The Hepatitis C Trust (HCT) is the UK patient-led charity for hepatitis C. The arrival of highly effective drugs allows us to cure almost everyone who has access to them. We now have an unprecedented opportunity to eliminate hepatitis C by 2030.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled manager who has excellent communication and organisational skills. Working under the guidance of the Southern Regional Manager, you will oversee a staff team and an expanding network of peer programs across Surrey.

UNJUST is looking for a Research and Policy Lead to develop and deliver impactful research, influence policy and work alongside communities, stakeholders and decision-makers to drive meaningful change.

This role is responsible for developing and implementing research activities and policy advocacy strategies that support UNJUST's vision to challenge systemic racism in the criminal legal system and dismantle discriminatory processes, policies and practices.

Working closely with community partners, sector stakeholders and decision-makers, you will:

• Develop and deliver impactful research centred on racial equity.

We're looking for someone with experience in policy advocacy, research and influencing change, together with a strong understanding of policing and criminal justice policy, particularly racial justice and human rights. About you and the role

You are a pragmatic, highly analytical data professional who lives at the intersection of charity compliance and modern cloud systems. You are someone who understands that a rapidly growing £2m charity needs lean, workable frameworks, not corporate red tape that stalls delivery.

You bring a strong track record of working within the UK non-profit sector, meaning you already understand the nuances of donor data, PECR regulations, and charity-specific workflows. You don’t just write policy documents; you enjoy untangling data flows and translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, everyday processes.

In this interim role, you will act as the "Product Owner" and "Information Governor" for our systems upgrade. You won't need to do the technical database configuration—we already have a trusted, external Beacon CRM expert to handle the builds. Instead, you will bridge the gap between our teams and the technology. You will run discovery sessions with our Fundraising, Programmes, Finance and Operations teams to map their operational needs, translate these into a compliant data blueprint, and drive our Beacon expert to build them.

Crucially, you won’t need to draft our Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs)—these are already in place. Your job is to audit our systems and processes to ensure we are physically complying with them, designing the exact workflows, access permissions, and data retention schedules needed to keep us airtight. Finally, you will advise us on how to sustainably own our data protection internally going forward.

Key responsibilities:

1. Operationalising Our Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs)

• Translate Contracts into Code: Review our existing, drafted DSAs and map out the exact system processes, fields, and permissions required in Beacon CRM to physically comply with them.

• Consent & Retention Alignment: Ensure that our data capture, consent practices, and deletion cycles perfectly match the legal promises made in our DSAs.

• Audit System Compliance: Inspect our current data flow (website $\rightarrow$ Beacon CRM $\rightarrow$ integrated platforms) to ensure no data leaks or unauthorised sharing are occurring.

2. Business Analysis & Team Alignment

• Run Discovery Sessions: Work with our Fundraising, Services, and Finance teams to understand and map how they currently use data and where their bottlenecks are.

• Synthesise Requirements: Balance the operational needs of different teams (e.g., keeping sensitive service user data strictly partitioned while allowing the fundraising team to run compliant donor campaigns).

• Create Technical Specifications: Translate these mapped team needs into clear, structured functional requirements for our external Beacon CRM expert to build.

3. Data Governance & System Security

• Access & Permissions Architecture: Review and redesign the user access roles within Beacon CRM, establishing a robust "least privilege" framework so staff only access data essential to their role.

• Data Minimisation & Deletion: Define precise data retention schedules and work with the Beacon expert to automate the archiving or permanent deletion of expired records.

• Record of Processing Activities (RoPA): Document and map our internal data flow so we have a clear, compliant audit trail of how data moves through the charity.

4. Sustainable Ownership & Handover

• Future Governance Design: Assess our internal capacity and design a realistic, lightweight model for how we should own data protection internally going forward (including identifying internal roles vs. when to use external support).

• Process Testing & Team Training: Test the newly configured Beacon setups to ensure they work for staff, and deliver a practical, non-boring training session to the team on the new processes.

Essential Skills and Experience

• UK Charity Sector Expertise: Direct experience working within or consulting for UK registered charities, with a deep understanding of charity-specific data issues (such as donor consent, fundraising regulations under PECR, and handling sensitive beneficiary or safeguarding data).

• Operationalising Compliance: Proven experience translating legal data requirements (specifically implementing existing Data Sharing Agreements, DPAs, and GDPR frameworks) into practical, everyday staff workflows and system processes.

• Business Analysis & Stakeholder Mapping: Excellent track record of running discovery sessions with non-technical team heads to untangle, map, and simplify their operational data needs.

• Technical Translation & Developer Management: Experience acting as the "Product Owner" or lead interface between internal teams and external database developers—specifically translating operational needs into clear technical specifications for CRM builds.

• Practical GDPR & PECR Knowledge: A highly pragmatic approach to compliance, with experience building Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), setting up data retention schedules, and designing role-based access permissions.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Passion for our mission. to improve children’s health through school food.

• Familiarity with Beacon CRM: Prior experience auditing, working with, or directing builds within Beacon CRM (or closely related modern cloud charity CRMs like Donorfy or Salesforce).

