Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.

We are now recruiting for a role providing focused, time-limited information, advice and guidance to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, supporting them to return to, remain in, or move towards employment, with a particular focus on engaging those facing multiple and intersecting barriers to work.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week.

• Managing a varied caseload of clients, providing tailored information, advice and guidance to support their employment goals
• Working collaboratively with clients to identify their individual needs and the level of support required
• Developing clear, realistic Action Plans with clients, and reviewing these regularly to reflect progress and changing circumstances
• Supporting clients to address workplace challenges, helping them to return to work, remain in employment, or secure new roles
• Monitoring and tracking progress towards agreed employment outcomes, ensuring support remains focused and effective
• Enabling access to wider opportunities such as training, education, volunteering and other development pathways
• Making appropriate referrals to external services and partner organisations to ensure holistic support for clients

South East London Mind has been delivering a young person’s counselling service to students at Southwark College for several years.

As a College Counsellor, you’ll provide an age-appropriate counselling service that allows the students to explore their mental health and wellbeing, along with the socioeconomic factors that impact this. You’ll manage a caseload of students, triaging new clients to the service, coordinating the waiting list and capturing data and outcome measures on a CRM database.

We are looking for someone with a professionally recognised diploma in Counselling or Psychotherapy who has experience of providing counselling to young people aged 14 upwards. As you’ll be working closely with pastoral staff on-site, an ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and show initiative is essential for this role.

The role will require you to:

• Offer age-appropriate counselling sessions, including assessments and risk assessments. Where appropriate, provide clients with information about, and signposting to, other services
• Work with teachers and pastoral staff to ensure that the students are triaged and the relevant level of care and support is offered
• Work closely with the school to raise & report any safeguarding concerns in accordance with the schools and SEL Minds Safeguarding Policies
• Liaise where appropriate with other SEL Mind staff, school/college staff or agencies including local statutory and voluntary sector professionals and organisations
• Regularly communicate with other SEL Mind college counsellors and college safeguarding team to keep abreast of key themes, issues and needs across the service and collaborate to address these
• Attend regular clinical supervision, group clinical supervision, and line management to ensure effective therapeutic interventions

We’re looking for an experienced, creative and commercially driven product brand lead to bring our brand to life through our range of Girlguiding products.  

In this role, you’ll lead the creative development of branded products from concept through to production, working in partnership with our buying team. On products, such as badges, giftware, clothing and merchandise, you’ll ensure that every design is on brand, relevant to our audiences, and aligned with our brand and buying strategies.

You’ll do this by shaping briefs into exciting creative direction and overseeing the design, balancing brand creativity with cost, timelines, and quality. This includes building and managing relationships with internal and external designers, illustrators, and artworkers. And collaborating with our buying and marketing teams to bring ideas to life effectively and efficiently.

South East London Mind's Queer Minds Programme delivers peer-led mental health support for LGBTQIA+ people (aged 18+) in Lambeth and Southwark through two monthly peer support groups, a trans drop-in, events with partner organisations, psychoeducational workshops, and outreach activities.

The Programme Lead and Facilitator is responsible for coordinating and delivering the various strands of the programme, ensuring all services meet the contractual obligations of its funders. The role requires someone who is forward-thinking and adaptable, proactive in responding to the evolving needs of the group’s members and wider LGBTQIA+ community. They should be experienced in co-creative approaches to mental health and project management, working closely with programme participants to shape varied and meaningful initiatives. They will also bring creativity and flexibility, ensuring services remain impactful and grounded in lived experience while seeking relevant partnerships to enrich the programme’s offerings.

They will work collaboratively with participants, sessional facilitators, volunteers, community groups, and partners to deliver supportive spaces that foster connection, shared experience, and improved mental health and autonomy. The role includes building and maintaining strong partnerships, developing grassroots collaborations, and identifying outreach opportunities to increase the programme’s reach and profile. The post holder will work closely with the Peer Support Manager to deliver against objectives, maintain stakeholder relationships, and meet reporting requirements.

