Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Senior Legacy Officer to join our Individual Giving and Legacies team.
We support over 16,000 young people each year by providing accommodation, health support and life skills to help them move on from homelessness. Our ambition is to end youth homelessness by 2037.
Our fundraising teams play a vital role in making this happen, with legacy giving forming an increasingly important part of our long-term, sustainable income.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering Centrepoint’s growing legacy programme, helping to generate over £2.5m annually and supporting our wider fundraising ambitions.
You’ll lead on the development and delivery of impactful legacy marketing campaigns, inspiring supporters to leave a gift in their Will and helping to build meaningful, long-term relationships.
Working collaboratively across teams, you’ll create compelling supporter journeys, use insight and data to drive performance, and manage agency relationships to deliver high-quality, multi-channel campaigns.
This role can be based in either our London or Manchester office.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering multi-channel legacy marketing campaigns (direct mail, digital, telemarketing and paid media)
- Developing and optimising supporter journeys to increase engagement and legacy pledges
- Using data, insight and a test-and-learn approach to improve campaign performance
- Managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers
- Collaborating with internal teams including Data & Insight, Communications and Supporter Care
- Monitoring budgets and ensuring campaigns deliver against KPIs
- Supporting the development of in-memory giving products and stewardship approaches
About you
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven fundraiser who understands the sensitivity and impact of legacy giving.
You will have:
- Experience in legacy, direct marketing or relationship fundraising
- Strong knowledge of supporter journeys and campaign delivery
- Experience managing external agencies and delivering campaigns end-to-end
- The ability to analyse data and translate insight into action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The Arctic Initiative Lead will provide overall leadership for the development of an exciting grant from the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, using this to test the opportunity for longer term Fauna & Flora engagement in this region. Working closely with relevant Directors, the role will deliver the Arctic Initiative in line with agreed outcomes and funding. This role will provide overall leadership for the planned scope of work and will help to drive its strategic evolution in line with a phased, adaptive approach over the lifetime of the grant, and inform decisions about any future engagement.
A central element of the project will be stewarding the development of a new platform to elevate Arctic community voices in global decision-making. The post-holder will play a critical role in ensuring this work contributes to a more people-centred narrative in international policy, finance, and conservation debates, and is shaped through a phased co-design process grounded in listening, trust-building and community-defined priorities, and will evolve as learning emerges. Given the scope and profile of the work, expertise from previous similar initiatives is highly desirable.
You will bring recognised expertise in Arctic political and governance contexts, with proven experience engaging credibly with both senior policy makers and community representatives. Comfortable representing Fauna & Flora at national and international levels, you will combine effective leadership with the ability to work effectively in an international NGO, including managing in a matrix-like structure. The role will also involve building and leading a small, high-performing team. You will have a leadership style that empowers others, values collaboration and learning, excellent people-management skills, and the ability to deliver complex work to a high standard against project aims, objectives and timelines.

You will be working with a range of individuals who are currently admitted in independent out-of-area rehabilitation placements or BSMHFT placements, who require suitable accommodation upon their discharge. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, made up of medical and psychology professionals and local authority. This role is not limited to the Birmingham area, and you may be expected to travel outside of this area.
Ideally you will be QCF/NVQ level 3 qualified or have a willingness to work towards this qualification. It is essential that you have experience of working with accommodation providers within Birmingham and Solihull, an empathy for people experiencing mental health issues and are committed to service user involvement and empowerment. The Role

