This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Marketing and Fundraising Department and help shape an evolving digital approach. From email and paid social to compelling web content and new fundraising products, your work will help turn interest into action and supporters into long-term advocates.

  • Experience delivering targeted digital marketing or fundraising campaigns that have increased reach, engagement or income.
  • Practical knowledge of social media, paid search and email marketing, supported by a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Experience generating leads, acquiring supporters or growing engaged online communities.
  • Confidence using CRM and content management systems, together with analytics tools to measure performance and guide decisions.
  • Strong writing, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to organise competing priorities and deliver high-quality work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A sound understanding of data protection and fundraising good practice. A willingness to work within and be sympathetic to the Christian ethos and values of The Salvation Army.

You may also have;

  •  Knowledge of The Salvation Army's work as both a church and a charity.
  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Microsoft Dynamics or a similar fundraising database.
  • A recognised fundraising qualification.
