Founded in 1860, Providence Row is a specialist homelessness charity working in East London and the City, deliberately operating at the most acute end of the homelessness spectrum.

The charity reaches around 1,200 individuals (annually) with the most deep-rooted needs; people whose interlinking mental and physical health, and trauma and substance use challenges mean they often struggle to access mainstream support. Providence Row provides a wide range of Crisis and Progression services including showers, meals, advice & support, health and wellbeing services, drug and alcohol harm reduction, psychotherapy, a hospital discharge service, and learning, training and work-readiness programmes, amongst others. In 2025/26, we supported 1,270 people through 36,313 tailored interventions. 

About this role

We have some ambitious income targets over the next few years to help deliver our bold plans in support of our increasing numbers of complex and vulnerable clients.

RCJ Advice is an exceptional Citizens Advice and Law Centre delivering national legal advice services, both frontline and second tier, to people who are unable to afford legal representation and advice. We are based within the Royal Courts of Justice, the Central London Family Court and community sites across London, where we deliver local Citizens Advice services.

This post is a new role within RCJ Advice and forms part of the Improving Access to Justice for Domestic Abuse Survivors project. The three-year project aims to improve access to legal advice and support for domestic abuse survivors living in areas where legal aid services are limited.

The project will strengthen referral pathways, increase awareness of legal remedies and build sustainable links between domestic abuse organisations, frontline professionals and legal providers to ensure survivors can access appropriate legal support.

During the first year, the postholder will likely focus on developing the project in Suffolk. This will include mapping existing services, building relationships with domestic abuse organisations and frontline professionals, developing referral pathways and strengthening links with local legal providers.

In years two and three, the postholder will move the focus of the project to new legal aid deserts in England (we have a similar role in Wales) identified during the course of the project, developing new local networks, referral pathways and partnerships to improve access to legal advice and support for domestic abuse survivors in those areas.

Alongside this project development work, the postholder will provide specialist family law advice and support to domestic abuse survivors, including advice on protective remedies such as Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders and other family law matters including Domestic Abuse Protection Orders (DAPOs). This will include providing advice through appointments, telephone and email advice, and supporting survivors with CourtNav applications.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with experience of family law and domestic abuse work. They will have strong legal skills, experience of developing partnerships or services, and the ability to build trusted relationships with survivors, professionals and community organisations.

The postholder will work closely with colleagues across RCJ Advice, including the FLOWS team and Family team, sharing learning and contributing to wider organisational work supporting survivors of domestic abuse.

The role will require flexibility to travel across England, including occasional overnight stays, to support delivery of the service, partnership development and engagement activities.

Join us at Single Homeless Project (SHP) as part of our Lewisham Vulnerable Adults Accommodation Service (LVAAS), delivering accommodation-based support across our properties in Brockley and New Cross. This is hands-on, day-to-day work alongside people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage, where no two days are the same. You’ll build real relationships with clients, supporting them to stabilise, develop life skills and move towards greater independence, while navigating the challenges that can come with housing, health and wider support needs.

As a Project Worker, you’ll be at the centre of the service; working closely with colleagues and partner agencies to coordinate support that genuinely moves people forward. About the Role

We are seeking a day support worker for our high-quality, self-contained accommodation for women who have experienced homelessness and multiple disadvantage. The aim of the service is to provide a therapeutic, trauma and psychologically-informed environment in which women feel safe and can flourish, enabling them to move on into independent, permanent accommodation. The role is located at an 18-bed, 24-hour supported housing service in Clapham.

In this role, you will provide support to all the women, including co-designing and running activities (such as art groups, self-care sessions, nature walks, cooking activities etc.) and accompanying women to appointments. You will work closely with Specialist Support Workers who manage individual resident support and safety plans.

The service and the wider organisation recognise the high levels of trauma that precede and perpetuate homelessness, and the complex, interconnecting needs that develop against this backdrop (including mental and physical health difficulties, substance misuse, brain injury, emotion dysregulation, interpersonal problems, and stigma and exclusion). The service operates as a best-practice, Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE), working in close partnership with homeless mental health experts and includes an in-house psychologist, offering therapeutic input to residents, and support and training to staff. In this role, you will model person-led, psychological, gender, and culturally informed support, will be skilled at building trust and you will be a great team player.