Purpose of the Job
The Head of Health, Safety & Compliance will lead the development and delivery of the functional strategy through a cascade of the overall business strategy by ensuring company compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental and Food Safety legislation. Development of necessary policies and procedures and leads the ownership of establishing a safe working environment for colleagues and local communities. Continuous improvement and execution of programmes to provide and achieve practise.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Use established NEBOSH/ IOSH Plan-do-check-act principles to drive safety improvements and leadership
- Environmental Health & Safety decisions in line with local guidance
- Liaises with external and internal key stakeholders and HSE experts and food supply leaders within partner organisations
- Ensure Safety Management Systems are up to date, relevant and manages risk appropriately, and in accordance with agreed standards
- Process ownership to ensure all significant and major SHE risks on site are quantified, managed and validated
- Monitor departmental KPI’s and challenge improvement when required to ensure targets are achieved and improved
- Develops and leads the safety, health and environment strategy and plans for the site to ensure best in class processes and policies and developing a culture of compliance and operational ownership that are regularly reviewed and updated
- Completes regular Health, Safety and Environmental audits, evaluating practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
- Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety and other relevant topics
- Ensures inspections and servicing of plant, equipment and machinery is completed in compliance with relevant legislation
- Maintain records of discharge of or employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required and monitor all other environmental risks to colleagues and the local community
- First Aid management including training, viewing and planning coverage, ordering and auditing of stock
- Provide functional leadership and oversight (quality check) for investigation of accidents and injuries. Coordination of incident files and the preparation of material for hearings and insurance investigations
- Ensure the operational process and production of finished goods are appropriately controlled via HACCP, to ensure compliance with food safety
- Ensure that technical governance is in place to deliver compliance with respect to internal, external and legal requirements
- Investigations into key deviations from process and specification, initiating appropriate action to bring the process back into control
- Leading the engagement of a Food Safety Culture
- Building of trust and credibility in how we operate, through significant on-site presence
- Visibility in working with food safety teams in food supply partners to create early adoption of process and policy ways of working.

This post is responsible for Marketing & Communications for Gilbert White’s House & Gardens. You will plan, create and deliver an annual plan, working closely with departments, management and trustees.
The aim being to promote our visitor experience, events, education and trading activities, alongside a regular spotlight on our strategy, values and impact as a charity.
The focus of this role will be to increase our income generation and expand our voice in support of the natural world. This will be achieved through an increase in visitor numbers, event bookings, educational bookings, memberships, partnerships and increase in our trading income. Key Responsibilities As a small independent museum this role offers an opportunity to take responsibility across all elements of the marketing and communication portfolio. This means that you will be hands-on in its delivery working closely with other departments to ensure a proactive and timely approach to developing, maintaining and boosting our image. In this stand-alone role you will primarily be responsible for:
• Leading the development of our annual Marketing & Communications strategy and implementation plan across all channels. Ensuring that within your role sustainability is a key theme in selecting materials, use of online resources and more generally in our external image.

• Responsibility for an up-to-date image and video library for use by all members of the team. This includes an ability to take photos and videos for immediate use in our communications e.g. social media.

Other Responsibilities As a member of a small team you will be required to support, as necessary, the wider operations of the charity. This includes but is not limited to;
• Hands-on working with our marketing and communications tools including, but not limited to, WordPress website, Canva, Capcut, MailChimp, Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM databases for campaign work.
• Monitor and record our presence in the wider media, online, with influencers and on TV and radio etc. Working with stakeholders to protect our reputation and responding swiftly to issues.
• Manage the GDPR of marketing and communications including opt-ins, image consent, data retention etc.
• Attend as a representative of the charity our own exhibitions and events, in order to understand in depth our work, record, gain feedback and develop relationships with visitors and our supporters.
• Network regionally to develop relationships, promote sector collaboration and more to ensure we remain relevant and up to date in our marketing and communications.
• Act as a duty manager on rota to support the daily operations of the museum.