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of the Prospect Research Manager is to lead prospect development for major gifts, partnerships and business development, driving growth in our pipeline to help Magic Breakfast reach ambitious targets and unlock new income opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead prospect profiling, network mapping, qualification, and intelligence gathering to support the Major Giving and Business Development teams.
• Drive cross-fundraising initiatives to support prospecting, including:
• Developing an inspiring suite of ‘projects for funding’ for potential partners
• Organising in-house prospecting events to deepen engagement
• Coordinating our ‘new business roadshow’ to foster a prospecting culture across account management teams
• Conduct thorough risk screening and due diligence for prospects and, where required, existing partners, in line with Magic Breakfast’s Ethical Fundraising and Due Diligence Policies.
• Deploy varied new business tactics- including cold calling, email outreach, stakeholder mapping, event networking, and LinkedIn engagement- to secure prospect meetings.
• Identify and attend networking events to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Serve as the key link between I&I and Fundraising, ensuring the latest statistics, stories, and case studies are available to craft compelling, theme-based cases for support.
• Establish processes to measure the impact of work in driving new business across Major Giving, Partnerships, and Business Development, and use these insights to create a continuous feedback loop for learning and improvement.

The Finance Director is responsible for all aspects of the group's finances (National Federation of Music Societies, trading as Making Music and its trading subsidiary), to ensure accurate and complete recording of all financial transactions, adherence to internal controls and procedures, and timely and effective analysis and reporting to the Chief Executive, Senior Management Team and other budget holders, the Finance & Compliance Committee and the Board of Trustees.

The Finance Director post is an integral part of the charity's senior management team, working closely with the Chief Executive, the Deputy CEO Advocacy and Lobbying and the Marketing Director, setting the strategic direction of the organisation and ensuring it has the financial systems and resources to implement its strategy.

The role line-manages and oversees the work of the Finance Manager who runs the day-to-day financial accounting processes, with the help of two Finance Administrators.

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to coordinate the management and continuous improvement of the College’s Lifelong Learning Platform (LLP), ensuring it operates effectively for all users. The role provides service desk support, maintains accurate training records, and works closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and system providers to resolve issues and enhance the platform.

You will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, including supporting formal committees and maintaining accurate records.

Strong IT and time management skills are essential, along with experience working with learner management systems and service processes. Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies and medical education frameworks is desirable. A degree or equivalent experience is required.

This role will be working with a diverse range of Social Entrepreneurs, both in terms of their lived experience, and the stage of their venture.

You will be responsible for working with a portfolio of social entrepreneurs at different stages of their journey, from ideation through to growth and scale. The portfolio of social entrepreneurs you will be supporting may vary dependent upon the team you sit within. You may be focused on early-stage or growth stage ventures as needed, offering more flexibility, variety, and skill development opportunities. You will be responsible for the delivery of a package of support that provides the social entrepreneur with awards (grants), Individual and business support, access to peer-to-peer support and to networks.   

In the respective teams you will also play an important role in deepening our capability and expertise when it comes to supporting social entrepreneurs during these different stages, building Pathways to Growth. You may also support the design, development and delivery of externally funded programmes or work with thematically/geographically linked social entrepreneurs as appropriate. Increasing UnLtd’s visibility and positive reputation in the development of local networks and connections to enable us to deliver on our strategic goals and driving peer to peer engagements locally and online, nationally.

We’re here to prevent children and young people becoming involved in violence. We do this by finding out what works and building a movement to put this knowledge into practice. 

In recent years violent crime has risen significantly. Homicides, assaults, robberies and offences involving weapons have all seen sustained growth. We have also seen large increases in violent crime involving children and young people. This is a tragedy. Every child captured in these numbers is an important member of our community and society has a duty to protect them. 

The Youth Endowment Fund (YEF) is a charity with a £200m endowment and a mission that matters. We exist to prevent children and young people becoming involved in violence. We do this by funding great initiatives, finding what works and working for change - scaling and spreading the practices that make a difference. 

One of the most important things we do is turn evidence into action through our change programmes, working directly with schools, local leaders and services to change practice and prevent violence. To deliver these programmes well, we need clear plans, smooth commissioning and procurement processes, accurate data and strong coordination across teams and partners.

The Programme Delivery Manager role is critical to making that happen, and it has two distinct elements: 

Programme management for two Change programmes: You’ll be the hands-on programme lead for two of our main change programmes. You’ll work closely with the Change delivery team to put clear, aligned plans in place and then brilliantly manage those plans day to day, making sure everyone knows what’s expected of them and by when. 

Commissioning and procurement support for the whole Change team: You’ll also be the go-to source of guidance and advice for Change colleagues who are procuring or commissioning other activity. You’ll help the team navigate processes correctly, ensuring commissioning is captured and maintained accurately in Salesforce and keep our ways of working consistent across the team. By keeping us organised and on track, you’ll help us maximise the impact of every pound we invest. 