The post holder will undertake 8-hour shifts on a 7-day rota, covering the hours 07:45 am to 20:15 pm. Please be aware that the building has several floors and no lifts.

Due to the nature of this women’s supported housing service and the needs of the residents, this role is open to women only. This is considered to be an occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Salary: £30,722 - £35,341 (Scale Points 7 – 17)

TSSA is a trade union representing more than 17,000 people across the transport and travel sector. We're looking for an HR Advisor to join our small and supportive team, helping to deliver a high-quality HR service across the organisation.

Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees, help manage employee relations matters, maintain HR systems and records, support payroll and benefits administration, and contribute to HR projects and policy development.

We're looking for someone with generalist HR experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion and an interest in our values and mission are essential.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the People Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our client's People Strategy and helping to create an outstanding employee experience across the organisation.

This is a varied and collaborative position for someone who enjoys working with systems and data, has exceptional attention to detail, and is confident building strong relationships across a diverse organisation. As part of the People & Culture team, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support across the full employee lifecycle, helping to ensure people processes run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle

• Provide high-quality administrative support across all onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate new starter and leaver activities, including documentation, inductions, payroll notifications, welcome meetings and exit processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports and people data.
• Support managers and colleagues to ensure a positive and seamless employee experience.

Recruitment & Coordination

• Provide end-to-end administrative support across recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.

Systems, Data & Processes

• Manage HR systems, internal platforms, the intranet and employee data, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the implementation of new technologies and tools where appropriate.
• Produce and maintain HR reports and documentation.
• Record and track learning and development activity across the organisation.

People & Culture Support

• Provide administrative support to the Director of People & Culture and the wider People team.
• Support staff engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, community-building programmes and organisational events.
• Help foster an inclusive culture where colleagues feel connected, engaged and valued.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration and employee experience across the organisation.

Operational & Workplace Support

• Coordinate homeworking equipment, risk assessments and workplace requirements for new starters and leavers.
• Support the organisation's Health & Safety processes and standards.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers and external contractors to support day-to-day operations.
• Assist with the coordination of all-staff meetings and in-person events as required.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous administrative experience, ideally within HR, People & Culture or a similar people-focused environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and experience working with systems, data and reporting.
• Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work across teams and levels of the organisation.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• A proactive, methodical and solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence analysing information, solving problems and identifying process improvements.
• The ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
• A genuine passion for creating a positive, inclusive and engaging employee experience.

Desirable

• Experience within the charity, social enterprise or social impact sector.
• Experience supporting learning and development activities, staff training or internal engagement initiatives.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking an organised and proactive Policy and External Affairs Assistant to support the delivery of our influential policy, public affairs and external engagement work across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the College’s Policy and External Affairs Department, providing vital administrative and project support across three key teams: Health Policy, Policy and Public Affairs (Devolved Nations), and Media and Public Affairs. Working at the heart of the College’s policy and advocacy activity, you will help ensure that the voices of paediatricians and children’s health professionals are heard and reflected in national policy development.

Reporting to the Policy Manager, you will play a central role in supporting committees, coordinating member engagement activities, managing communications and assisting with policy projects. You will work closely with senior officers, committee chairs, members and colleagues across the College to help deliver high-quality policy and public affairs activity that supports better health outcomes for children and young people.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the administration of policy and public affairs committees, including preparing agendas, papers, minutes and action logs
• Providing guidance and administrative support to committee Chairs, Officers and members
• Responding to member enquiries and correspondence through desk-based research and liaison with policy colleagues and subject experts
• Supporting policy projects, task and finish groups, events and stakeholder engagement activities
• Coordinating and administering the Policy and External Affairs member insights network, including communications, database management and event support
• Assisting with the development, review and maintenance of College policy position statements and consultation responses
• Supporting the drafting and publication of policy updates, reports and briefing materials
• Preparing reports for committees and Executive Committee meetings
• Supporting College Officers and senior stakeholders with administrative and project-related activities
• Coordinating eBulletins, member communications and digital content across multiple channels
• Managing and updating policy and public affairs content on the RCPCH website

Essential skills and experience include:

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong report-writing abilities
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyse, summarise and present complex information clearly
• Experience working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy when handling information, data and documentation
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