• Information Governance Qualification: A professional certification in data protection (such as CIPP/E, Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection, or equivalent), though hands-on charity sector experience is valued above theoretical qualifications.

• Transition & Training Experience: Experience training small charity teams on new data habits and helping leadership teams design lightweight, internal data ownership structures.

This is a key strategic hire for GoodWork. As our Operations Manager, you'll play a central role in how the organisation runs, grows and delivers impact. We’re a small team, which means we need everyone to pick up some admin. For this role, this will include managing our Shared Mailbox, processing DBS checks and keeping the office well stocked and organised. What does this role do?
As a Legacy Officer, you will: 

• manage a caseload of pecuniary, specific, life interest, and residuary legacies, ensuring the charity receives its full entitlement and maximising value where possible,
• liaise with external stakeholders, such as executors or solicitors, handling sensitive conversations efficiently and professionally,
• review estate accounts, including the allocation of Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Inheritance Tax (IHT), to confirm estates are correctly administered,
• represent the charity’s interests in all legacy-related correspondence, handling queries from legal professionals and the public with professionalism,
• maintain accurate records using the First Class 4 database, support with reporting, and escalate significant matters to senior legal staff as needed.

With proven experience in legacy administration, you will have good knowledge of wills, probate, tax and trust law. Gray’s Inn Road is a 16-bed short-stay accommodation service supporting people with a recent history of rough sleeping to stabilise, rebuild confidence and move towards a home of their own. Working at the heart of Camden’s response to homelessness, the service aims to ensure that rough sleeping is rare, brief and non-recurrent, with most residents moving into suitable longer-term accommodation within three to six months.

As Resettlement Worker, you’ll take the lead on helping residents navigate that next step. You’ll build a clear picture of each person’s housing needs, strengths and aspirations, creating practical resettlement plans and identifying move-on options that are safe, realistic and sustainable. Working closely with Support Workers, you’ll help residents overcome barriers, prepare for independent living and feel confident about what comes next.

South East London Mind is looking for a Carers Programme Lead and Facilitator to lead an exciting new programme supporting unpaid carers in Southwark. This role will create opportunities for carers to connect with others who understand their experiences, gain practical tools and information, and build resilience while navigating the challenges of supporting a loved one with mental health needs.

This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by ensuring carers have access to the support, knowledge and community they need to thrive. As the Carers Programme Lead, you will mobilise, coordinate and facilitate a programme that combines structured learning, peer support and reflective spaces, helping carers feel better equipped, more connected and less alone. This will include developing and refining a structured learning programme and continuously building on carers’ feedback.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and facilitating a weekly programme for unpaid carers, combining a structured six-week course with ongoing peer support and reflection sessions.
• Creating welcoming, supportive spaces where carers can share experiences, build resilience and prioritise their own wellbeing.
• Developing practical workshops, resources and learning opportunities that help carers navigate the challenges of caring.
• Building relationships with Community Mental Health Teams, carers organisations and community partners to support referrals and engagement.
• Managing programme administration, monitoring and reporting, while supervising sessional staff with lived experience.
• Promoting the programme through outreach, partnership working and community engagement activities.

The Opportunity:

We are recruiting an Investment Manager – Portfolio to take a leading role in the delivery of our existing portfolio including on special situations and exits.

You will take ownership of performance and manager relationships across a broad portfolio of social impact investments. You will build relationships with senior leaders at our fund managers and take responsibility for how these investments perform against their financial, social impact and systems change goals. You will also oversee several treasury holdings, held for financial return and sustainable outcomes, that support how we manage liquidity.

Across the wider social impact investment portfolio, you will take a leading role in its most demanding and consequential moments: acting as our specialist resource for complex special situations and exits, working alongside asset class teams to protect and recover financial value and impact, and shaping how BSC triages, manages and learns from these situations.

This is an opportunity to build a distinctive skillset across every asset class in which we invest, from portfolio management and manager relationships to restructuring, workouts and complex negotiation, developing cross-asset-class judgement that few comparable roles offer. What you will do:

Lead the performance management and manager relationships for a portfolio of social impact and treasury investments

• Manage a portfolio of social impact investments towards exit, delivering on financial returns, high social impact and systems change goals, including our charity bond investments and direct investments into or with fund managers.
• Share portfolio learnings that improve how we invest to benefit underserved and vulnerable individuals in the UK.
• Manage several treasury fixed income holdings alongside your primary social impact portfolio, overseeing performance of our externally managed mandate and contributing to strategic treasury initiatives such as asset allocation and ESG approach.

Take the lead on special situations and exits

• Take the lead on complex, often distressed special situations across the portfolio, including client portfolios, working alongside asset class teams to protect and recover value across financial, impact and systems change outcomes.
• Lead the active management of exits across the portfolio, partnering with asset class teams to bring investments through to exit.

Contribute to the management of our multi-asset portfolio

• Lead parts of our fund manager strategy delivery, working alongside asset class teams to prioritise and learn from our engagement with fund managers.
• Input into how we manage our overall portfolio performance, asset allocation and liquidity.
• Lead on discrete analysis as required across financial, impact and systems change at the whole portfolio level, advancing how we consider these dimensions in an integrated way to support learning and performance management.
