We are recruiting a Marketing Lead (Maternity Cover) who will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans and delivering campaigns and activity that engages the public through music, art, gaming, sport and other creative industries (including film, fashion and TV) for campaigns including BRITS Week, Secret 7”, Sound and Vision, Jingle Jam, War Child Record releases and other exciting arts, music, gaming and partnership opportunities.
You will activate these campaigns with the goal of generating funds and increasing our brand presence. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Campaigns, your role will include line managing three members of the Communications and Campaigns Team, as well as project managing external agencies, to deliver high performing integrated communications and marketing activity across digital channels, PR, digital marketing, design, content and narrative creation.
You will be the marketing expert for the organisation, working side by side with creative teams across the organisation to design marketing and communications plans, ensuring that the creative, content and narrative elements add significant value, and most importantly provide a WOW factor to our work. You will both be able to come up with imaginative ideas and ensure they are implemented to a high standard but also have exceptional organisational and project management skills that bring this work together.
This role is offered as an 11-month maternity cover contract, ideally starting in mid-April.

Head of Community Sponsorship Role
This is a rare opportunity to lead Citizens UK’s community sponsorship campaign and help build the movement that will be at the heart of a community-led welcome.
This new role comes at an exciting and crucial time, as we seek to build and embed this new form of named community sponsorship in the UK. As Head of Community Sponsorship you will lead on our strategy to develop named sponsorship as a transformative part of the UK’s approach to refugee resettlement and community power. This will involve building a broad-base of civil society partners ready to sponsor refugees and to add their voice to the campaign. You will lead on the campaigning and advocacy strategy as we ensure quality in the Government policy and cross-Party political support. Citizens UK acts as the Lead Sponsor for local community sponsorship groups and you will oversee their ongoing support and further engagement.
The role foster collaboration with Citizens UK Organisers and alliances, develop sustainable funding strategies, and ensure alignment with Citizens UK’s broader migration and transformation goals. The role will work alongside Citizens UK’s Migrant and Refugee Organising Team and will contribute to the efforts to build the power to create a more welcoming country. You will lead on relationships with senior stakeholders, policy makers, and funders, and support the creation of campaigns and resources to expand public awareness and support for community sponsorship. Our client is an independent, Lambeth-based, grant-making foundation and charity with roots from the early 17th century. Their work aims to break cycles of financial deprivation for people living in Lambeth by awarding grants to individuals, organisations and community groups. The foundation’s grant-making is primarily focused on improving education and employment opportunities of young Lambeth residents from low-income backgrounds. This is an exciting time to join the organisation which is in the early stages of an evolving strategic review.
Prospectus is delighted to be working with the foundation on their search for a Grants Officer, who will support the Head of Grants and the wider team in the development of a place-based grants strategy. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Lambeth, London (Hybrid working – 2 days from home 3 days in the office).
The role:
This role will work across all aspects of the foundation’s grant-making activities including assessing and administering grant applications from individuals, working with organisations to develop effective and appropriate reporting and supporting the development of new streams of work. The role requires lots of contact with Grantees (initially via email and telephone) and will involve monitoring & evaluation, project development and administration process management. This role will also contribute ideas towards planning new initiatives and keeping abreast of trends and issues facing the voluntary sector, both nationally and in the Lambeth area.
The work requires outstanding attention to detail and effective time management. The post holder will also undertake assessments in relation to grants to organisations, and other grant-making duties and functions as required by the Head of Grants. The post will sit alongside an existing team of three who also undertake multiple roles to ensure the foundation’s grant-making is consistent, focussed and effective.
The person:
This person will have a high level of intellectual and analytical ability, this could be evidenced by having studied to degree level, a professional qualification of some kind or having worked at a comparable level of complexity in a professional office-based environment. They will have a solid understanding of the issues facing young people (18 to 30) from low-income backgrounds and will have the ability to present clear written assessment reports, making recommendations and decisions and the ability to think strategically as well as practically, to ensure the foundation is living its values. They will have excellent attention to detail and will be an effective time manager. Ideally, this person will have experience of Salesforce database (or similar) and possibly have a local knowledge of Lambeth and the surrounding areas.
IT competent, numerate, and highly organised, this person will have experience of grant-making or at least an understanding of its principles, hopefully a knowledge of the welfare and benefits framework and will be fully appreciative of the issues raised in a multi-cultural setting and an understanding of and a commitment to, issues of diversity and equality. Above all this person will recognise the importance and value of the work of the foundation and will be fully committed to bringing everything they have to the table, in supporting and driving forward the charitable aims and objectives of the organisation, whilst contributing to a happy, proactive and collaborative team working environment.

