Ablaze are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Employability Workshop Manager to deliver our Employment & Skills programme workshops for young people aged 16-25 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).
This role is ideal for someone who has experience planning and delivering engaging workshops, can build positive relationships with young people facing barriers to progression and is passionate about helping them develop the skills and confidence needed for employment.
Alongside workshop delivery, you will support the collection of programme impact data on our secondary school career mentoring programme and contribute to reporting for our business partners. You will work closely with existing members of our team, including our Employment and Skills Project Manager, who oversees the programme, our Employment and Skills Project Assistant, who supports programme administration and our Senior Programme Manager, who manages and oversees all our school based programmes.
About the Role
You will be responsible for workshop delivery as part of the Employment & Skills Programme which take place during:
· September to October (approximately 4-5 weeks)
· April to May (approximately 4-5 weeks)
During these periods, you will deliver workshops 2-days per week and join young people on 1-day work insight sessions at local businesses. Between delivery periods, you will refresh workshop content, support programme evaluation and reporting and work alongside our Senior Programme Manager attending Career Mentoring sessions in secondary schools and local businesses to gather impact data and case studies.

About the role
Working across multiple teams, you will manage all aspects of the event from programme development, speaker and delegate management, and ticketing systems through to sponsorship support, on-site delivery and post-event evaluation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a flagship event that will strengthen learning, collaboration and influence across the sector.
Incremental hours increase over 9 month fixed term are planned as:
3 days/week (months 1-3) → 4 days/week (months 4-6) → 5 days/week (months 7-9)

We are proud to represent over 100 brilliant charities supporting people with rare and less common cancers.The Executive Assistant role is pivotal in managing our administrative operations effectively by providing high-level support to the CEO, Cancer52 team and Board of Trustees.
You will organise the series of Cancer52 meetings and events for our member charities and our twice yearly in-person conferences.You will also be responsible for organising quarterly Board meetings and ensuring efficient communications with members through our weekly bulletin.
You will oversee the vitally important membership database, including renewals, subscriptions, liaising with members where needed.
You must have the ability and willingness to work both autonomously and collaboratively, excellent administrative skills, including experience taking and drafting minutes, high IT literacy, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and other online platforms. Experience with online organisational platforms such as Mailchimp and Eventbrite is advantageous.

About the Role
The Development Officer will support the delivery of the Association’s income generation and partnership strategy, helping to diversify and grow funding streams across corporate partnerships, philanthropy, grants and strategic collaborations. The role exists to support the identification, development and stewardship of partnerships, with a particular focus on outreach to secure private finance and build long-term relationships with partners, investors and philanthropic funders alike. You will play a key role in supporting the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and engagement through to proposal development, account management and delivery.
This role is for an enthusiastic and proactive development professional, who is looking to grow their experience in partnerships, fundraising and income diversification within a purpose-led organisation.
