The Role

JOB PURPOSE 

As Magic Breakfast continues to expand its reach to support growing numbers of children and young people across the UK, increasing our fundraised income is essential. To help drive this growth, we are seeking a full-time Partnership Development Manager to join our high-performing team and secure new, strategic, multi-year corporate partnerships. 

The purpose of the Partnership Development Manager role is to work closely with the Partnership Development Lead to shape and deliver our new business strategy. The role will focus on identifying, cultivating and securing new strategic, multi-year corporate partnerships, developing tailored and compelling propositions for prospective partners, and collaborating cross-functionally with Brand and Marketing, Operations, Volunteering, and other departments across the Charity to successfully bring these partnerships to life. 

Experience securing five- and six-figure partnerships is a plus, but most importantly, we’re looking for a confident, creative, and outgoing self-starter. Someone who is comfortable building relationships, pitching with conviction, and passionately championing our mission to win new strategic partners. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Pipeline Development and Cultivation:   

• Build and manage a pipeline aligned to Magic Breakfast’s funding priorities, including restricted, unrestricted, and Gift-in-Kind opportunities, working closely with the Prospect Research Manager. 

• Secure meetings with prospective partners through creative outreach, networking, phone calls, and LinkedIn. 

• Cultivate prospects to conversion, tailoring messaging, approach, and engagement to each organisation. 

• Maintain accurate records in the database and ensure all risk screening, due diligence, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards are completed. 

Planning, Pitching & Partnership Delivery 

• Research and understand each prospect’s strategic priorities to define mutually beneficial partnership opportunities. 

• Develop and deliver engaging pitches, proposals, and costed partnership plans. 

• Collaborate internally and with prospects to agree partnership vision, objectives, and KPIs. 

• Ensure contracts are appropriately prepared, explained, approved, and filed. 

• Facilitate smooth handovers of new partners to Account Managers or the Small Corporates team. 

General:  

• Work closely with the Partnership Development Lead and the wider team to contribute to the new business strategy, annual planning, and budgeting.

The Democratic Progress Institute (DPI) is an independent non-governmental organisation established in consultation with international experts in conflict resolution and democratic advancement. DPI seeks to promote peace and democracy building through strengthened public dialogue and engagement.

Overall Purpose of the Position

The Head of Programmes and Operations is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the organisations’ project activities and leads the DPI Programmes team, also ensuring effective and enabling line-management of Finance, Fundraising, Programmes and Operations colleagues. The role works with the CEO on operational, fundraising, strategic and monitoring levels and involves representing DPI at external meetings and events as needed.

Project Management

• Coordinates the day-to-day operational management of the DPI’s programmes, including the implementation of activities and financial matters – in close coordination with relevant colleagues.

Women in Prison (WIP) supports women affected by the criminal justice system and campaigns to end the harm it causes.

This is a new role which has been created to provide the vision and direction for our programming and systems change work as we embed our 2025-2030 strategy. Our ambition is to offer women in prisons and the community, impactful direct support that is more independent of government demands and funding, and with a new and deeper partnership model.

Our strategy also challenges us to mobilise women, drive women-led influencing and campaigning and co-design programmes with women with experience of the justice system.  We know we must design and deliver programmatic work that incorporates systems change work so that we are not propping up a harmful existing system.  The problem in the criminal justice system is not the women themselves, but the structures and systems that oppress them. Women in Prison is taking bold steps to design and embed new programmes that build evidence that directly challenge those harmful systems.

About us: Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and ‘rehearse’ for real-life scenarios. Participants are encouraged to be both consumers and producers of learning through script-work, role-play and creative media such as films and art. About the role: We have been appointed as the secretariat of an Expert Reference Group (ERG) comprising a network of organisations in the London-wide violence against women and girls (VAWG) sector. The ERG supports the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) with its delivery of the Mayor’s VAWG strategy.

As the secretariat for the ERG, we will ensure that the VAWG sector is fully involved in MOPAC’s VAWG-related work. We will convene regular meetings and other opportunities for ERG members to raise, discuss and escalate to MOPAC relevant issues affecting the VAWG sector, ensure the needs of victim-survivors of VAWG are represented, and bring together the shared expertise and knowledge of the VAWG sector to provide expert insight to MOPAC’s VAWG-related work.  

