Responsibilities of our Data Selections Analyst:
Our Data Selections Analysts develop, run and maintain targeted data selections and multistage supporter journeys across a range of communication channels.
This role enables effective fundraising, fulfilment and engagement activity for supporters and customers across Cats Protection. Working closely with campaign owners, and colleagues across Data & Analytics, the role translates business requirements into accurate, supporter centric and compliant communications that support organisational objectives.
About the Data & Analytics team:
The Data & Analytics team are a department of 17 people in the Marketing & Income Generation directorate consisting of four sub-teams : data processing, data selections, data analytics and customer journeys.
The Data Selections sub-team manages and segments supporter and customer data to provide accurate, targeted selections for fundraising, marketing, and other charity communications and customer journeys, while ensuring data quality and compliance.
What we’re looking for in our Data Selections Analyst :
Substantial experience working with contact data within a CRM system or database (ideally in a fundraising context.)
Experience producing and adapting targeted marketing, fundraising or customer communication selections.
Experience interpreting business requirements and translating them into audience selections, segmentation or automated communication processes.
Experience using data selection, campaign management or marketing automation tools such as Apteco Faststats and PeopleStage or similar.
Experience writing queries using a structured language such as SQL or similar
Good understanding of data protection legislation and responsible data use in communications.

Lively Minds is an award-winning NGO with nearly 20 years of experience designing, testing and scaling early childhood development (ECD) solutions across the Global South. Our core idea is simple but radical: parents are the sleeping giants of ECD. Governments and donors have long overlooked parents, assuming that poverty and low literacy make them unable or unwilling to support their childrenʼs development. We have spent two decades proving otherwise. Purpose of the Role
Lively Minds is at a critical inflection point. We have the evidence, the model and the momentum. We now need the funding, profile and sector influence to match our ambition. The Director of Fundraising and Communications is a priority hire, created to provide the dedicated, experienced leadership that this moment demands.
The Director will own and drive Lively Mindsʼ income generation, building new funder relationships, managing and deepening existing ones, and ensuring the organisation has the pipeline, discipline and quality of engagement to meet and exceed its fundraising targets. Working in close partnership with the Founding CEO, who retains ownership of a small number of long-standing strategic relationships, the Director will take primary responsibility for securing the funding that makes the 2026–2028 strategy deliverable, and that opens the door to greater scale beyond it. We need to raise approximately £3.4m over the next 3 years to deliver our strategy. But our ambition is to exceed that target so we can support additional governments.
Alongside fundraising, the Director will provide strategic leadership to Lively Mindsʼ communications and advocacy work, ensuring that the organisationʼs external voice is compelling and that we are building credibility in the spaces where funding decisions are made. The Director will lead and provide strategic coherence to a small but outward-facing team, including Head of Partnerships and Advocacy Lead who are active on the international stage. Lively Minds is committed to thought-leadership and active external engagement, but equally committed to ensuring that communications resource is deployed with discipline and rigour. We are seeking a dynamic senior campaigns and communications officer to drive our public impact. You will lead communications for our high-profile FairChecks campaign for criminal records reform, coordinate our popular podcast, and elevate the digital presence of Transform Justice. Our client is a leading provider of mental health services in Birmingham and the West Midlands.
As a Helpline Worker, you will be providing support for those experiencing mental health difficulties through our clients helpline service. The helpline supports people living in the Birmingham and Solihull area.
The support offered will include (but is not exclusive to), receiving calls, emails and webchat from people who may be experiencing crisis, people looking for more general assistance and information about services, carers looking for advice and services, and other community support services. You will provide appropriate referrals and signposting information about our clients services and external partner agencies.

Role Summary:
The Programme Development Officer is responsible for ensuring that The Girls' Network develops high-quality, consistent, and impactful programmes for girls and young women across all regions. Working closely with the colleagues in the Programme team, volunteers, and education establishments, the post-holder will support the development and continuous improvement of our mentoring, workshop, and ambassador offer. They will ensure that programmes are grounded in best practice and aligned to organisational strategy. This role involves hitting the ground running, working closely with farmers, crofters, partner organisations, and the wider NFFN team to deliver a programme of impactful events, grow the network, and support knowledge sharing to accelerate the adoption of nature friendly farming practices.
This maternity cover role will play a key role in delivering NFFN Scotland’s KE strategy, contributing to the growth of our network and raising awareness of nature-friendly farming across the country.
