About the role:This role sits within our CEO's Office domain and Finance team.

We are currently looking for an ambitious and driven candidate to join our dynamic, ambitious team. A key part of this role will be your ability to build relationships with our stakeholders and provide efficient customer service.

Key skills and experience:

-Experience of accounts payable and accounts receivable. (Essential)

-Processing of accounting transactions (essential)

-Demonstrable work experience in performing supplier reconciliations (desirable)

The required skills and competencies for this role are:

-Ability to work well under pressure with excellent attention to detail (essential)

-High degree of numerical accuracy (essential)

-Organisational understanding and evidence (essential)

-Ability to work well under pressure (essential)

-Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels (essential)

-Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft packages and finance systems (essential)

-Excellent teamwork and positive team player (essential)

-On-going process improvement (essential)

It would also be an advantage if you have any of the following skills and competencies:

-Intermediate/Excel: Using pivot tables. VLOOKUP to track financial data

-Accounting systems: Knowing platforms like Sage, Open Accounts or QuickBooks for daily ledger tasks

-Bookkeeping Knowledge: Understanding double-entry bookkeeping and financial reconciliations