We are looking for a partner network coordinator to coordinate the operations of the ERG; support the partner network manager in liaising with MOPAC, the VAWG Board, and other key stakeholders; and ensure that the needs of both the VAWG sector and MOPAC are appropriately managed and represented through the ERG. The coordinator will work closely with the partner network manager, who will have overall responsibility for the operations of the ERG.

Key responsibilities: The main responsibilities of this role are:

• Coordinating and delivering all the activities of the ERG, ensuring timely and accurate communication of information between members
• Supporting the manager to strengthen relationships with all relevant stakeholders, in particular within MOPAC and organisations in the VAWG sector
• Supporting the manager with the recruitment of ERG members and ensuing all members are fully engaged and supported in the their roles in the ERG

Job purpose

To act as the organisation’s lead professional for complaint handling and quality improvement across all Advice Services.

To ensure the effective resolution of client complaints by maintaining expert knowledge of regulated advice and delivering excellent customer service. Provide regulatory insights in team discussions on MHCBS and Regulation 17 creditor challenges. Analyse complaint trends and produce reports to establish consistent processes that enhance service quality, accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.

To support the Head of Quality and Compliance in ensuring Toynbee Hall’s advice services remain fully compliant with FCA, MaPS, and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Complaints and Challenge Management

• Lead the end-to-end management of all client complaints, overseeing first-stage advice service resolutions and directly managing escalated complaints, while contributing regulatory insight to team discussions on MHCBS and Regulation 17 creditor challenges.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and fair resolution in accordance with FCA and MaPS complaint-handling procedures.
• Act as the organisational escalation point for complex or high-risk advice-related complaints, including cases involving direct client or creditor challenges under MHCBS and Regulation 17
• Liaise with external stakeholders, creditors, and partners to resolve disputes and maintain strong working relationships.
• Maintain an accurate and auditable record of all complaints, decisions, and resolutions.

Quality and Compliance Oversight

• Work with the Head of Quality and Compliance to monitor compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
• Conduct audits and case reviews to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the design and implementation of quality-improvement plans, policies, and tools.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership, highlighting trends and risks across services.

Continuous Improvement and Learning

• Collaborate with Advice Managers and Coordinators to integrate learning into casework and training.

Regulatory and Partnership Liaison

• Proactively maintain and develop knowledge of regulations, legislation, and best practice across all advice areas by engaging in relevant training, continuous learning, and professional development.
• Ensure complaint handling and quality monitoring comply with FCA MaPS  and advice quality standards.
• Support preparation for audits, funder reviews, and regulatory inspections.
• Keep colleagues informed of relevant regulatory changes and implications for practice.

Experience and Knowledge

• Hold a valid Money and. Pension Service accredited qualification in debt advice
• A minimum of two years’ full time (2,220 hours) or equivalent part-time experience of delivering debt advice
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of advice areas, with particular expertise in FCA regulations, MaPS quality frameworks, and the Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space Regulation
• Significant experience managing complaints and quality processes within a regulated advice
• Proven experience in complaint resolution, creditor negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to analyse complex cases and identify systemic issues or risks.
• Experience developing and implementing service improvement plans.

About the role

As Finance Operations Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality finance operations service across the organisation. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of income and costs, maintain strong financial controls and reconciliations, and help colleagues across the business understand and use finance processes effectively. The Research and Evaluation Manager will work to position King’s College London as a sector leader on conducting institutional evaluation and research to understand how we can support students from underrepresented groups to access university and succeed at university. · Ability to consider and select appropriate research designs and methodologies, using qualitative and quantitative methods including surveying, interviewing and running focus groups.  

· Experience establishing causal inference in research when evaluating projects or interventions with experimental methods (e.g. quasi-experimental methods, randomised controlled trials). 

· Experience in designing and running multiple social research and evaluation projects, managing competing demands and timescales and delivering to milestones. 

· Confident in conducting data analysis including handling large data sets and statistical testing using relevant software (such as Power BI, R, Stata, or SPSS) and presenting findings in various formats. 

· Confident and clear written and verbal communication, including report-writing, data visualisation and presentation skills. 

· Ability to give a team clear direction and guide it to the successful completion of a task. 

· Ability to identify and manage the objectives, performance, and development needs of others. 

Desirable criteria

· Postgraduate degree or qualification in research methods, statistics, analytics or a related field and/or relevant experience. 

· Experience using behavioural insights in a research or policy context to positively influence behaviour 

· Understanding of the widening participation agenda and/or the role of higher education in social mobility
