Tower Hamlets Supported Living Services are intended for service users with a mental health need some of whom have multiple and/ or enduring needs such as dual diagnosis. With an emphasis on supporting the transition for service users who may have had a significant admission to institutional care, the service has a strong focus on supporting service users with their journey towards recovery and independence. Tower Hamlets Supported Living Services support service users most disabled by their mental ill-health. Service users presently residing in Tower Hamlets Supported Living Services are provided with intensive support for their complex needs.
Cannon Street Road is a 24-7 service catering for individuals with complex needs (mental health and/or dual diagnosis and/or neurodivergence needs and/or physical health issues etc). The project has 20 units. The service delivery is strength based, recovery oriented and co-productive and person centered.
The Dual-Diagnosis Lead will provide excellent quality dual diagnosis support; through assessment, support planning, coaching and motivational interviewing to service users who have drug/ alcohol and mental health concerns to ensure they move forward in their recovery journey. They will support the Service Manager to lead the running of this service and delivery outcomes configured by the local authority, Tower Hamlets.
The role involves providing expert support on complex cases, mentoring and supervising Recovery Workers and students, and contributing to a high-performing, person-centred team. Responsibilities include line management duties, quality assurance through auditing, and leading the implementation of co-production strategies. The post-holder will work collaboratively with stakeholders, promote inclusion, and ensure services comply with all relevant legislation and policies. Additional duties include supporting recruitment, assessments, tenancy processes, and fostering continuous professional development and team wellbeing.

Overview
Barts Health NHS Trust provides maternity and neonatal care for women and birthing people and their babies each year, providing all aspects of obstetrics and midwifery care in our labour ward, midwife-led birth centre and home birthing service.
North-East London (NEL) (Newham, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest) Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) listens to the experiences of women, birthing people and families, and brings together service users, staff and other stakeholders to plan, review and improve maternity and neonatal care. MNVPs ensure that service users’ voices are at the heart of decision-making in maternity and neonatal services by being embedded within the leadership of provider trusts and feeding into the Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) and Integrated Care Board. This influences improvements in the safety, quality, and experience of maternity and neonatal care. Prospectus are delighted to be supporting a small charity in South-West London in their search for an Interim Operations Manager on a 6-12 month fixed term contract, on a part time basis (3-4 days per week). The role offers £35,000 FTE and is home-based but with regular travel required across the Wandsworth area to provide operational leadership across their independent charity. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll work closely with Trustees, staff and volunteers to ensure the smooth running of operations while driving practical improvements that make a real difference.
Reporting to the Trustees, you'll oversee a team spanning two charity shops, an online retail operation and a small office based team, helping to create stability, strengthen people management practices and support ongoing organisational development.
You’ll be an adaptable and organised manager who can quickly understand the organisation, assess priorities and provide clear leadership. You’ll bring proven experience leading teams and managing people, as well as strong operational management skills within a charity, retail, SME or similar environment. You’ll be able to identify areas to improve processes, systems and ways of working, and be able to work autonomously while partnering effectively with Trustees. You’ll be able to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, and be solutions focused with excellent communication skills.

We are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker on a full-time basis (35 hours, 5 days per week), to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our North East Care Team to families in the local area, at a time where they need it most.
Reporting to the Family Support Manager of the Southampton Care Team and working in partnership with health, education and social care professionals, you will take responsibility for providing needs-led emotional, social and practical support to families where a child/young person has a life threatening or terminal illness. Join our team as our new Fruitful Cafe Supervisor, helping to mould our Fruitful Cafe into a pillar of our community and the training employer of choice for adults with learning disabilities in London.
As our Café Supervisor, you'll play a key role in helping people take their next steps into work in the hospitality industry. Reporting to the Fruitful Café Project Manager, you'll supervise the day-to-day running of the café, support and manage the team, and make sure we continue to deliver a great experience for everyone who visits.
You'll work closely with the Fruitful Development Worker and our café crew to help trainees build their skills, confidence and experience in a real working café. Every day, you'll support up to four trainees as they gain paid work experience in hospitality while serving around 50 customers.
