We are looking for a high-calibre candidate who will enjoy working each day with young people and who will thrive in a frontline, community-based, fast-paced and rewarding role. You will be taking up a permanent role as Centre Leader at our IntoUniversity centre in Middlesbrough. You will have responsibility for running your IntoUniversity centre, including managing your team, planning and delivering the programme, liaising with external stakeholders and meeting IntoUniversity’s targets for delivery.
A substantial element of this role is delivering our education programme to children and young people aged 7-18, so you will need to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young people, including leading a class of 30 from the front, working with small teams of children and providing one-to-one support.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?
Empower a caseload of service users to manage their health and wellbeing. As part of a team, you will support a staffing rota offering support to service users between the hours of 8am-10pm Mon-Sun each week. In collaboration with your team, you will actively monitor wellbeing, mental health, housing and living environment to ensure service users journey into independence. Moreover, you will take a solution focused and co-produced approach to supporting service users with their move-on into independent living.

You will be confident supporting individuals who may display challenging behaviour, using a calm, non-judgemental and solution-focused approach to de-escalate difficult situations and work collaboratively towards positive outcomes. A sound understanding of safeguarding is essential, along with the ability to respond appropriately to concerns. You must also be flexible and willing to work unsociable hours, including early and late shifts and occasional weekends as part of a team rota.

The successful candidate will work within an innovative tenant-led partnership called Ageing Well in Place in Hulme (AWiPiH) which includes tenants and community groups; local and national charities; GPs; housing providers; and support from a local university.

AWiPiH takes a preventative and proactive approach to wellbeing including health promotion, improved access to social care, housing adaptations, signposting on welfare rights, income maximisation and social participation. This role requires a person-centred and solution-focused approach to supporting people experiencing multiple and complex issues.
You will have a hybrid working arrangement including some working from home; some working based at a local GP practice; and on-site working across two neighbouring accommodation blocks in Hulme, central Manchester.

Service Delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for all financial wellbeing and grants-related enquiries.

• Deliver benefits checks using Money Helper tools and support carers in navigating the welfare system.
• Provide tailored financial guidance, signposting to appropriate services, and assisting carers with benefits

We are looking for a committed and proactive Support Worker to join our team working with young people. This is a rewarding frontline role where you will support young people to develop essential life skills, increase independence, and move towards positive, sustainable futures.
You will work directly with customers in a supported accommodation setting, building trusting relationships and providing practical, emotional, and administrative support. You’ll be part of a dedicated team, working closely with internal colleagues and external agencies to ensure high-quality, safe, and person-centred support.
Key responsibilities
- Build supportive, professional relationships with young people
- Deliver regular, engaging keywork sessions aligned to individual support plans
- Provide day-to-day direct support, including daily living skills and tenancy sustainment
- Support customers with Universal Credit and Housing Benefit claims
- Maintain daily case management, accurate record keeping, and case notes
- Proactively manage risk, safeguarding concerns, and incidents in line with policy
- Follow missing person procedures and escalate concerns appropriately, including liaising with the police when required
- Enforce licence agreements and promote positive behaviour within the service
- Work collaboratively with external agencies including NHS professionals, social workers, and the police
- Encourage rent payments and support effective rent account management
- Promote social inclusion and community engagement
- Uphold health & safety, safeguarding, and organisational policies at all times

Main Purpose Of Job:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in a dual-role capacity, supporting two vital services run in partnership with Homeless Oxfordshire and Connection Support. The role covers both our Step Down provision—designed for individuals discharged from hospital under the Discharge to Assess model—and our service at Mawle Court, which provides temporary accommodation and support for people with complex needs, including those preparing for more independent living or in need of emergency provision. Working as part of a small, dynamic, and enthusiastic team, you will be responsible for delivering a safe and supportive environment across both services. You will lead on the case management of clients with complex needs, working collaboratively with partner agencies to develop and implement holistic, individualised support and move-on plans. Main Areas Of Responsibility:
- To proactively and dynamically assess, monitor, manage and respond to risk for individuals and in the service.
- To assess risk and suitability of referrals to the service and book new clients in.
- Ensure the effective delivery of high-quality care, support and housing management according to Homeless Oxfordshire policies and procedures.
- To work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure the creation and delivery of holistic wrap around support and risk management plans for clients with complex needs as well as to ensure clients have access to appropriate healthcare as needed.
- To work collaboratively with clients to identify and work towards suitable move on.
- To work with other agencies to provide client centred support & risk management plans for clients with complex needs to identify work towards a suitable move on option within 6 weeks.
- To work alongside the Client Engagement Co-Ordinator to ensure clients have access to opportunities to be empowered, build their confidence and develop independent living skills; to facilitate groups and activities as part of this.
- To make and maintain Housing Benefit claims.
- Ensure that IT systems are updated as required clear, concise and up to date record keeping is maintained and ensure information is shared with the team and external agencies as required.
- To represent Homeless Oxfordshire at interagency meetings, as required.
- Manage challenging situations and report any safeguarding concerns without delay in line with procedures and to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
- Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Contribute to a positive working environment in which equality and diversity are valued and staff are enabled to do their best.
- To be a supportive and effective part of the team, including contributing to the induction of new colleagues and work of the broader team.

Cambridgeshire ACRE is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our brand‑new Fenland Youth Connect project. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new service designed to improve wellbeing, reduce isolation and strengthen support networks for young people aged 16–21 living in some of the county’s most rural communities.

About the role
As our Youth Support Worker, you will:
- Co‑design and deliver three youth hubs across Fenland, ensuring they are inclusive, youth‑led and welcoming spaces.
- Facilitate wellbeing workshops and social activities such as mindfulness, creative arts, stress‑relief sessions or sports.
- Build strong relationships with volunteers, local partners and health agencies to provide holistic support.
- Recruit and mentor youth volunteers, modelling safe and supportive practice.
- Offer tailored 1:1 outreach to isolated young people, including signposting to counselling, LGBTQ+ support, financial advice and more.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to real‑time monitoring, feeding into quarterly impact reporting.

What we’re looking for

- Level 2 qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting 16–21 year olds, particularly around mental wellbeing.
- Understanding of rural isolation, local barriers, and the context of young people’s lives in Fenland.
- Strong facilitation and active‑listening skills.
- Experience delivering youth‑focused activities, creative sessions or workshops.
- Confidence working independently, managing your own schedule, and travelling across rural areas.

You will need to be comfortable working evenings and weekends and be able to travel independently by car across Fenland. It is likely the successful candidate will live in Fenland or nearby.

Experienced Social Worker – NHS Pathfinder Partnership
GMRC is a registered charity working with adult women who are victims and survivors of sexual violence and child sexual abuse, providing independent, specialist support and promoting and representing their rights and needs.
The post-holder will be based at GMRC but work alongside TRC and MASH women’s services and Greater Manchester Pathfinder partnership, with service users who have experienced sexual trauma but who present with additional complex mental health needs.
Key responsibilities:
- They will work with service users in partner organisation settings and in the community, working collaboratively with individuals, carers and partners from local multi agency providers and services, to assess and identify social care needs that may be potential barriers to the client being able to address their sexual trauma.
- The post-holder will provide guidance, leadership and consultation on social care legislation and policy to the team and to other areas of mental health services, including joint working where appropriate.
