The Housing Navigator role works in partnership with SIFA’s Homeless Intervention Team and Birmingham City Council’s Housing Directorate to ensure that individuals coming to SIFA in need of housing are provided with the necessary support and guidance to engage with the Local Authority and access safe, sustainable accommodation that adequately meets their needs.
