Sounds great, what will I be doing?

You will provide person-centred support for adults with complex mental health needs. Engaging service users 1:1 to co-produce needs, risk, and recovery plans, supporting them in building life skills, emotional resilience, and community connections.

You will assist with resettlement, secure appropriate move-on accommodation, and advocate for fair tenancy agreements. You'll work collaboratively with multi-agency partners, families, and carers to ensure holistic, strengths based support.

You will bring a strong understanding of Health and Safety within an accommodation-based setting, with the ability to monitor and maintain the safety and security of supported housing services and report maintenance concerns appropriately. You will have experience or awareness of supporting individuals with mental health and complex needs, alongside a solid understanding of recovery-focused approaches. Your background will include delivering high-quality floating, outreach, or accommodation-based support, undertaking person-centred key working, support planning, and risk assessments to promote independence. You will have knowledge of welfare benefits, housing legislation, and issues affecting the client group, including substance misuse, and be confident liaising with external professionals to develop effective support packages.

You will be self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and flexible in working evenings, weekends, or bank holidays when required. You will bring basic housing management knowledge, strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, and experience using case management systems to maintain accurate records. A clear understanding of safeguarding and the ability to apply it appropriately is essential, along with the ability to travel across the borough to meet service needs.

Job Title: Night Concierge

Location: This role is based across two locations around 30 minutes from each other in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC)

Salary: £23,700 (Full Time Equivalent)

Shift Pattern: 33 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, shifts are overnight on a rolling rota ranging between 21:00-09:00, working on average 3 days a week which may mean weekly hours vary slightly. We’re looking for a calm, reliable and friendly Night Concierge  to join our team based in RBKC (Royal Borough Kensington and Chelsea) to support our residents who have multiple needs including with daily living, mental health, substance and alcohol use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming and well run environment overnight, offering reassurance and practical support to residents when they need it most. This role is key to ensuring our services remain secure and responsive throughout the night. You’ll carry out regular safety checks, monitor access, respond to emergencies, and provide helpful handovers to the day team. You’ll also support residents with any queries, maintain clear records, and help keep the environment clean and safe. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring our buildings are safe by monitoring, completing welfare checks and responding affectively and appropriately to emergencies
• Maintaining professionalism and kindness with visitors, attending to calls, managing deliveries and ensuring great communication with the team
• Providing clear morning handovers with key updates on residents, AINMs, incidents, or safeguarding concerns

Through dynamic campaigns and impactful initiatives, this role is pivotal to how ADUK amplifies the voices of those whose lives are transformed by these life changing dogs, ensuring that their rights are protected for years to come.

Key Responsibilities

• In partnership with the Executive Director (ED), continue to develop a compelling case for taking a standards-based approach to the training and welfare of assistance dogs.
• Gather, analyse and apply robust evidence to strengthen ADUK’s credibility, influence and voice on key policy and campaigning issues.
• Work with the ED to identify and progress opportunities for ADUK and its members to engage with policymakers, regulators and other decision-makers, and to support positive policy change.
• Develop and deliver written and in-person reports and briefings for different audiences, including politicians, policy officials, and other decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the ED and Head of Education and Allyship to develop relationships with key stakeholders.

The person who currently leads ADUKs education and training work is moving into an exciting new role within our team. We’re now looking for someone marvellous to take on part of their work, alongside some exciting new initiatives we want to develop. We’re not looking for a direct replacement - we want someone who will relish the opportunity to shape and grow this role into something truly impactful, supporting our work and strengthening the sector.

Role Purpose:

Working closely with the Director of Programmes to manage and help develop a portfolio of funds across Access’s enterprise grant, blended finance and capacity building work, the role holder will be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of social investors, enterprise grant providers and other organisations funded by Access.

It is anticipated that this role holder may particularly specialise in the management of enterprise development funds, and those that are more local (place-based) throughout England.

• Be the day to day point of contact for a portfolio of organisations who are applying for funding and/or delivering Access’s programmes.

