as well as a core team of volunteers (based in Ascot) who process our donated letters by reading, filtering, packaging, and posting them to recipients. This is a key role ensuring our volunteers feel supported, informed, and motivated, while helping the charity operate smoothly and safely.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a part time governance and compliance officer to oversee our governance and risk framework as a non-profit regulated by the Charities Commission (England and Wales) and OSCR (Scotland).
You will identify, develop, maintain and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk mitigation with the various regulations that we must adhere to such as Charities Commission, OSCR, Fundraising Regulator, Companies House, UK Data Protection and Safeguarding.
As governance and compliance officer, you will deliver high quality, professional and compliant governance across the charity, nationally and in supporting our network of support groups (see About IA) ensuring we comply with statutory regulations, that protect our members and the charity itself while applying best practice principles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and documenting a detailed understanding of charity practices, paying specific attention to areas where IA is bound by statutory regulations
- Developing robust policies and procedures that ensure charity compliance and best practice
- Remaining up to date with current regulations that IA is bound by and ensuring any changes are implemented within any imposed deadlines

About the role
This is a senior leadership role and a key early appointment within EQUISS.
As Head of Advocacy and Safeguarding, you will lead the development of our advocacy and safeguarding work, shaping how EQUISS supports individuals navigating abuse, misconduct and safeguarding concerns across the equestrian sector.
You will establish and oversee the organisation’s advocacy service and support line, including recruiting and managing advocacy caseworkers, and ensuring individuals receive safe, informed and survivor-centred guidance. Working closely with the leadership team, you will help establish EQUISS as a trusted organisation driving stronger safeguarding, clearer reporting pathways and greater accountability across the equestrian sector.

About the Role
The Marketing & Communications Officer will be passionate about the Institute’s aims of providing cultural and social opportunities for the local community.
The points below identify some of the post-holder’s core areas of responsibility:
· Contribute to the development and delivery of an integrated brand, marketing & campaigns strategy, ensuring consistent and innovative marketing across all channels
· Lead digital marketing activity, including social media management, website updates, SEO best practice, blog posts and paid advertising
· Support brochure production, including proofreading, layout input, and coordinating distribution
· Manage internal and external communications, including press liaison, advertising schedules, press releases, and internal displays
· Design a variety of marketing materials for external and internal use
· Maintain stakeholder engagement, supporting membership queries, managing donor communications, and updating mailing lists
· Build partnerships and support promotional outreach to raise awareness of the Institute's offer

This maternity cover role is expected to last approximately 13 months. The position is for 30 hours across the week, primarily from our building in central Guildford.
Salary: £22,500 plus benefits (pro rata salary for 30 hours) (£28,125 FTE)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Animal Equality’s campaigns have driven Parliamentary debates, legal victories, policy shifts, corporate commitments, mainstream media coverage, and inspired thousands of individuals to change their diets.
We are seeking a creative, driven, and strategic Campaigns Coordinator to deliver our current high-impact campaigns with a view to exposing the cruel animal agriculture industries, influencing decision-makers, and mobilising the public to create lasting change for farmed animals.
Working closely with team members, the Campaigns Coordinator will design and deliver imaginative campaigns while working in alignment with the organisation’s wider mission: to end factory farming. The role requires initiative, creativity, tenacity, and a solutions-focused mindset, as well as the discipline to execute projects effectively and professionally.
The Campaigns Coordinator will report to the Executive Director and work closely with others across our UK and international teams. The appointee will play a key role in coordinating and inspiring volunteers and external stakeholders.
The Campaigns Coordinator will have opportunities to travel across the UK and internationally to organise and lead peaceful demonstrations, ensuring Animal Equality maintains a visible, strategic, and compelling presence at key decision-making moments. While not common, occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to support campaigning activities. Any additional hours worked and agreed with your Manager can be reclaimed as TOIL.

Knowledge of farmed animal issues and alignment with Animal Equality’s mission is a must, as is professionalism, adaptability, and discretion.
You must have a minimum of three years’ experience in campaigning, advocacy, or directly related fields, with a proven ability to design and deliver successful campaigns.

Position Location: Remote, in the UK. Candidates should be prepared to travel to London once a month for in-person team meet-ups.
