About you
Are you a visionary leader in green finance, driven to shape nature markets that deliver nature’s recovery in the UK?
We’re looking for a senior leader in green finance and nature markets to drive the strategic development and delivery of all aspects of green finance across The Wildlife Trusts federation, ensuring our approach is ambitious, coherent, and aligned with our 2030 strategy - Bringing Nature Back.
Drawing on your strong business acumen, you will build a robust pipeline of commercial nature products to meet growing buyer demand, such as habitat banks for England’s Biodiversity Net Gain market, or nature-based carbon projects for the voluntary carbon market. An innovative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit, you will help embed the systems, processes, and resources needed to strengthen our green finance capability, manage commercial risks, and improve efficiency across the federation.
It is essential that you have strong relationship-building and line management experience to grow our national Green Finance team, and establish new and long-lasting relationships with colleagues across the federation, external partners and stakeholders.
A core part of the role is to grow The Wildlife Trusts’ national function as a trusted broker for high integrity nature market products delivered by local Trusts. Using your strategic commercial skills, you will also lead the development of new opportunities for large scale investment, designing the mechanisms through which investment can be deployed and ensuring these approaches work for both national and local priorities.
You will champion innovation in green finance, supporting pioneering work in nationally significant landscapes, such as the Rothbury Estate, while helping position The Wildlife Trusts at the forefront of nature market development. Acting as a national thought leader, you will represent the organisation across the conservation, government, finance, and business sectors - advocating for the role of green finance in delivering transformational impact for nature.

Attend the annual in-person PEN national and regional clinical Leads meeting.
Support the PEN national calendar of events through attendance or promotion. This includes Excellence Hub meetings and other activities centred around our national priorities.
Work closely with the PEN National Clinical Leadership Team (CLT) to discuss and review national and regional priorities. Attend a virtual meeting with CLT 2 times per year.
What you’ll bring:
You’ll be a UK-based clinical healthcare professional, working in Parkinson’s or with extensive interest and expertise in the condition, with exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. Healthcare professionals living with Parkinson’s are also encouraged to apply.

About the Role
The Digital Systems Manager is responsible for the effective management and development of Chance to Shine’s digital systems, particularly the Chance to Shine Portal built on Salesforce. As our new Group Marketing Content Producer, you’ll work across Big Issue Media, Campaigns, Big Issue Recruit, and Big Issue Invest to tell powerful stories, promote the products and mission, and deepen engagement with audiences across all channels. Reporting into the Group Head of Brand and Campaigns, this role is an ideal opportunity for someone fresh out of university or early in their marketing career, with a keen interest in social media, photography, videography, storytelling and social impact. With plenty of scope for growth, you’ll gain exposure to all areas of the organisation and our marketing team (Consumer Revenue, Brand Campaigns and PR, Policy and Public Affairs) and play a key part in producing compelling content to support our B2B and B2C lead, revenue, and impact goals.

Hybrid role, ideally with two day office time at our Head Office in Finsbury Park in London.
We are recruiting for a temporary data & insight officer for an amazing health support charity. You will ensure the organisation manages their supporter data responsibly, facilitate effective use and development of data across the organisation and provide insight and analysis to increase fundraising potential.
Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office ( Wednesday). The role is 3 to 6 months and looking for an immediate start!
The Role
Donorfy Maintenance and Development
Enter supporter data into the database accurately and in a timely manner using Donorfy integrations or import tools
Liaise with internal and external contacts to agree schedules and formats for all regular financial and fundraising imports. Maintain relationships with solution providers and other related parties.
Day to day responsibility for data imports, data validation and data cleaning, to ensure accuracy of supporter information
Data Analysis & Reporting
In collaboration with colleagues across fundraising and marketing, identify areas for regular reporting to add value to existing processes and procedures and ensure these reports are delivered to schedule.
Explore and deliver analytics opportunities that enable the charity to make data-led strategic and tactical decisions
The Candidate
Experience of administering and maintaining a supporter database and developing the database to improve functionality across all areas of fundraising.
Experience extracting data from a CRM based on complex inclusion and exclusion criteria, A good understanding of segmentation and the effective use of supporter data for campaign purposes.
Good knowledge and experience of using a fundraising database for reporting and analysis.
Knowledge of GDPR and Fundraising Code of Practice as they relate to direct marketing and able to appropriately raise areas of non-compliance.
Proven ability to manage relationships with third party suppliers including fundraising platforms and mailing and fulfilment houses.
A good understanding of fundraising and how the effective use of data can drive supporter engagement and income growth.
Excellent lT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and CRM like Donorfy
