About You:
As the Co-production Co-ordinator you will lead on promoting and developing the co-production element of the London Service. You will manage and chair the Experts by Experience Panel which is the forum through which current and past service users can influence the development of the London DA Service (Safe Horizons London Partnership).
The Safe Horizons London Partnership supports victims and survivors of domestic abuse to cope and recover from the impact crime has had on them, as well as supporting their journey through the criminal justice process. The service delivery model has been shaped by the views of service users and you will have an important role in growing their input and influence. You will recruit co-production champions from the staff team and support them to promote the benefits of co-production and recruit more service users into the co-production function.
Safeguarding and wellbeing are important to us and you will ensure service users are supported during their membership of the Experts by Experience Panel. As a lead in this area, you will work with the management team, sharing the feedback you have obtained and helping it feed into policies and procedures. You will also support national co-production initiatives such as the Victim Voice app. You may also support the recruitment of service users to panels hosted by our partners including the Mayor's Office of Policing and Crime and the Metropolitan Police. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as some knowledge of the impact of crime.

About this role: Based in Higher Openshaw, East Manchester, Justlife currently works across Manchester and Tameside providing one-to-one key work support to empower vulnerable adults housed in temporary accommodation (TA) to move towards more secure housing, independent living and improved health and wellbeing. The role of Specialist Support Worker involves playing an active part in the Specialist Support Team by supporting a caseload of clients that are experiencing housing vulnerability and taking part in regular outreach visits to TA’s across Greater Manchester on the Justlife minibus. The role requires the use of specialist knowledge and relationship skills to support clients with varying degrees of mental and physical health, addiction and trauma related issues to engage with health services and to access suitable housing solutions. The Specialist Support Worker is also expected to develop good working relationships with TA Landlords and Managers recognising the important role that they play in ensuring that their tenants experience of TA is as positive as possible. This will include advocacy in registering them for medical services and accompanying them to appointments, assisting them in addressing all aspects of physical and mental health and addiction needs, as well as advocating for them to get access to suitable housing and social security benefits. The role is dependent on excellent communication and collaborative working with colleagues and a variety of partners and professionals, including the Probation Service, local council services and other third sector organisations. The role requires a high degree of motivation in addition to creativity and flexibility to support people with multiple and compound needs. We are looking for a relationship-driven Corporate Fundraiser to manage and grow our corporate partnerships and support our mission to improve financial education for children and young people across the UK.
This role will focus primarily on account management of existing corporate partners, most of whom are based in London and work within the financial services sector. Corporate partners support the charity through donations, participation in a collaborative supporter group, and employee volunteering.
A key part of the role will be coordinating our corporate volunteering programme, particularly school-based volunteering sessions where corporate employees deliver financial education workshops. You will manage the end-to-end process, working closely with corporate partners, schools and internal colleagues to ensure high-quality delivery.
You will also support new business development, helping to identify and secure new corporate partnerships, and will use Salesforce to manage relationships, pipelines and reporting.

We are looking for a Centre Co-ordinator to support the work of the developing Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre team by ensuring the smooth running of the charity’s office, administration support and fundraising support.

About the Role
As a Senior Community Link Worker, you will have a developmental role as well as providing on-going support. You will be responsible for developing positive, working relationships between the Community Link Worker team, Primary Care and local community resources. You will work to ensure that people referred from Primary Care to the Community Link Worker service benefit from community resources which can contribute to improvement of their mental and physical health outcomes. You will contribute to community development in your local area of work by working with community organisations
You will carry case loads for on-going work with specific individuals for developing and reviewing personal support plans, and provide oversight of personal support plans designed and implemented by Community Link Workers. Working closely with Community Link Workers in a guidance and/or support and supervision role, you will promote good working practice and staff development.
You will also ensure that the Community Link Worker service provides an environment where people can improve their health outcomes, establish improved connections in their communities and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work autonomously being able to judge when I refer to your manager and take a lead role in developing the service.
- Working closely with the Project Manager and Locality Manager to achieve strategic outcomes
- Working closely with colleagues in Primary Care

- Educated to SVQ 3 level or have experience working in the social care sector.

