Support & Impact Manager

Location – Home-based with regular travel across a designated region and to our office as required. This role will cover a region comprising East Riding, Lancashire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, and Sheffield & Hallamshire. As Support & Impact Manager, you'll work with organisations after funding has been awarded, helping them successfully deliver projects, comply with grant conditions and maximise the long-term impact of their investment.
You'll build trusted relationships with grant recipients and partners, providing expert advice, guidance and constructive challenge throughout the lifecycle of funded projects. You'll monitor performance, analyse project data, support organisations to overcome challenges, and ensure outcomes are evidenced to demonstrate the value of our investment and protect Funding Partner resources.
This is a varied role combining relationship management, performance monitoring, compliance, data analysis and continuous improvement, offering the opportunity to make a real difference to communities across England.

Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret data, produce meaningful reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Delivery Manager

We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Manager to support the delivery of a complex programme of work over the next 12 months. The successful candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools and skilled at building and maintaining project plans, governance processes, and documentation, including risk, issue, and decision logs.
You will lead agile approaches to project oversight, coordinating activity across teams, functions, and seniority levels to ensure progress is effectively tracked and barriers are addressed. You will identify emerging risks, opportunities, and dependencies, escalating issues appropriately and facilitating timely decision-making. Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide high-quality reporting, insights, and project management support to drive successful delivery of programme objectives.
This role requires excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, alongside the ability to balance attention to detail with a focus on outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
You will be an experienced project manager, adept at both building and maintaining the required relationships to successfully deliver complex projects and the enabling processes and tools.
You will be comfortable setting up new process and using agile techniques to bring teams together, track progress, flag emerging issues and seek resolutions.
You will be experienced in supporting senior leaders to produce regular reporting.
You’ll be joining a dynamic and welcoming geographically dispersed team, working with hugely important and fascinating projects that are responding to and addressing a wide range of topics across the Fund’s four community-led missions.
Due to our dispersed nature as a team, it is expected that there will be occasional travel in order to connect with colleagues, stakeholders and projects. This is likely to be one to two occasions per month.

We are a Community Benefit Society, which means we are democratically run with an asset lock to preserve our energy infrastructure for the benefit of the community. Profits are reinvested into new projects and community action. We are part of a growing national movement putting energy in the hands of communities.
The role is largely self-directed. You will be trusted to manage your own time and priorities, with guidance from and coordination with the team as needed.
For the right candidate, there is scope to grow beyond the core admin function. We are open to someone who wants to get involved in project-specific and strategic work, or to serve as an extra pair of eyes on work produced by the project coordinators. About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Manager to provide programme management, logistics and secretariat support to Coram Research, Impact and Evaluation. Working closely with the Managing Director for Research Programmes, the postholder will help strengthen the operational infrastructure needed to support a growing portfolio of research, evaluation, impact and policy-facing activity.
This is an important coordination role at the centre of the team’s systems, processes, planning, governance and delivery oversight. About you
You will be an experienced and practical programme or operations professional with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Who we are: Brake is the national, acclaimed charity delivering the National Road Victim Service, a specialist, accredited, UK-wide support service for road victims, delivering case-managed care for anyone who has been bereaved or seriously injured in a road crash or who is supporting a road crash victim.

We are seeking candidates with a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and experience supporting people through the impact of traumatic bereavement and/or injury.

Role Overview:

The London Development Officer is part of a London team of two, working closely with the London Development Manager, and staff of city farms and community gardens, including the trustees of the London Association of City Farms and Community Gardens. The London team works with the wider team of Social Farms & Gardens based in the UKs countries and regions.
The London programme is well-established and well-regarded.
Annual outputs include:

About the Role

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Analyst reporting to the Director of Impact & Research to join our team, to work across the organisation to support with providing insights to help inform our work and to report on our impact to funders.
This is a critical role as we grow our impact and research workstreams, to enable us to generate key insights, enhance reporting to our funders, conduct high quality research, and to support the development of an innovative and strategically vital framework for evaluating the impact of our work.
In your first six months, you will help improve our data preparation and aggregation and processes, contribute towards our annual report, support the full operationalisation of our impact measurement framework, and contribute to a major research project on the impact of a television series.
You will be a self-starter, confident in managing data collection processes, comfortable translating academic and audience research for lay audiences, and have an understanding of quantitative research methodologies. You may have a background in the screen industries, social sciences, or research agencies, have a drive to learn and a creative attitude towards creating new methodologies for research problems.
