We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Employability Programmes Manager to join our team through this exciting period.
The Trust’s Employability programmes support talented young people from lower income backgrounds to successfully access highly competitive universities, degree apprenticeships and professional careers. Delivered in partnership with the UK’s top universities and major employers the programmes support over 1,000 students each year from across the UK.
The successful candidate will lead on the development of a brand-new Tech and Digital Pathways to the Professions programme due to launch in Sep 2027 working with colleagues across the organisation. They will also manage and deliver, a range of other cohort-based employability programmes delivered both online and in-person. They will join a small and passionate team, led by the Head of Employability Programmes, and will play an important role in contributing to the on-going success of our programme work and industry engagement strategy.
Main duties
This role is responsible for leading on the design, planning and delivery of the new Tech and Digital programme (pre 18), alongside planning delivery for the existing employability programmes including our current Careers Plus (post-18) programmes in the tech & digital sector.
Programmes design and delivery

Design a suite of interventions and activities for the new Pathways to Tech & Digital programme for launch in September 2027 leveraging our existing Sutton Trust theory of change, previous evaluations and models adapted from existing programmes. The role will work closely with the Senior Employability Manager and other colleagues across the team responsible for employer engagement, evaluation and marketing to ensure successful launch.

Deliver existing employability programmes including our current Careers Plus (post-18) programme to launch the next cohort in April 2027, liaising with the Alumni team to ensure alignment with overall alumni engagement.

Plan, project manage and deliver a range of online and in person activities within those employability programmes including launch events, career insight activities, academic taster sessions, skills workshops, group projects, networking, information and advice sessions etc. Some activities will also be in-person at employer partners.

Liaise with colleagues in the Employer Engagement team to plan and delivery work experience placements, insight days and employer volunteering across programmes.

Design engagement and comms plans for programmes to ensure strong student engagement and retention

Work with colleagues to build and manage relationships with industry partners from across a range of sectors, who fund and support delivery across the programmes

The Outrunners are a running and movement charity based in Hackney, on a mission to empower young people through movement. Backed by an incredible crew of volunteers and partner brands like Nike and Moju, we help young people in East London to build confidence, wellbeing, health and leadership skills.
We deliver free, fun, sociable, youth‑led running and movement sessions for 8–18 year olds every week - during term time and holidays. But we’re about more than just running. What do we want?
We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Partnerships Manager to help drive the next stage of growth at The Outrunners (current annual income circa £350k). This growth will enable us to expand our after-school and holiday programmes reaching more young people where they are, building their confidence and skills.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead our brand and corporate partnerships fundraising strategy and delivery, securing and growing relationships with values-aligned brands and businesses who share our belief in the power of movement to transform young lives.

In this role, you’ll analyse performance across our website, email and social channels, turning complex data into clear insight that helps shape how we plan and evaluate content and campaigns. You’ll also help ensure we’re measuring digital activity effectively, using tools including GA4 and Google Tag Manager to implement and maintain tracking.
Working closely with colleagues across the Content and Brand teams, you’ll help us understand what’s working, how our members are engaging with our content and where we can improve. Your insight will help us make evidence-based decisions, test and learn from what we do, and improve the digital experience we provide for our members.
What you’ll do:
- Gather, analyse and present performance data across the College’s digital channels, including website, email and social media
- Maintain analytics dashboards and produce regular insight highlighting trends, changes in performance and opportunities to improve engagement.

As a Peripatetic Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA), you will provide front line support across Advance’s domestic abuse services, covering vacancies across teams to ensure service delivery remains effective and consistent. Salary: Circa £17,800 per annum (FTE circa £29,813.07)
Contract: This is a fixed-term contract for 1 year. We currently have funding for this service for 1 year.

The Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Coach for the South West and Channel Islands, the Peer Support Officer will work with colleagues across the locality to deliver against engagement activity.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the involvement of people affected by stroke to prioritise our work and improve the experience of people affected by stroke
- Development of peer support groups across Gloucestershire
- Working with health care professionals, including clinicians, managers and leads
- Managing volunteers
- Build stroke communities to enable stroke survivors and their carers to rebuild their lives after stroke

What you'll do:

- Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader / Manager.
- Carry out initial assessments of potential customers and make decisions over access to the Crisis House
- Undertake continuous assessment of needs and potential risks & agree levels of support and actions.
- Create support / action plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available to enable the customer to overcome their crisis

What you'll bring:
Essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care, or equivalent academic qualification.
- A minimum of one years' experience of supporting vulnerable adults with mental health / substance use or dual diagnosis needs.
Desirable
- An understanding of care-planning processes and Models of Care within mental health.
- Knowledge of group and individual therapy and an understanding of risk management.
- Experience of working with vulnerable people who are undergoing a period of crisis.
