About the role

This is a pivotal and high‑impact role, perfect for a talented relationship‑based fundraiser who is motivated by purpose, strategy, and the power of partnership.

You will:

• Build and manage a strong portfolio of relationships with Trusts, Foundations and Corporate partners, developing tailored engagement plans that inspire deep and long‑term support.
• Grow income from charitable trusts, foundations, and statutory funders through high‑quality applications and outstanding stewardship.
• Lead MWB UK’s Gift‑in‑Kind strategy, securing in‑kind products and managing the logistics journey from offer to delivery into field countries.
• Craft compelling proposals and impact reports that clearly articulate MWB’s vision and programme outcomes.
• Collaborate with passionate colleagues across MWB’s international network to identify funding priorities, shape supporter experiences, and maximise impact.
• Contribute strategically to MWB UK’s fundraising plans, spotting opportunities, and driving income growth.

As Philanthropy Manager, you will:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of c.120–150 donors and prospects, primarily at mid-value level, with potential to grow into major giving
• Build strong, long-term relationships with supporters through tailored cultivation, solicitation and stewardship
• Identify and engage new prospects, developing a sustainable pipeline of future high-value donors
• Develop and deliver individual engagement plans to retain and upgrade donors over time
• Prepare high-quality proposals, reports and communications to support donor engagement
• Support the development of Smile Train’s high-value case for support and fundraising approach in the UK
• Work closely with the Director of UK Fundraising and global colleagues to align activity and maximise opportunities
• Contribute to events, donor visits and wider engagement activity
• Maintain accurate records and support effective pipeline and performance management

Essential skills and experience:

• Experience of relationship fundraising, with exposure to major donors, mid-value giving and/or trusts & foundations
• A track record of building and developing donor relationships, with the ability to grow income over time
• Confidence in managing a portfolio and delivering personalised donor engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop compelling proposals
• A proactive, organised and hands-on approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Desirable:

• Experience of working within a developing or growing high-value fundraising programme

An exciting opportunity for a Data Services Manager has arisen at World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF). 

WCRF is the UK’s leading cancer prevention charity focusing on the link between cancer and risk factors such as diet, body weight and physical activity. 

We are seeking a Data Services Manager to lead and be responsible for the management, use and maintenance of systems and in-house CRM databases to support the achievement of the charity’s fundraising strategic objectives. You will be analysing and reviewing data and reporting on results that can then be used to build engagement with our supporters.You will also be responsible for a team of two people. 

The successful candidate will have proven experience of working with industry standard fundraising software solutions in the charity sector, ideally have knowledge of Claris Filemaker products and will have experience of creating new, and maintaining and updating existing, complex database systems.Experience of creating scripts and troubleshooting existing scripts is key, along with considerable hands-on experience of working with complex data sources, transfers and imports. An understanding and working knowledge of Data Protection regulations is required.

This role is an expansion of a current Finance Administrator's role, to allow additional support for our ecumenical charity's growth. This role will be responsible for all aspects of finance administrative and CRM database support and the successful candidate will want to be part of a faith-based organisation, committed to the mission of the charity both in the UK and the Holy Land.

The primary responsibility and focus of the role will be to support the Finance Manager with finance handling and working with our CRM database to improve data quality; additionally you will support the administrative function, particularly in engaging with the CRM database as needed and available for the operational success of the charity. You will need to be comfortable working in a faith-based organisation, talking to supporters and clergy across the UK and with our partners in the Holy Land.

You will be working under the day-to-day management of the Finance Manager as a direct report but collaborating closely with the Office Manager for administrative work as required.

Typical tasks will include:

• Record financial donations from all income streams into the charity (cash, cheque, CAF, BACS, online, by phone, in-person)
• Monitor bank account payments, online donations, and standing orders/direct debits
• Produce reports from payment processing companies
• Produce Gift Aid claims in conjunction with Finance Manager
• Logging and recording of accounts payable
• Become an expert user of our CRM (Access ThankQ) to ensure high-quality, accurate and compliant supporter data
• Use the CRM to produce segmentation, reporting and data analysis - creating queries, dashboards and reports to track performance
• To support the delivery and distribution of shop products purchased either through the website shop, over the phone or by mail order
• Assist with product stock and ordering
• Assist with the website shop and maintaining/adding product listings
• Basic office duties, including answering phone calls, logging and responding to letters and emails, franking letters, taking donations by phone
• Assist with other project deliverables identified by management
• Help maintain the cleanliness and Health and Safety of the office environment including cleaning and tidying as needed

The Seafarers’ Charity is the leading fundraising and grant‑making charity dedicated to improving the lives of seafarers and their families. We are now seeking an experienced Grants Manager to lead the delivery of our annual grant‑making programme and play a key role in achieving our Thrive strategy.

About the role

Reporting to the Impact Director, the Grants Manager will manage an annual grants programme of approximately £3 million, overseeing the full grants lifecycle from application and assessment through to monitoring, evaluation and learning. You will build strong relationships with funded partners, prepare robust funding recommendations for Trustees, and ensure our grant‑making is effective, proportionate and aligned with best practice.

