Outdoor and Sustainability Education Specialists (OASES) are seeking to appoint a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our friendly and passionate team.

This is a varied and hands-on role at the heart of the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting both administrative systems and essential financial processes.

About the role

You will:

• Manage day-to-day office administration, including handling enquiries, coordinating bookings and maintaining effective systems
• Provide a warm and professional front-of-house service, welcoming visitors and supporting communications
• Support OASES’ communications, including website updates, social media and email mailouts
• Assist with the organisation and preparation of resources and equipment for programme delivery
• Undertake financial administration tasks, including processing invoices, maintaining accurate records and supporting basic bookkeeping processes

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Is highly organised, reliable and able to manage a varied workload
• Has strong ICT skills, including Microsoft Office, and ideally experience with tools such as Canva, XERO or WordPress
• Has good attention to detail, particularly when working with financial and administrative data
• Is confident communicating with a wide range of people and provides excellent customer service
• Enjoys working as part of a team and is willing to take a hands-on approach to support the wider organisation

The ideal candidate will be friendly, flexible and proactive, with a willingness to contribute to all aspects of office life—from administration and communications to supporting resource development and team activities.

An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (excluding breaks)

Days: To be worked over 5 days, Monday to Friday, with core hours between 8am – 6pm

We are seeking to recruit to a brand new post and are looking for an experienced and strategically minded person to strengthen Salford CVS’s strategic VCSE leadership role within Salford.

Main purposes of the post

To provide strategic leadership for Salford CVS’s health and social care work, ensuring the VCSE sector is influential, represented and embedded within key strategic partnerships, boards and system-wide initiatives across Salford.

The postholder will work closely with the Senior Strategic Lead for Wellbeing, Health and Social Care to shape strategic agendas, strengthen cross-sector relationships and ensure VCSE voices help influence the city’s long-term plans relating to Health and Social Care.

Anawim are looking to recruit a qualified IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advocate) to join their Central Services team. 

Central Services is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to women through our Casework and Drop-in projects. These projects aim to address various challenges faced by women in Birmingham. 

Casework Project offers specialised support in key areas including, Domestic Violence – IDVA, Children and Families, Accommodation, Substance Misuse, Multiple Complex Needs, Trauma.

Caseworkers will be required to provide individualise support, practical advice and signposting on a range of matters such as money management, benefits, homelessness, drug treatments, parenting, children’s education, healthcare, legal and immigration issues, mental health, training education and employment opportunities.Women may also present with issues such as self-harm, suicidal ideation and safety planning. 

From our Birmingham centre, Anawim provides trauma informed services including holistic support and advocacy to enable women to reach their potential