Key responsibilities 

Your role has these two distinct but complementary elements. The first is hands-on programme management for two of our main Change programmes. The second is acting as a source of guidance, advice and practical support on commissioning and procurement for the wider Change team. Together, these responsibilities are essential to keeping our programmes on track and our commissioning processes running smoothly and consistently. A detailed list of your key responsibilities is given below: 

1: Hands-on programme management for two Change programmes 

• Lead programme planning and coordination: 

• Work with the delivery team to make sure we have clear, aligned programme plans in place, with timelines, milestones and owners for every workstream. 

• Brilliantly manage those plans day to day, making sure everyone knows what’s expected of them and by when, and that the team stays on track across multiple demanding workstreams. 

• Track dependencies and progress, flag risks to delivery early and coordinate solutions before issues become blockers. 

2: Guidance, advice and practical support on commissioning and procurement for the Change team  

• Manage contracts and commissioning for delivery partners 

• Draft, prepare and execute agreements and subsequent variations with delivery partners and commissioned providers, using Adobe e-Sign where required. 

• Accurately input and maintain all programme data in Salesforce, including deliverables, financial commitments, payment schedules and supporting documents. 

• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with contractual requirements. 

• Resolve payment queries and discrepancies quickly, chasing outstanding invoices and reports where needed, and conduct regular data accuracy spot checks in Salesforce. 

• Support process improvements and ways of working 

• Work with the Senior Grants and Commissioning Manager to keep the team’s commissioning and procurement processes consistent with YEF-wide ways of working. 

• Develop and maintain simple, effective tools for planning, tracking and reporting, building on the systems we already use (including Salesforce). 

• Identify and suggest process enhancements to drive efficiency and consistency across our programme and commissioning operations. 

• Enable effective communication and reporting 

• Serve as the central point of contact for programme delivery, commissioning and procurement requests across the team, ensuring streamlined processes and avoiding duplication. 

• Provide timely responses and clear communication to internal teams and external partners to keep everything moving. 

• Keep senior leadership informed with forward plans, dashboards and progress updates to support better strategic decisions.

Hybrid Working Details     

The office is based in Central London. Those living in and around London are expected to be in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week. If you live outside of London and work remotely, you’ll be expected to work from the London office 2 days per month.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, you will play a key supporting role within the fundraising team, assisting the Corporate Partnerships Manager and the Communications team. With a key aim of delivering agreed activity and growing income from corporate partnerships.

This role focuses on supporting the identification and recruitment of new regional, national and international corporate supporters, while also playing a lead role in managing and stewarding existing partnerships, with particular responsibility for communications activity and delivery of sponsorship activities and events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting New Business Development

• Assist in researching and identifying prospective regional, national and international corporate partners aligned with the organisation’s mission and values
• Support the development of tailored proposals, pitches and presentations for potential corporate supporters
• Help prepare outreach materials, including emails, decks, and briefing documents
• Maintain and update prospect pipelines and CRM records
• Attend meetings and events with prospective partners, taking notes and following up on actions
• Work closely with the charity’s rescue and rehoming centres and wider team to identify new corporate funding and partnership opportunities.

Managing Existing Corporate Partnerships

• Provide day-to-day support in the management of existing corporate accounts
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner contacts
• Ensure partnerships are delivered in line with agreed objectives and timelines
• Support the monitoring and reporting of partnership performance and impact
• Attend events linked to corporate supporters to represent the charity, with UK-wide travel sometimes required
• Help organise and attend large corporate volunteer days at the charity’s rescue and rehoming centres

Communications & Engagement

• Maintain a strong understanding of World Horse Welfare’s work to ensure relevance in our corporate partnership work
• Develop close working relationships with Communications team and work closely with them on creating and scheduling of agreed corporate content in line with communications schedules.
• Coordinate and deliver partnership communications, including newsletters, updates, impact reports, and social media content
• Lead on gathering content to form the basis of partnership communication obligations
• Work with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality messaging including drafting copy in line with brand messaging, obtaining appropriate images, developing related materials and ensuring approval processes are followed.
• Support the planning and execution of partner engagement activities, campaigns, and events
• Ensure partners receive appropriate recognition and visibility in line with agreements

Sponsorship & Agreement Management

• Assist in drafting and managing sponsorship agreements and partnership contracts
• Track and fulfil contractual benefits (e.g. branding, hospitality, social media, volunteering, speaking opportunities)
• Maintain accurate records of deliverables and ensure all obligations are met
• Support the review and renewal of agreements

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
• Track income, pledges, and invoices
• Support preparation of reports and presentations
• Provide general administrative support to Corporate Fundraising Manager and Director of Fundraising in relation to corporate support
