Salary: £46,977 per annum
Contract: Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover through August 2027)

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious fundraising team and play a key role in growing supporter engagement across multiple international markets. As Supporter Acquisition Specialist, you will lead and project manage donor acquisition programmes, helping to attract, convert and retain supporters through innovative multi-channel fundraising campaigns.

You'll oversee face-to-face fundraising programmes, manage agency relationships, monitor campaign performance, and identify new opportunities to grow income and supporter numbers. This is a fantastic role for an experienced fundraising professional looking to make a significant impact through data-driven acquisition strategies and collaborative working.

To be successful as the Supporter Acquisition Specialist, you will need:

• Strong experience in direct marketing and fundraising acquisition, with a track record of engaging and converting new donors across multiple channels.
• Experience managing face-to-face fundraising programmes, including agency management, performance monitoring and compliance oversight.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and insights to improve campaign performance and supporter retention.
