WHAT THE GLOBAL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE INVOLVES

• Leading the development and delivery of core fundraising and marketing resources – social media, web, email, film, magazine, direct mail appeals, major donor proposals, and church and volunteer resources – providing creative direction, project management and quality assurance throughout.

• Overseeing the creative concept development process for global fundraising and marketing campaigns, providing strategic input and creative direction.

• Line managing a team of two Marketing Project Managers, and building relationships with marketing and communications leads across our 25 global offices.

• Managing the marketing budget, monitoring expenditure and ensuring cost-effective delivery of marketing activities.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Significant experience in integrated marketing communications environment; a charity background is highly desirable.
• A track record of delivering complex projects and programmes with significant outcomes, ideally in church or supporter engagement.
• Experience applying brand strategy, positioning and execution to grow engagement , and of working with agencies and freelance specialists. 
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign , Photoshop and Premier Pro), with the ability to review and edit creative assets for quality and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills, able to run multiple projects at once without losing quality or pace.
• A collaborative, cross -cultural communicator, equally comfortable leading a team and building relationships across a global network.
• You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills and can engage effectively with diverse audiences.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Site Manager - North to join us. This role will be responsible for approximately 30 Woodland Trust Sites in the Eastern part of North Yorkshire. This includes Scar and Castlebeck, a large SSSI woodland in the heart of the North York Moors and Robson Spring- a Plantation Ancient Woodland Site close to Helmsley, and a well distributed portfolio of Woodland Trust sites across the rest of the county.

The Role:

• Lead the sustainable management of a diverse portfolio of high-profile woodland sites, including ancient woodland, designated habitats, veteran trees and secondary woodland, ensuring compliance with the UK Woodland Assurance Standard.
• Develop, implement and review long-term woodland management plans, using woodland condition assessments and monitoring data to drive conservation and operational outcomes.
• Plan, procure and manage woodland works programmes, including preparing specifications, tendering contracts and monitoring contractor performance on site.
• Create safe, welcoming woodland environments by carrying out tree safety inspections, risk assessments and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Deliver annual work programmes and budgets across multiple sites, overseeing woodland management activities, financial performance and grant funding opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, partners and public bodies, promoting positive engagement and supporting the Trust's reputation and objectives.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience in forestry, conservation, land management or a related sector, with responsibility for managing woodlands and sites of high conservation value.

• Experience procuring, managing and monitoring contracts and contractors, including developing specifications, tendering works and overseeing delivery on site.
• Strong knowledge of woodland ecology, forestry legislation and best-practice woodland management, including dealing with tree pests, diseases and invasive non-native species.
• Experience working with deer management programmes, government agencies and regulatory bodies to deliver conservation objectives, secure grants and obtain statutory consents.

Job Description

Provide assertive outreach and engagement activities and undertake assessment for targeted and specialist treatment interventions for young people referred to the service under the supervision of senior staff.

Provide targeted and structured substance use interventions, both 1:1 and group work, for those young people aged 11-25 and their families when required. This will take place within a range of settings including, schools, community settings and home visits.

Provide satellite services away from our central office bases where required, to offer clients a wider choice of accessing substance use services and recovery support, to enable those with specialist requirements to have their needs met in appropriate settings.

Facilitate and support targeted groups, focus groups and service user participation.

Qualifications

· A relevant qualification such as youth work, counselling, health and social care, and/or relevant experience of therapeutic delivery, and alternative suitable qualifications.

· Good communication, organisational, and ICT skills.

· You will demonstrate knowledge and competency in delivering young people’s substance misuse interventions, to a wide arrange of individuals, according to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

About You

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic practitioner to join Catch22 Surrey Young People’s Substance Use Service (SYPSUS). This role will be seconded from Catch22 to Surrey Youth Justice Service (SYJS), based within the centralised YJS.