The ‘Natural History of Selborne’ has been continuously in print since its first publication in 1789 and is reputedly the fourth most published work in the English language. He undertook his scientific observations in the small rural village of Selborne and this work has since inspired others to observe, enquire and record nature to understand the relationships that exist within our environment. Charles Darwin wrote that he ‘stood on the shoulders’ of White when he came on ‘a pilgrimage to Selborne’ as a young man in June 1857 David Attenborough wrote that Gilbert White was ‘A man in total harmony with his world.’ Introduction to Selborne, 1977 This unique historical manuscript is today housed in the home where Gilbert was born in 1720 and later lived for 66 years. The curation of this heritage home and its grounds was made possible by a generous donation from the Oates family, supporting a trust which purchased the property to establish a library and museum dedicated to natural history that opened in 1955.
The museum is now in its 70th year celebrating the lives of all three explorers of the natural world: Gilbert’s studies in Selborne in the 1700’s, Frank’s work in Africa and Central America in the mid-1800s and Lawrence’s famed contribution to the Scott expedition to the South Pole in 1912. Together they are celebrated through their original drawings, writings, specimens and artefacts housed in our galleries. They provide an insight over three centuries to the curiosity that contributed to our understanding of nature, our environment and the climate change we are currently witnessing. Today the UK is recognised as one of the least nature connected and most nature depleted countries in the world. Our renewed strategy is to ensure that the legacy that we curate is accessible, relevant, educational and inspirational for future generations. Purpose of the role
The Finance (FM) contributes to ENN’s vision through strategic management and governance of its financial resources and budgets.
The Finance Manager is responsible for finance strategy, planning and oversight, reporting, regulatory compliance and aligning finance strategies with organisational goals and operations. The FM is a member of the management team, provides key insights to support business decisions, liaises with the board of trustees and holds the position of Company Secretary.

Centre 404 is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Central People and Culture team and support the Director of People in delivering Centre 404’s People Strategy and sector workforce priorities. The role focuses on embedding workforce planning, building management capability, and strengthening cultural development, ensuring the organisation is well placed to meet the challenges of the Adult Social Care Workforce Strategy and the new national pay deal.

Key Priorities and Actions
· Deliver a management development programme with measurable impact
· Provide workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions and reduce agency spend
· Coach managers to resolve employee relations issues proactively
· Drive improvements in staff engagement, inclusion, and fair treatment
· Lead on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) initiatives and quality benchmarking
· Embed co-production principles across HR processes
· Chair either or both of our EDI Working Group and Staff Forum, helping us rebuild and instil good engagement structures with staff
· Run focus groups so we can properly understand themes and translate them into practical actions
· Work closely with recruitment and training colleagues to identify what support managers will need as we carry out rapid recruitment of support workers
· Deliver manager training, particularly on performance management, people management basics and new legal requirements linked to the Employment Rights Act
· Support with reviewing/refreshing relevant policies linked to those legislative changes
· Provide day-to-day employee relations support while also upskilling managers so they become more confident in handling issues themselves over time
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 7 (or working towards) or equivalent
- Proven experience in workforce planning, leadership development, and cultural change
- Strong coaching, influencing, and analytical skills
- Commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and the rights of people with learning disabilities
- Knowledge of CQC/Ofsted frameworks and sector reforms is a plus

The Director of Charitable Impact is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, driving, delivering (operating), and evidencing Ben’s charitable impact. The postholder will lead the strategic and operational delivery of health, wellbeing, and support and specialist services, ensuring the charity demonstrably improves lives while strengthening its position as a credible, trusted health and wellbeing charity and thought leader for the automotive community.
Job Title: Director of Charitable Impact
Organisation: Ben – Motor & Allied Trades Benevolent Fund (The Automotive Industry Charity)
Location: Home Based, UK (with regular travel)
Salary: c. £80,000 – £90,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

This role combines strategic leadership, operational performance, service innovation, impact measurement, and external influence to ensure Ben delivers meaningful, measurable, and visible outcomes for those who need it most.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Impact
- Lead the development and delivery of Ben’s Charitable Impact Strategy aligned to organisational vision and priorities.
- Ensure the charity delivers clear, measurable, and demonstrable outcomes for individuals, families, and the wider automotive workforce.
- Embed an outcomes-driven culture focused on evidence, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Translate strategy into operational delivery plans, KPIs, and impact frameworks.
Service Delivery & Operations
- Oversee the effective delivery of all charitable programmes and services, ensuring they are high quality, accessible, safe, and impactful.

- Champion prevention, early intervention, and whole-person health and wellbeing approaches.