About the role

We’re excited to be recruiting a Head of Design and Impact to lead WWF-UK’s work on programme design, impact measurement and learning, ensuring our strategies, programmes and projects deliver meaningful outcomes for people and nature.

In this role, you’ll lead a specialist team providing expert advice and quality assurance across the organisation, supporting strong programme design, effective monitoring and evaluation, and the embedding of WWF’s Environmental and Social Safeguards. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, portfolio leads and teams across conservation, policy, advocacy and fundraising, helping ensure impact is clearly evidenced and learning is embedded in how we work.

You’ll also play a senior advisory role, providing assurance to the Executive Group and Trustees on the quality of programme design and impact reporting, and working with the wider WWF network to strengthen approaches to impact, learning and accountability.

This is a senior leadership role for someone with deep expertise in design, monitoring and evaluation, strong people leadership skills, and the confidence to influence across complex programmes and stakeholders in a global context.

Essential

• Significant experience leading the design, monitoring, evaluation and learning of strategies, programmes or projects in a conservation, development or policy context

• Proven experience leading and developing specialist teams, including performance management and creating a strong learning culture

• Strong expertise in programme and project design, quality assurance and evidence of impact

• Experience embedding environmental and social safeguards, including safeguarding and ethical standards, into programme design and delivery

• Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders, including Directors, Executive leadership or Trustees

• Strong facilitation and communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance

• Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams and disciplines, including with fundraising and partnerships

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data and evidence meaningful for different audiences

• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines

• Strong alignment with WWF-UK’s mission, values and purpose

Desirable

• Experience working within international conservation or development programmes, including with partners or offices in multiple countries

• Experience supporting fundraising bids through programme design, monitoring or reporting

• Experience with outcome monitoring linked to performance-based funding or finance mechanisms

• Understanding of global monitoring or reporting frameworks

• Experience working with or influencing global networks or multi-country organisations

• Competency in an additional language relevant to WWF’s global work

Reporting to the Operations Manager, The Premises Officer will be responsible for the security of the building and the safety of staff and learners, when on duty. The post is to cover evening shifts at the school, 5-10pm during the term dates and various additional hours to cover annual leave out of term dates, including the weekends.

Main Duties/Responsibilities 

• Set up studios as required, directed by the Operations Manager or the Curriculum Manager. 
• As directed, maintains the security of the School and the safety applying the closed down procedure at the end of each day , students and staff have safe access, unexpected visitors and contractors show identification and sign a visitor book; reports all incidents e.g. security breaches, threatening behaviour, theft to the Operations Manager or the most senior officer on duty. 
• Ensure all of the facilities, studios and teaching spaces are prepared ready for each class throughout the School's opening hours e.g. putting away equipment, cables, turning off heaters, clearing studios of rubbish, emptying bins, any cleaning as required during operational hours. 
• Assumes full responsibility for the building and the safety of students in the absence of more senior staff, contacting the Key Holder (Operations Manager/Head of School) in the case of an emergency. 
• Assists the Operations Manager with minor repairs as required. 
• Assists with the delivery, unpacking and storing of stock and stores. 
• Operate the school Art Shop and sell a range of art materials to students at designated hours, and refreshments to students in the evenings and at weekends, if required. 
• Handles cash accurately, including use of cash tills and credit card payments, maintaining security of cash and stock at all times. 
• Assist and contribute to key school events including operational tasks related to them such as setting up exhibitions, and technical support for tutors in using IT facilities for teaching and learning equipment. 
• General administrative and operational duties including taking payments from students for fees and materials, using the school MIS system to enrols students, ensuring that all details are inputted correctly to ensure accurate record keeping and check course information on the school website and make necessary updates. 
• To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, as directed by the Head of School.

Are you an experienced Fundraising Manager who can help us manage an exciting and developing direct marketing programme for our amazing supporters?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supporter Involvement Manager to join the St Mungo’s Fundraising department for a 6 month fixed term contract until 1 October 2026, where you will cover an internal sabbatical and help to oversee our Supporter Involvement Team.
