The Event Co-ordinator is responsible for planning, organising, and delivering all types of event bookings from initial enquiry through to successful completion. This role involves liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure each event is carefully planned, well prepared, and delivered to a consistently high standard for both returning and new clients.

Responsibilities include:

Enquiries

• Making official contact with potential clients.

• Arranging site visits – flexible to accommodate client’s needs.

• Phone conversations / email communication to assess event needs.

• Producing event / hire quotes using pricing structure, to be approved by line manager.

• Communicating and agreeing pricing with client and following up with booking form / deposit invoice to secure booking.

On-site co-ordination

• Submitting room setup requirements to Site Team and signing off completion.

• Pre-event checks of venue / car parks / access.

• Opening Site / Meeting Client / Communicating Fire, Safety and Site Procedures to Client.

• Host or organise Caterer / refreshments.

• Conducting site closure procedure.

• Recording and submitting maintenance requests to Site team

The role

As a Senior Coach you will be working on the frontline delivering high quality one-to-one support to a caseload of young people across London. You will support young people to recognise and capitalise on their strengths by taking a coaching approach. You will work with young people who have been identified as having higher support needs and be proactive in taking steps to manage risk across your caseload. We are looking for a Senior Coach who can lead on demonstrating best practice across the coaching team and support the Programme Management Team to maintain an excellent standard of support.  You will use your insight and experience to act as a mentor to new coaches and support coaching colleagues in their practice, and to look to actively improve our support offer in collaboration with other Senior Coaches and Programme Managers. You will draw on your experience to build and strengthen relationships with external professionals and develop Settle’s network across the boroughs where young people live. 

What we're looking for

We are looking for a driven, experienced individual, with the relevant skills to provide high quality support to a caseload of young people and ensure we give the very best we can. We are interested in someone who has a good grounding in a related frontline service and experience of proactively managing a caseload, collecting high quality data and keeping accurate notes. You will have the ability to take initiative and be comfortable flexing your priorities to support young people alongside holding Settle’s strategic goals.

You will be comfortable managing a level of heightened risk with the young people you are supporting, keeping timely and high-quality records, liaising with other professionals from a range of backgrounds, and providing support to colleagues to work towards positive outcomes for young people. You will have experience in managing safeguarding concerns well and thrive in the ups and downs of support-based work.

Overall, we are looking for a compassionate frontline worker, with an understanding of the value in coaching, and who has a level head at times of crisis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled line manager with experience in general welfare advice to join Sufra NW London. In this highly rewarding role, you will oversee the delivery of services that can measurably change lives by providing quality advice and support to those most in need.

You will manage our team of advice staff and volunteers to deliver high quality advice, information and welfare support to guests on a range of topics including benefits, housing, debt and immigration issues. An additional focus will be on establishing clear pathways for referring guests to external services, and managing volunteers to triage, signpost and refer guests to other forms of welfare support.

The advice team consists of paid staff and support volunteers. This year will be dedicated to consolidation of the service, ensuring that we are fulfilling our core mission to the highest standards. Finally, our OpenARMs programme will be launching workshops for our refugee and asylum seeker communities.

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, especially Head of Advice at Sufra to support the implementation of new initiatives, and the expansion of our information and advice services to enhance our efficiency and impact.

The post holder will be a highly articulate and proactive individual with good welfare advice knowledge, 3+ years delivery experience in managing a charity team, strong service management skills, as well as experience managing staff and volunteers. The ideal candidate will have up-to date knowledge of the welfare system, immigration and safeguarding protocols. They must also have demonstrable experience using a case management system, adhering to advice standards and be able to manage a diverse workload and work under pressure.

Victim Support is seeking a committed and detail-focused Team Leader to help coordinate and maintain excellent support for witnesses within the busy Court environment at Medway Magistrates Court. You will play a vital role in supporting the Team Leader, volunteers, and wider service ensuring witnesses receive timely, compassionate, and effective support throughout their justice journey.

This role to provide maternity cover for up to 1 year working 30 hours per week covering Medway Magistrates Court .

Level Water exists to solve a problem that shouldn’t exist: too many disabled children are still missing out on high-quality swimming lessons. 

Last year, our swimmers raised over £1m. This year we’ve sold out events in minutes and want to double the fundraising. We’re on the path to exponential growth and we need someone who can help us get there.

We're Level Water, a founder-led charity solving learn-to-swim for disabled children. We're not your typical charity. We own our events and run them like a business. We move fast, test everything, and we're building something that doesn't exist anywhere else. Our events are uniquely profitable, and we reinvest in quality and growth. 

We've just brought in a new Fundraising Director, and this Marketing role is a cornerstone of the team we're building. If you want to help define how a modern charity grows and does marketing, this is your chance.

What you'll actually do

This role owns marketing as a growth engine. You'll set strategy, drive execution across multiple channels, and be accountable for how marketing translates into event sign-ups, fundraising growth, profile, and impact. You'll work closely with the Fundraising Director to shape priorities, influence decisions, and build something that scales.

Drive growth marketing that converts

• Own end-to-end marketing for our events portfolio: from launch campaigns to sell-out.

• Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across social, email, paid ads, PR, partnerships, and whatever else works.

• Test everything. Audiences, messages, creative, channels. Find what works, double down, and scale it.

• Use data to spot opportunities: which channels are converting? Where are we leaving growth on the table? What could we do differently?

• Manage our digital advertising and paid social strategy with a ruthless focus on ROI.

• Grow our email database and social audiences with intent, not just for vanity metrics.

• Be trusted to repeatedly turn £1 into £5 or £10. 

• Define and unleash our audiences: help them share their stories in a way that turns experiences into future sales, and makes everything that Level Water does easier.

• Build and manage our captain and ambassador programmes as genuine growth engines - nurturing relationships, setting expectations, and turning influence into measurable impact.

• Proactively convert interest into action. This includes direct outreach (e.g. picking up the phone to captains, engaging top fundraisers, activating ambassadors) to ensure intent turns into ticket sales and fundraising.

Tell stories that build belief

• Find, shape, and share the stories that show our impact: the children, the families, the teachers, the moments that matter.

• Build and curate a library of content (video, photography, case studies, testimonials) that we can use everywhere.

• Work with freelance photographers and videographers to capture our events and programmes at their best.

• Create content that our supporters, partners, and prospects actually want to engage with, not just content that ticks a box.

• Manage our website (fundraising, events, and programmes pages) to ensure it's always up to date, compelling, and optimised for conversion.

• Position Level Water as a leader in accessible swimming and outdoor challenge events.

About the Role

We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity to join a new and impactful project – Pathways to Belonging Doncaster. Hosted within the Starting Point team, this role focuses on supporting individuals who are experiencing or have experienced homelessness and are ready to take steps toward a more secure and connected future.

This is a varied, hands-on, and deeply rewarding role for someone who is self-motivated, compassionate, and passionate about making real change in people’s lives.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic about working in the homelessness sector and committed to helping people overcome complex life challenges. You will support a group of individuals facing multiple disadvantages including homelessness, substance misuse, mental and physical health issues, trauma, and possible involvement with the criminal justice system.

You’ll work closely with the Lived Experience Team, under the guidance of the Team Leader, and offer engaging activities designed to build confidence, skills, and lasting connections.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide consistent, sustained support to help individuals engage with relevant services.

· Develop and update support plans that track progress, activities, and outcomes.

· Organise and deliver meaningful, fun, and skills-based group activities (e.g. cooking, art, music, fitness, photography).

· Signpost to external support groups and services, such as Andy’s Man Club, where appropriate.

· Foster partnerships with voluntary and statutory services to ensure cohesive support.

· Regularly identify and address barriers to progress, working collaboratively with each individual.

· Work confidently and professionally with individuals in crisis, managing risk and seeking appropriate support when                needed.

· Collaborate within the Lived Experience Team to share responsibilities and support team goals.

· Build relationships with faith groups, including Doncaster Minster (if possible), to secure space or volunteers for client-          focused activities.

Wider Community Impact

A key element of this role involves working alongside the faith sector to bridge the gap in understanding around homelessness, addiction, and mental health. Through these partnerships, we aim to build inclusive, compassionate spaces within Doncaster’s communities where individuals feel welcome, safe, and supported.

By creating a network of faith-based and community organisations willing to host or support activities, we will give clients more opportunities to integrate into the wider community and build a lasting sense of belonging.

About the Role & Organisation

This role is employed by Church Urban Fund (CUF) and will be managed remotely. While you will be based with the Starting Point  team in Doncaster City Centre, your work will also take place in the community and, occasionally, from home. Some evening and weekend work may be required.

Main purpose of the role

Key essential criteria

• Senior leadership experience in support to adults with learning disabilities (or transferable skills and experience in a closely related field);
• Experience in leading, managing, and developing an organisation or large teams to deliver results, maintain compliance and quality, and to respond to risks and opportunities;
• Good financial planning skills and experiences of successfully managing a substantial budget;
• Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively to develop and implement community plans;
• Experience of living or working alongside people with learning disabilities and/or autistic individuals;
• Passionate about person-centred support and the values and mission of L'Arche;

Victim Support is seeking a confident, organised, and relationship-driven Team Leader to lead our Witness Service outreach team working in the community. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that vulnerable intimidated witnesses receive high-quality, timely, and compassionate support at every stage of the justice process. We are looking for someone who brings strong people-management experience, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to building a supportive and high-performing team. You'll lead Deputy Team Leaders and volunteers, oversee daily case allocations, manage service delivery within the community, strengthen partnerships, and ensure our Witness Service meets contractual and quality standards.

This role is full-time working 37.5 hours per week covering South Yorkshire.

Operational Manager
Location: Welwyn Garden City with travel around Hertfordshire (own transport required)             
Hours / salary: 30 hours / week. Full Time Equivalent Salary £35,000 p.a.
Pension: Viewpoint offers a defined contribution pension scheme. Contribution levels are based on Total Gross Salary Employer 5%, Employee 3%. Participation in the scheme will commence after an initial 3 month probationary period.
Annual leave:  25 days per year plus 8 bank holidays. Holiday entitlement will start to accrue after a satisfactory six month probationary period.