You will also line manage an Impact Executive (0.4 FTE) and work closely with colleagues across the organisation to share learning, evidence impact and support wider fundraising and advocacy work.

About you

You will bring:

• Experience working in a charity, trust or grant‑making environment
• Proven experience managing grant programmes and the full grants lifecycle
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with confidence reviewing budgets and financial information
• Experience using grant management or CRM systems

You’ll be an integral part of bringing our beautiful and quirky 18th-century garden to life by leading our programme of events and family trails, interpretation, customer service and presentation standards.

This role follows a 37 hours, over a 7 day working pattern. This is a site-based role, requiring occasional travel to meetings with partners, other attractions and to our main hubs for collaborative meetings and team activities.

Role Overview 

The purpose of the post is to manage and lead the day-to-day operations, business development and visitor experience at our Canal Museum Stoke Bruerne. The Visitor Services Manager (VSM) will lead the site team at Stoke Bruerne (colleagues and volunteers) on a day to day basis to focus on the visitor offer, striving for excellence in experience, achieving financial sustainability around income generation and charitable giving and delivering a consistently high-class visitor welcome across the board. This includes managing a range of front of house functions including food and beverage, retail, events and commercial boat trips. The Visitor Services Manager plays a central role in overseeing, coordinating and championing the experience of every visitor from site presentation, to large/small scale events and programming, making the site a must-see attraction, acclaimed internationally, nationally and loved locally.

As a key member of the Destinations and Attractions Management Team the VSM will work strategically with colleagues in other attractions and with other teams within the Trust such as, Operations, Fundraising, Collections, Marketing and Volunteering teams amongst others to promote, drive and deliver excellence in customer service and a visitor centred approach. The VSM will work collaboratively with teams and volunteers to ensure focused visitor activity which will help build our audiences and increase visitor footfall whilst building engagement for the Trust brand.

A key accountability of the role is managing and reporting on financial performance, delivering on KPI’s and leading and motivating teams to deliver income targets whilst effectively managing costs.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to create safe working environments and understand the importance of compliance in day to day operations. Main Purpose of the Role 

We are seeking a dedicated, delivery-driven Project Support Officer to join our team, with a specific focus on hands-on, community-based project coordination. The Project Support Officer will play a key role in supporting, developing and delivering our Rose Voucher Programmes directly within local communities across London. 

Working directly to ARC’s Operations Project Manager, the Project Support Officer will be responsible for supporting projects through engagement with our local delivery partners. This will include working closely with early years settings and community organisations to support project delivery. The post holder will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of local retailer relationships, including engaging with Market Management Teams, supporting individual traders and retailers who are members of the scheme, and helping to identify new retail opportunities as required. 

The post holder must be comfortable working collaboratively with a wide range of partners, stakeholders and diverse communities, and should possess strong communication and relationship management skills. An organised approach to work and keen attention to detail will be essential to help support the charity’s activities over the coming years. 

Job responsibilities  

• Project Support– actively assist with the development, delivery and implementation of Rose Vouchers Programmes across London, working directly within local communities 

• Problem solving – in close collaboration with the Operations Projects Manager, investigate and resolve a varied range of issues in an efficient and constructive way, to support projects to succeed in ways that suit the needs of our varied communities.

• Engage with local partners – build and maintain strong working relationships with partners and stakeholders at the community level to ensure sustained involvement and support. This includes community organisations, local retailers, and local authority and public health staff.

We are searching for a Peer Support Worker to join our mental health services. The role is a peer support worker, who use own lived experience of mental health difficulties to support others on their recovery journey through the facilitation of group based, peer support.

Our peer support and recovery services are a key element of the services we offer, and we are looking for someone who can use their own lived experiences to provide support to help individuals achieve their goals.

Service Delivery

• Facilitate Peer Support groups and ensure outcomes which support individuals with mental health and wellbeing needs across Luton in line with Mind BLMK’s agreed peer support model and service’s KPIs and contract requirements.
• Support the Service Manager, when required, by assessing individual’s suitability for attending the peer support service in the line with the organisations Access to Services process.
• Signpost individuals to wider services and encourage and support people to access local activities and community services.
• Use own lived experience of mental health challenges to show hope, empathy and understanding in a safe space where people feel accepted. Share ideas and approaches that support the improvement of mental health and wellbeing and embed this in working practices as a peer.
• Work closely with Service Manager to ensure that our peer support service meet the needs of Luton’s diverse community.
• Encourage and support client engagement with Mind BLMK through the influence and participation process, Guarantor Membership, and training opportunities.

The successful candidate will have an understanding the wellbeing needs of and working with people with mental health needs, including those from culturally diverse communities, personal lived experience of mental health difficulties and recovery and the interpersonal skills required to maintain both working relationships with a wide range of people and appropriate peer relationships with service users.
