  • Maintain accurate project records, reports and CRM data.
  • Monitor project milestones and deadlines, helping to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support research, fundraising and service development activities.
  • Assist with producing project updates, reports and performance information.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote organisational impact and achievements.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with a range of stakeholders and building positive relationships.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and database or CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a small team.
  • A commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and promoting financial inclusion.

Benefits

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata).

  • Pension contribution.
  • Home office equipment allowance.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