Purpose of the post: To assist in the management of service delivery of specialist, trauma-informed support to adults and children who have experienced domestic or sexual abuse, harm and violence
Specific responsibilities:
1.To assist the Support Service Manager in managing the delivery of specialist, trauma-informed support to adults and children living in refuge, recognising the impact of domestic or sexual abuse, harm or violence, and responding with empathy, respect, and consistency.
2.Contribute to a refuge environment that is compassionate, equitable, and grounded in integrity -where every individual feels safe, heard, and supported.
3.Manage Safeguarding across the service, complying with internal and external policy and legislation, authorise adult and child referrals maintaining a trauma-informed, non-judgemental stance that prioritises dignity and safety
4.Provide line management to Team Leaders and Support Workers in line with Cyfannol’s policies and values, leading recruitment, induction, supervision, training, and development in an inclusive and engaging way.
5.Key Contributor alongside Service Manager in risk compliance, supporting team members to regularly assess and positively managing risk in an inclusive and enabling way.
6.Manage the delegated aspects of budgetary responsibility including some purchasing, work closely with the Finance department.
7.Attend Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC), core group and other similar meetings.
8.Provide support team with case management and direction, providing direct support for emergency/ crisis situations, complex cases, team member absence, when more than one worker are required.
9.Review complex or serious concerns or breaches that are impacting maintenance of licence/ contracts and escalate to Service Manager when appropriate
10.Grow your service team’s understanding, skills and confidence in providing support through informed choice where individuals design their own meaningful support outcomes
11.Manage data compliance and oversee regular service internal audits of service and case work, provide improvement plans where appropriate.
12.Fulfil reporting obligations to funders that are delegated by the Project Manager/ Coordinator which includes aspects of funding schedules, rendering of services and Commissioning audits
13.Complete delegated requirements for regular external data collection and reporting including National Quality Standards and Welsh Women's Aid.
14.Lead regular Service team meetings to support communication, reflection and service development
15. Encourage and support adults and children to have a voice within Cyfannol and the wider sector
16. Contribute (through working closely with the Facilities Coordinator) to ensuring a safe compliant and quality environment across Hwbs and services
17. Encourage and support adults and children to have a voice within Cyfannol and the wider sector
18. Contribute to internal development projects as part of an organisational continuous improvement.
19. Work collaboratively with other Support Service Coordinators to ensure refuge, community and initial contact referral paths are easily accessible are clear and concise, and to continue to promote a whole team approach.

We are looking for a Community Fundraising Manager who will focus on leadership and net income growth of the Community Fundraising (CFR) team, who are based across the UK. The post holder will lead and manage the three regional engagement Officers, taking responsibility in actively supporting them to achieve in their posts.
To succeed in the role, you will need entrepreneurial thinking as well as being able to collaborate with colleagues across the UK to ensure consistent support for staff and volunteers, ensuring our community fundraising activities are delivered well, in a timely manner whilst always being mindful of the return on investment. The Community Fundraising Manager will be responsible for the delivery and growth of this area of fundraising and will be expected to meeting annual income targets and ensuring effective budget management.

Experience and Background
You will have a minimum of three years’ experience in Community Fundraising or a similar fundraising role, with experience in leading geographically dispersed teams and driving sustainable income growth within a charity or nonprofit setting. You should have a strong track record in managing and developing staff, ideally having overseen regional or community-based officers, with the ability to motivate, coach, and support individuals to achieve fundraising goals. Experience in community fundraising is essential, including planning and delivering a portfolio of activities, nurturing supporter relationships, and ensuring volunteers receive consistent, high-quality support. The role also requires proven ability in budget management, forecasting, and meeting annual income targets.
Success in this role calls for an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, capable of identifying new opportunities for income generation while ensuring strong return on investment. The post holder must be highly collaborative, able to work effectively with colleagues across regions to drive alignment and deliver well-coordinated campaigns. Strong organisational and project-management skills are key, enabling the manager to oversee multiple initiatives delivered on time and to a high standard. Ultimately, the role requires a confident leader who can balance creativity with operational excellence, ensuring the community fundraising programme continues to grow and deliver meaningful impact.

Hours of Work
Hours of work are 35 hours per week, 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Salary
The annual salary range for the post is between £35,000 up to £42,000 per annum, depending upon experience.

The post holder will take responsibility for the efficient day-to-day administration of the Trust’s membership schemes, using the Charity CRM database to maintain accurate contact & financial records in line with GDPR. This includes processing new, renewing and lapsed memberships, handling payments ( Direct Debits, PayPal & Gift Aid) and providing consistently high-quality communication with members through enquiries, welcome packs, renewal reminders and supporter care.
You’ll also support member growth and retention by helping deliver key supporter journey communications, thanking activity and retention projects, and by liaising with external partners such as the membership recruitment agency. Alongside this, you’ll help co-ordinate membership resources such as welcome packs, leaflets and magazine mail-outs (working with the volunteer delivery network), and contribute to continuous improvement in data quality, reporting and processes to strengthen our systems and supporter relationships.
To succeed in this role, you’ll be committed to Suffolk Wildlife Trust’s mission and bring a proactive, ‘can-do’ approach. You’ll have experience in an administrative, office or customer service role, with strong organisation, attention to detail and a methodical approach to maintaining accurate records.
You’ll be confident using Microsoft 365 and databases/systems with an understanding of GDPR and data protection. You’ll communicate professionally and warmly by phone and in writing, handling confidential information and difficult conversations with sensitivity. Willingness to learn Direct Debits, Gift Aid and charity income processes is essential; charity/membership sector experience is desirable.
This is a maternity cover role to cover a period of maternity leave (up to one year) working 22.5 hours per week over three days (office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm) based at Brooke House in Ashbocking. There may be opportunity for the role to become a permanent contract. We operate flexible homeworking arrangements where colleagues spend more time working together than homeworking. The starting salary is £14,398.80 per annum pro-rata (FTE £23,998.00).