We are looking for Senior Operations Contracts Lead
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000
Location: Based across multiple locations with the flexibility to work from home up to two days each week. The three key locations for this role are Essex, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. About the Role
UR4Driving supports individuals who have experienced the criminal justice system, or are at risk of entering it, to gain their driving licence, rebuild confidence, and move towards independence. The driving licence is a powerful tool, opening access to employment, structure and self-worth.
As our Employment & Training Co-ordinator, you will be embedded within the UR4Driving team, helping participants make the most of their progress by supporting them into meaningful volunteering, training, or employment. Many of our participants face significant barriers including chaotic lifestyles, trauma histories, long-term unemployment, poor digital literacy, and limited formal education. This role is about building trust,offering practical support, and creating pathways that are realistic, motivating and sustainable.
You will offer a blend of structured 1:1 guidance and group workshops, developing individual action plans, and linking participants to volunteering and job opportunities. You’ll also work closely with other staff and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to support.

The Role
Reporting to the Secretary to the Royal Commission, the Alumni Manager will lead the coordination and delivery of our alumni strategy. Care4Calais is a volunteer-based charity providing essential aid and support for refugees in France and the UK.
In the UK, we collect and distribute clothing, shoes, mobile phones, and other essential items, alongside offering social support and access to legal, medical, and educational services. About the Role
Care4Calais is recruiting an Operations Coordinator to support its humanitarian operations in northern France. The association operates every day of the week, coordinating the distribution of non-food items (NFI) and providing services and activities, such as phone charging, games, and access to hairdressing, bicycle repair, and sewing equipment.
As an Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the daily distribution of aid and manage volunteer teams, ensuring that proper safety procedures for effective aid distribution are in place, communicated, and consistently applied. You will also contribute to warehouse operations and logistical planning.
You will be part of Care4Calais' core team in France and report directly to the Head of Field Operations in France. En tant que coordinateur des opérations, vous superviserez la distribution quotidienne et gérerez les équipes de bénévoles, en veillant à ce que les procédures de sécurité nécessaires à une distribution efficace soient en place, communiquées et appliquées systématiquement. Vous contribuerez également à la gestion de l’entrepôt et à la planification logistique.
Vous intégrerez l'équipe principale de Care4Calais en France et serez directement rattaché(e) au/à la Responsable des Opérations Terrain France. Ce poste requiert une personne proactive et déterminée, dotée d’excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capable de prendre rapidement des décisions, avec bienveillance dans un environnement en constante évolution. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un poste exigeant, vous bénéficierez d’une formation approfondie et travaillerez aux côtés de membres expérimentés de l'équipe.
Principales responsabilités
- Fournir un soutien de base aux opérations de Care4Calais dans le nord de la France.
- Assister le service logistique et approvisionnement pour gérer les stocks de vêtements neufs et d'occasion et aider à la planification des activités sur le terrain.
- Superviser et fournir les distributions d'aide humanitaire et les services NFI de Care4Calais aux personnes déplacées à la frontière franco-britannique.
- Gérer et accompagner quotidiennement des équipes de 40 bénévoles maximum pour fournir des aides à Calais et à Dunkerque, notamment en réalisant des briefings quotidiens et des formations à la sécurité.
- Participer au bon fonctionnement d’un entrepôt et d’un centre de stockage de dons.
- Travailler aux côtés d'une petite équipe pour développer des processus, des procédures et de la documentation afin d'améliorer l'efficacité du travail humanitaire de Care4Calais.
- Participer à des réunions externes, établir et entretenir des relations avec les partenaires et les principales parties prenantes, afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations de Care4Calais.
Expériences requises :

- Expérience professionnelle ou bénévole dans le domaine humanitaire, auprès d’organisations de défense des droits de l’homme ou auprès de réfugiés et de demandeurs d’asile.
- Expérience dans la gestion de projets impliquant la gestion des risques, la santé et la sécurité, la protection et la conformité.
- Solides compétences en expression orale et écrite, y compris la capacité de transmettre des informations de manière claire et concise à un public large.
- Expérience de gestion d’entrepôt ou de projets logistiques et d’approvisionnement.
- Excellente maîtrise écrite et orale de l'anglais.
- Solides compétences numériques, y compris la capacité d’utiliser efficacement Google Workspace.
- Permis de conduire B (complet et valide) et expérience ou volonté de conduire des camionnettes.