Ideally, we require practitioners to have relevant experience in delivering specialist substance misuse interventions to children and young people, as well as the wider experience of associated risk factors. However, we would encourage applications from qualified youth and community workers who have experience of working with vulnerable young people with complex needs. 

You must be able to demonstrate:

· The skills to deliver therapeutic interventions, such as brief solution focused interventions, and motivational interviewing.

· Contributing to systemic practice.

· Abilities to assess and identify early indicators of risk.

You will need:

· You should have a relevant qualification such as youth work, counselling, or relevant experience of therapeutic delivery, and alternative suitable qualifications.

· At least three years’ experience of treatment delivery with young people and families within the relevant fields.

· Good communication, organisational and ICT skills.

Responsibilities:

· To work alongside Surrey Youth Justice Service, as part of the virtual health team contributing to the health pre-assessment pathway and health action plan for young people up to the age of 18 years, either through direct contact with children and young people, or with professionals, parents, and carers.

· To offer accurate information on assessment and therapeutic interventions available through Catch22 SYPSMS and contribute to assessment and care planning related to targeted and specialist interventions for children and young people with substance misuse issues.

· To provide sustained support to a pre-defined caseload of young people who are referred by means of effective assessment and care planning.

· To act as a link worker between SYJS and Catch22 SYPSMS, ensuring delivery of an integrated provision for children and young people.

· To work alongside SYJS providing consultation and guidance. 

· To assess levels of presenting risk associated with substance misuse, and provide support in managing this risk.

· In partnership with SYPSMS colleagues, to deliver training and workshops to support and upskill staff. 

· To identify and develop resources to support professionals working with children and young people with substance misuse issues.

Qualifications

· Relevant qualification in either youth work studies, counselling, health and social care or equivalent.

· Skills, knowledge and experience relevant for the job.

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic practitioners, to join Catch22 Surrey Young People’s Substance Use Service (SYPSUS). This role will be focused on providing substance use interventions, to children and young people (C&YP), who are accessing support from certain services within Surrey Mindworks (formerly known as CAMHS).

The new post will provide the successful candidate with an exciting opportunity to shape and develop the role, and to contribute to service development. Main responsibilities:

· To develop and embed links/pathway between services, working directly with children and young people who are accessing Mindworks Surrey.

· To provide sustained support to a pre-defined caseload of young people, who are referred by means of effective assessment and care planning.

· To act as a link worker between Mindworks and Catch22 SYPSUS, ensuring delivery of an integrated provision for children and young people.

· To deliver therapeutic interventions, such as brief solution focused and motivational interviewing, as well as contributing to systemic practice.

· To work alongside Surrey Mindworks colleagues, providing consultation and guidance. 

· To assess levels of presenting risk associated with substance use, and provide support in managing this risk.

· In partnership with SYPSUS colleagues, to deliver training and workshops to support and upskill staff. 

· To identify and develop resources to support professionals working with children and young people with substance use issues.

Qualifications

· A relevant qualification such as youth work, counselling, health and social care, and/or relevant experience of therapeutic delivery, and alternative suitable qualifications. 

· Good communication, organisational, and ICT skills.

What does good look like for this role?

· You will demonstrate knowledge and competency in delivering young people’s substance use interventions, to a wide arrange of individuals, according to their needs.

· You will have knowledge/understanding and or direct experience of supporting C&YP who are experiencing difficulties with their emotional wellbeing and mental health.

· You will evidence that you are able to work to a high standard of record keeping in a timely manner, in accordance with Catch22 delivery outcomes, targets and recording procedures.

· You will be able to deliver and evidence high-quality engagement and support to the young people and families we work with.

· You will communicate and work collaboratively, constructively and effectively with colleagues and partner agencies, ensuring effective partnership working, representing Catch22 professionally at all times, and contributing positively to the team and Catch22.

Additional Information

There are 2 x roles for this post, 1 x practitioner will cover West Surrey and 1 x practitioner will cover East Surrey. This role requires an up-to-date driving licence, access to a vehicle, MOT and business insurance.
